As a teacher, my schedule is very rigid. Their approach to monitoring appointments was inflexible and often placed them during my first class. It would take a week to get a call back to change the time. The lack of scheduling flexibility caused a great deal of unnecessary stress.

During my stimulation cycle, my monitoring appointments felt rushed and inconsistent. My rising estrogen levels were not addressed promptly, and my retrieval may have been a day late, resulting in lower maturity. The lack of attention to detail was costly.

The donor catalog is extremely limited. The entire process felt cold and transactional. The nurses did not remember my name or my story. For such a personal journey, the complete lack of warmth and choice was deeply disappointing.

Choosing the right IVF clinic is a very important decision. Selecting Dr. Sheikh's Assisted Fertility Program was the best decision I ever made. From my initial consultation until the day I graduated from the IVF clinic, the staff treated me like family. The waiting room was always clean, and waits after the appointment time were never long. I was always greeted with a smile! The price I was quoted was the price I paid. There were no financial surprises, and I clearly understood what to expect at every appointment. After multiple failed attempts at a previous clinic, I am happy to announce that Assisted Fertility gave me the child I always wanted! Rose, I will never forget the love and support you gave me during my journey. I will always be grateful to Dr. Sheikh and all his staff. Perhaps I will see you next year for baby number two.

This is a wonderful infertility clinic! The staff are excellent and support you throughout fertility treatment. They are also more affordable than other fertility clinics I have visited. I highly recommend them for any infertility concerns.

Dr. Shaykh and his staff now feel like family. They guide you through everything you need to know, from medication to explanations of every procedure, test, and timeline. I am now beginning my second journey with them to conceive my second child. It can be done! Their prices are reasonable too. I drive from Lakeland to Jacksonville or their Orlando office for my IVF testing and appointments. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants or needs IVF but does not know where to begin. Just call them.

When I asked during the consultation, the doctor did not give me his mobile number but assured me that if I called the front desk, I would be connected with him immediately. They refused to do so. My wife started her period, and I needed to speak with the doctor at once; 3 days later would be too late. I did not want to spend $10,000 to $20,000 out of pocket while my wife was taking hormone medication and be unable to contact the doctor on a Friday morning. My wife and I lost 1.5 months of valuable time when the doctor only needed to pick up the phone. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
