They charged our insurance twice and also charged me the same amount. Then they were completely careless and unconcerned about whether the embryo transfer succeeded. They implanted the embryo incorrectly, and it ultimately died because of how it implanted, but afterward they would not let you try again.

We had a supportive team of doctors and nurses who helped us through the process of becoming pregnant. They were kind, knowledgeable, and straightforward about information and expectations.
