Dr. Pollard and his team are very kind and attentive. We wanted a physician who specialized in fertility rather than infertility, and they provided exactly the care and treatment we needed. They even called to tell me I did not need to drive downtown and could complete one of my appointments by telehealth. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them.

My wife and I had always wanted a child. We saw Dr. Pollard for about 9 months and then successfully conceived.
However, I should mention several points. Research every medication they prescribe, including side effects and better alternatives. They prescribe whatever is most convenient for them. For example, long-term clomiphene treatment here made me feel terrible. My concerns were ignored until I strongly advocated for switching to enclomiphene, which worked.
Also remember that this is a business. They are not helping you have a child out of kindness. An hCG plus clomiphene cycle costs about $300-400 cash per month and is unlikely to be covered by insurance. There will also be extensive bloodwork and other semen analyses, so check whether your insurance covers these diagnostics.
Next is billing and communication. If I could rate this separately, I would give it one star. They say all responses require a certain amount of time and mainly communicate through the portal because they dislike phone calls. But half the time they simply ignore your messages, and you may have to follow up repeatedly to get a response. The communication experience was terrible.

Dr. Pollard is an excellent urologist. He accurately diagnosed me within minutes, and we scheduled surgery. The microsurgery was quick and took only 45 minutes. It was painless, even during recovery except for mild discomfort, and I was back to normal after two weeks. The surgery had a very positive effect on my quality of life. His staff were also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

This place tried to charge me $75 for an appointment I scheduled but never confirmed. We are working very hard to have a child and save money, while these thieves try to charge whatever their automated system tells them to. I never said, “Okay, this appointment works for me.” Wrong.

Dr. Pollard and the Posterity Health team were very kind, helpful, and compassionate! I am glad we were referred to him because he gave us hope and the answers we had been seeking.

Frustrating billing and communication experience
I had high expectations when I chose Prosperity Fertility, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating because of their poor handling of billing and communication.
I provided updated insurance information in July 2024 and have since sent countless emails and text messages and made multiple calls trying to resolve the issue. Each time I was told, “We are looking into it,” but five months later, I am still waiting. I have now been referred to the billing department, which appears to have stopped responding entirely.
This delay is unreasonable, especially since I prepaid, attended appointments on time, and promptly answered every call. Whether or not my insurance covers anything, billing the correct insurer promptly is a basic procedure.
Regarding the surgery, Dr. Pollard performed it well, and I would recommend him for surgery, but his comments beforehand unnecessarily raised my expectations. He assured me he was not concerned and was confident he would find sperm, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Although I know not everything is within a surgeon's control, those comments left me feeling misled and ultimately disappointed.
Overall, my disappointment is not only with the result, but also with how poorly the office handled its administrative responsibilities. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but this situation was extremely frustrating and avoidable.
