When my husband and I decided to start a family, we chose IVF with genetic testing because we carry a hereditary condition that would give a naturally conceived child a 50% chance of being affected. While searching for a doctor, a close friend highly recommended Dr. Mullin's clinic. They made egg retrieval straightforward and supported me throughout by phone, during clinic visits, and in every other way. They were my strongest source of support and encouragement. IVF is not easy, but with help from Dr. Mullin's team, my husband and I felt we were making the right decision for our family's future health. I now adore our healthy, happy 10-month-old son. In the near future, we will transfer another embryo we previously froze so he can have a healthy sibling. Many thanks to the nurses—Kathy, Leslie, and Erin—the ultrasound technician Regina, medical assistant Daniella, nurse practitioner Katherine, receptionists Robin and Trevina, and of course Dr. Mullin. They are the best fertility team, and I will always recommend them.

If I could give this clinic 12 stars, I would. Dr. Mullin and her entire staff, from the front desk and ultrasound technicians to the nurse practitioners and nurses, are exceptional healthcare professionals and exceptional people. You will not feel as though you have entered a baby-making factory. You will feel valued and heard and receive all the support needed for this emotionally challenging journey. You are not alone; this team is available by phone or email to answer questions nearly seven days a week. Words cannot express my gratitude for the Mullin team's professionalism, intelligence, compassion, and kindness.

After months of trying to conceive, Dr. Mullin and her team provided not only expert care but also genuine compassion and encouragement at every step. From the first consultation, I felt heard, respected, and supported. Dr. Mullin, the nurses, and the staff were always available to answer questions, making a potentially overwhelming fertility journey feel manageable and hopeful. They took time to create a plan tailored to my body and journey, and thanks to their efforts, I am now pregnant! I will always be grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and tireless work to make dreams come true. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that truly cares, this is the place. Dr. Mullin and her team are wonderful. It is a smaller office with a family atmosphere—everyone knows you by your second visit, and they genuinely care about your fertility journey.

Dr. Mullin and everyone on her team are wonderful. I am always seen within 15 minutes of walking in, and by my second visit everyone knew my name. I received so much care and support, and they were genuinely happy whenever they called with good news. After one failed transfer, I am now in my third trimester, so I truly thank God 🙏

I sat in the waiting room for over an hour during my lunch break. Staff were talking with a patient receiving bloodwork, loudly discussing retirement and how she could not decide which state to retire in for nearly 30 minutes—clearly unrelated to the blood draw. They continued their personal conversation while I waited patiently during my limited break. I was the only person in the waiting room. When I approached for an update, staff initially pretended not to see or hear me. I appreciate nurses’ hard work, but leaving me without an update while having a personal conversation was unprofessional and frankly disrespectful. I regret even scheduling the appointment.

Terrible staff who genuinely do not care about patients. We saw them two years ago while trying to conceive. They recommended bloodwork. Because my work situation was sensitive, I explained that I could not leave during work and needed it done before the weekday began. They promised to send the lab order. I woke early and took my daughter to the lab, but they had not sent it. I contacted the office from the lab and received no response, wasting my time. When I followed up, they did not care that they had forgotten. I eventually completed the HSG they ordered and became pregnant immediately. I called because I was bleeding continuously, but they said I was no longer their patient because I was pregnant. That made no sense: I went to them to become pregnant and conceived after their HSG order. With a history of miscarriage and having recently moved back to the island, I struggled to find an OB, yet the fertility clinic refused to see me despite heavy bleeding early in pregnancy. Fast-forward two years: they claimed they do not offer a patient portal, although I have an email from two years ago with a temporary portal login. I followed their instructions and submitted a medical-record request on June 26. They said it would take no more than 10 days. Staff were rude whenever I called for updates. Why does your email ask for 24–48 hours for a status update if you become annoyed when patients call? Around day 7, a staff member said they had not even submitted my request. On day 9, she said, “Well, we are within the 10-day window.” On day 12, there were still no records. I explained that I had an appointment at a new fertility clinic and needed them; she said she would expedite it. The records arrived on day 16. The doctor also has no bedside manner. Rude, rude, rude. Do not waste your time! They lack compassion and cannot do their jobs properly.
