This was an amazing experience! My navigator, Laura, was absolutely wonderful! Whenever I had a question, she responded promptly, and she always believed I could become pregnant. Dr. Zolton was also outstanding! He created the treatment plan that was right for me and helped me achieve pregnancy. I am so grateful to everyone at Pinnacle Fertility Ohio! Every staff member deserves five stars! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with RGI Pinnacle. Although we were fortunate to have success, my review is based on the care and treatment we received, not just the outcome. Early on, you are assigned a navigator, a nurse with whom you have an open text-message line during your time at the clinic. This was invaluable to us and left us with no unanswered questions at any step of the process—and we had many. Our navigator, Ashley, was beyond phenomenal and could not have been more helpful, responsive, or empathetic. Dr. Masaleel was our primary doctor, but we also saw Dr. Zolton and Dr. Nash for certain procedures based on availability. Each of them was fantastic, and we felt very comfortable having them as part of our medical team. One thing to be aware of is that the Independence office is a satellite monitoring location, and all procedures are performed at the main Akron location. This will vary depending on your treatment, but we ultimately had about 7 appointments in Akron. The staff at both facilities were wonderful across the board. Independence is extremely efficient; most of my monitoring appointments took less than 15 minutes and were available at convenient times. Although I cannot compare our IVF experience with any of the other popular clinic options, I am very glad we chose Pinnacle based on both our experience and the feedback we have heard from others on a similar journey. I have often seen people say that at some clinics, you need to advocate strongly for yourself and arrive armed with extensive independent research. That was not our experience at Pinnacle. We felt very well informed and supported and were able to trust our doctor's judgment, which was a relief during a stressful season of life. We are very grateful for the care we received and would absolutely recommend RGI Pinnacle to others undergoing fertility treatment.

After trying natural conception methods, we came to this clinic. Following several tests and a poorly performed hysterosalpingogram, they told my wife she had irreversible hydrosalpinx with semen leakage, making conception unlikely. They quickly recommended removing her fallopian tubes, which would eliminate natural conception and leave IVF as our only option. Another specialist later confirmed that the hydrosalpinx diagnosis—and the claim of semen leakage—was false. We felt pressured toward an unsuitable path. If you receive a major recommendation like this, seek a second opinion. I advise caution and a second opinion because private clinics profit from treatment.

We are so grateful to Dr. Maseelall and all the doctors and staff at Pinnacle Fertility at both the Independence and Akron locations. From beginning to end, everything was wonderful, and now we have our beautiful daughter! We are forever thankful.

I am incredibly grateful for my experience with Dr. Nash at Pinnacle Fertility. he’s so kind, knowledgeable and talented. I also had an absolutely wonderful experience with all the nurses and admin staffs ( Cleveland & Akron location ) I have worked with along the way are very organized, compassionate and empathetic. lady! Thanks to my ultrasound tech JENNA is the sweetest person in the world and my patient care Navigator KATLYN always help me every steps of the way in this process, prompt responses whenever i need them. I had a successful transfer and enjoying my 12 weeks pregnancy today.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Zolton and the entire RGI team. After several failed IUIs and disappointing treatment and service at another clinic, I transferred to RGI, and it was absolutely the best decision I ever made. From the first appointment through every treatment and IVF cycle, the entire RGI team gave my husband and me exceptional care and attention. Dr. Zolton was highly proactive and addressed all my questions and concerns before I even had to ask. Whenever I raised a treatment question, I felt heard and valued rather than dismissed. Being able to contact my nurse, Kaitlyn, directly was always reassuring. She quickly answered every question and promptly found solutions whenever I encountered a problem during treatment. I am profoundly grateful to RGI for the entire experience and for helping me achieve a dream that once seemed out of reach. Graduation day was bittersweet because I wished they could continue caring for me throughout my pregnancy! Thank you!!!!!

This clinic was absolutely terrible. I was oversuppressed with birth control, resulting in 4 eggs retrieved, 2 fertilized, and 0 blastocysts. The doctor prescribed excessive medication, and my next doctor said there was no reason for so much medication because no research shows it is effective. The RGI doctor later told me the problem was my eggs and that sperm did not matter—yes, he really said that. He said he would give me one more chance using exactly the same protocol, but after that I should prepare to use donor eggs. I immediately went to Cleveland Clinic. They may not have a care coordinator available for direct communication, but their doctors are truly professional. My second retrieval produced 7 eggs and 6 blastocysts. We used Zymot—which, by the way, is a sperm-selection device—so strangely enough, perhaps sperm really does matter 🙄 Stay far away from this clinic!

I cannot say enough good things about RGI/Pinnacle's Cleveland location. The front desk staff, medical assistants, phlebotomists, nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors are all outstanding, and communication is excellent. My nurse coordinator Courtney is especially amazing!

I sought fertility treatment at RGI/Pinnacle. After an initial telehealth consultation with a doctor who knew very little about my medical history, I was immediately placed on their second-most expensive treatment plan. I never communicated directly with the doctor again. All communication went through nurses and their app, which felt more like a frustrating game of telephone than actual medical care. My greatest concern was their communication style. They often simply said, “Take this medication/supplement,” with little explanation. When I asked reasonable questions about why medications or supplements were prescribed, they seemed impatient. I also requested additional laboratory tests and said I was willing to pay out of pocket, but instead of discussing or explaining anything, they responded dismissively and sarcastically. We eventually stopped treatment because RGI/Pinnacle raised its prices. When I told them I could no longer afford treatment, they should have explained then that prescriptions they had issued would no longer be refilled. I understand that this is clinic policy, but it was not communicated at the time. I am now trying to obtain refills from my primary care physician. This negative review is not about unsuccessful treatment. Fertility treatment is sensitive and physically and emotionally exhausting, and my husband and I were completely new to the process. Instead of feeling supported and informed, we often felt ignored and dismissed for asking questions. I repeatedly shared my concerns with my nurse, but nothing changed. The poor communication continued, and our frustration grew. Throughout treatment at RGI/Pinnacle, my husband and I felt discouraged and alone. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend RGI/Pinnacle for fertility treatment and suggest considering other providers whenever possible.

We had a wonderful experience at RGI. We worked with Dr. Zolton, who explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Joyce was my nurse navigator and an excellent resource. I cannot imagine going through the process without that level of support! Highly recommend!

After two and a half years with two other fertility clinics in the area, we ultimately chose RGI Cleveland. From our first appointment with Dr. Maseelall, we felt heard, supported, and cared for. Dr. Maseelall goes above and beyond to get to know her patients; we have never felt so supported by a doctor! She is highly knowledgeable and will do everything possible to advocate for your best interests. Working with RGI was seamless. From regular check-ins with a nurse navigator (Katlin is amazing!) to a dedicated financial coordinator, RGI reduces many of the stresses IVF places on couples. Every interaction with the doctors, nurses, and receptionists at the Cleveland and Akron clinics was pleasant. This team is genuinely committed to helping you achieve your fertility goals. You will not feel like just a number here; you will feel every doctor cheering for your success. We recommend RGI to anyone experiencing infertility. They are an incredible team! ❤️

This is my first review, and English is not my first language ❤️. My husband and I struggled with infertility for the past seven years. We tried IVF at different clinics, but every attempt failed, and I had basically given up. Then I decided not to give up and began looking for a new IVF clinic. That is when I found RGI. From the start, they returned calls quickly and showed concern, which helped me overcome my fears from previous IVF experiences, so I decided to proceed. I then met my navigator, Ashley, who is the best. She was always there with emotional support and genuine care and is one of the kindest people I have ever met ❤️. Then I met Dr. Priya. If you want a truly good doctor who cares about your health during this process, she is the best. I did not know much about IVF, and she chose the best path to help us have a child while protecting my health. I will always be grateful for such a kind and intelligent doctor 💕. I was very impressed by the embryologists. Their success rates are so high, and they are the best team compared with my terrible private IVF clinic. There, I had eight eggs but only one embryo, made two emergency room visits, and could not breathe or walk for two months. With RGI, I was back to normal the day after the procedure, cleaning, cooking, and walking without any pain. I had only three eggs, and all became healthy embryos. That is why RGI is the best. From the front desk to the nurses, doctors (Priya and Zoe), and embryology team, everyone is outstanding. Now for the good news: I am 9 weeks pregnant, feeling strong, and the baby is growing healthily. I pray the pregnancy continues and the delivery is safe. I am sorry for such a long review, but every person and every detail deserved mention ❤️❤️❤️❤️

They perform sham transfers.

The team is extremely lazy and complacent. Ask them to do anything extra and you will encounter frustration, disrespect, and anger.

Terrible, terrible. Stay away from them; they do not deliver results.

I am extremely grateful to the RGI team. Before joining RGI, I underwent fertility treatment at a local hospital for 2.5 years and felt like a number whom the medical team did not value. RGI was the complete opposite. The care team explained everything thoroughly, checked in often, and provided exceptional care. I will miss them, but I am grateful they helped us conceive our little bean. 🥹🩷💜

We had an excellent experience at RGI! My husband and I worked with Dr. Maseelall, who was kind, thorough, and helpful. She truly knows her field. We also saw other doctors in the practice, and all were wonderful. Everyone working there was lovely. Dr. Maseelall helped us determine that IVF was our best option. She created a comprehensive, clearly communicated plan to make the process as successful as possible. IVF is not enjoyable, but with RGI's help, we needed only one cycle to have the beautiful baby we now hold.
