Their expertise and manner were truly outstanding—they explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and kept me laughing until I fell asleep. I felt great when I woke up, entirely because of their skill and attentive care. My egg retrieval went very smoothly thanks to the entire team's coordination and expertise. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Moayeri, Jamie NP, and all the other wonderful team members at OC Fertility. After years of heartbreak, disappointment, and multiple failed transfers at my previous clinic, I decided to trust OC Fertility, and I am so glad I did. My case was far from easy, but Dr. Moayeri accepted the challenge and ultimately succeeded. She created a personalized frozen embryo transfer protocol for me with daily blood tests and frequent ultrasounds. My previous doctors had all used standard, one-size-fits-all protocols, which unfortunately did not work for me! Now my miracle baby is about to enter the second trimester, and I could not be more excited! I highly recommend OC Fertility to anyone seeking highly personalized, expert fertility care.

I recently started treatment at this clinic. My husband and I transferred from Kaiser and decided to try another IUI at Dr. Moayeri's practice. Although my journey has just begun, the staff here are excellent, attentive, and welcoming. Jamie, NP, guided me kindly and gently through the entire process. At our first visit with Dr. Moayeri, she addressed our needs and concerns, made my husband and me feel at ease, and explained every detail thoroughly.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Moyaeri last week, and it was excellent. She took the time to listen and understand my situation, which is not common among doctors. My experience has been wonderful so far!

Lovely office and friendly staff. The doctor was kind and attentive. Procedure costs were confusing because no one could explain the fees. This information should be readily available and easy to provide.

Dr. Moayeri and her team at OC Fertility were amazing. Her team was very communicative with me and assisted me with making sure we had all my records and documents lined up for a successful first visit. Dr. Moayeri was warm and friendly from the start. I wanted to see her for a second opinion and see what my options were. She made me feel like I wasn’t alone and provided me with hope and reassurance for my situation. I had my egg retrieval this morning and am grateful to Dr. Moayeri and her entire team at OC Fertility. This was certainly a stressful and somewhat nerve-racking process, but everyone at the practice made the experience very comfortable! Each day I went for monitoring or bloodwork, I felt very positive. I am 29 and simply wanted to reduce the pressure of the female biological clock, and the entire staff supported me and helped me through every step. Dr. Moayeri made me feel comfortable throughout! I was also always able to see Dr. Sachdev, who was wonderful and explained everything to me! The process was excellent! Once you get used to the injections, they do not hurt and are very easy. The main issue is that it is time-consuming, and you need to remember every injection.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this fertility clinic. Saying they lack customer service is an understatement. First, they incorrectly charged me for a follow-up consultation, which was very frustrating. Worse, despite my repeated attempts to contact them, I never received my September laboratory results, and it is now nearly March. None of my inquiries received a response. This is completely unprofessional. They also failed to explain any of the medication they sent to my pharmacy. I did not know what it was, why I should take it, or its potential side effects, leaving me confused and anxious. But that was only the beginning of my frustration. Worst of all, my doctor, Sachdev, left midway through my treatment without any prior notice, completely abandoning my care. I repeatedly tried to contact someone in management to resolve these issues. I left several messages with the front desk but never received a return call. It was as though they did not care about their patients or accept any accountability. For a clinic handling something as sensitive as fertility, their lack of communication and attention to detail is absolutely inexcusable. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They have proven incompetent, unprofessional, and completely negligent.
