The user experience is not friendly at all. The rates are fairly competitive...and that is all.
There is no way to pay the balance externally without an extra fee.
Payment by phone is allowed only once.
No single payment may exceed $3000.
Do not call after 4 p.m.
Please bring this institution into the 21st century for employees and external users 🙏 This bank should do better.
