I had two miscarriages and thought I would never be able to have a child, but then I found this clinic. I am very grateful for their excellent care and detailed explanations of the treatment plan.

For context, I have had egg retrievals at two different clinics several years apart. The first was at Pacific Fertility Center LA. The good news is that Dr. Evans retrieved my eggs, and I am very grateful for that. At the time, I was concerned because two of my friends had frozen their eggs at two different clinics, and their doctors monitored their hormone levels throughout the process. Dr. Evans did not monitor my hormone levels. She was not involved throughout my retrieval process, although I was told this in advance, and there was no follow-up after the retrieval or completion of treatment. I recently completed another cycle at Pinnacle Fertility with Dr. Karine Chung. She monitored my hormone levels throughout and adjusted my medications as needed. Although I was older, the results were significantly better. If you must choose Pacific Fertility Center LA, I recommend asking: 1. Whether they will monitor your blood test results throughout the process. 2. Whether they will use estrogen priming or any other measure to ensure synchronized follicle development. 3. What their postoperative care and follow-up involve. Dr. Evans was kind during my first retrieval, but I worry that she was not as thorough as other doctors. You may need to advocate for that level of care.

Everything seemed wonderful and sounded great at first, making it easy to feel hopeful. Afterward, however, the information became unclear, every appointment felt rushed, and the medical staff had poor attitudes. This process comes at a tremendous financial and emotional cost. Although I understand that they see many patients, patients deserve honesty and courtesy, both of which were often missing in my interactions with this facility.

Everyone at PFCLA is very kind. The entire team showed genuine concern and excitement about my progress. Dr. Evans was recommended by a friend, and she far exceeded my expectations, patiently guiding my husband and me through every step of trying to conceive. If we need similar help with a second baby, we will definitely return!

Dr. Evans is amazing—kind, compassionate, and highly skilled. Her integrity and warm manner made me feel reassured and supported throughout the emotional IVF process. Jocelyn and the rest of her team were equally outstanding, taking excellent care of me and providing tremendous support throughout. I am very grateful for their care and highly recommend Dr. Evans and her clinic.

Dr. Evans is an incredible IVF doctor. She is approachable and considerate. IVF can be invasive, but she makes it as comfortable as possible. She seems to be very trauma-informed for example. Her communication is prompt and clear. Most importantly, she is skilled at getting you the outcome you desire -a baby or babies, in arm.

Great experience with a quick, easy process. I had just moved to the city and needed a drug test. Julissa and her team were very kind and attentive. Thank you.

Dr. Evans and her team are wonderful. I primarily saw her at the Glendale clinic but also met other PFCLA physicians, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Although this is usually not a pleasant experience, they made it as good as possible. The process had many ups and downs, and Dr. Evans stayed beside us, helping us understand every step. She is kind, wise, and listens carefully to concerns. You can tell that achieving a positive outcome is always her priority. Many thanks to Dr. Evans, Amada, and the entire PFCLA team. We look forward to welcoming our daughter in a few months.

I highly recommend Dr. Evans and her team! She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and passionate about her work. Infertility is challenging, and she supported us closely throughout treatment. My spouse and I both appreciate her calm manner and warm bedside approach. Her team is also excellent—Amada is a compassionate, detail-oriented clinical coordinator who is always helpful. All the nurses and other staff at the Glendale office are outstanding as well. We have always found Dr. Evans attentive and are glad we found her. As an LGBTQ+ couple, we also greatly appreciate the inclusive care she provided.

They refused to estimate the cost of an egg-freezing cycle before a consultation, which costs $350. I have never had this experience anywhere else, including at their Westwood location. I might therefore spend $350 on a consultation only to learn that they charge an excessive amount for the cycle. The person on the phone said, “It depends on many factors,” but refused to say what they were. How do storage, retrieval, and anesthesia “depend” when other clinics can provide definite prices? It feels predatory.

I had the worst experience with someone named Ahmed Kadri. He completely attacked me. Do not go here until they remove him.

Truly the best fertility center in Los Angeles. Fertility treatment can be one of the most mentally, physically, and emotionally difficult experiences of your life, but PFCLA made ours as comfortable and positive as possible. From the beginning, Dr. Sepilian and Mary, our coordinator, made us feel heard and cared for and treated us as people, not just another patient. They always took time to address all our concerns and questions and were consistently very responsive. After 1 IVF cycle at PFCLA, we are now 4 months pregnant and extremely grateful. I enjoyed being their patient so much that I even tried to persuade Dr. Sepilian to deliver our baby. We cannot wait to return for our next transfer.

Dr. Evans and her team are the best. I cannot say enough good things about PFCLA. They were highly communicative and professional throughout the egg-freezing process. They assign a dedicated manager to guide you through every step, plus another person to handle billing and insurance. Please note that some of their major procedures are performed at the larger Westwood office.
