The clinic is clean and the staff are friendly. I appreciate the prompt, consistent communication. They provide clear, thoughtful instructions for every in-person test. The clinic is conveniently located in the suburbs near the highway and just off a main road. I also appreciate how quick and convenient the appointments are.

I love the Oak Creek location! The staff are extremely friendly, the phlebotomists are skilled, and waits are short. Ultrasound technician Pragati is amazing. I knew her from Chicago and am delighted she is now in Oak Creek!

I recently started my IVF journey at Pinnacle Fertility, and the experience has been excellent. Everyone is kind, helpful, and patient with my many questions, and they understand how emotional this journey can be. I am very glad I chose this practice. Chrissy and Ale at the front desk are wonderful. They are always helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Pragati, the ultrasound specialist, is excellent and makes every appointment comfortable and relaxing. Keya in the lab is highly skilled at drawing blood, and I never feel any pain. Overall, the Pinnacle Fertility team feels like family. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, attentiveness, and compassion.

I love the staff here!! Oak Brook is my preferred location, and Keeya, Chrissy, and Pragna have cared for me for years. Everyone is so kind and helpful, making each visit very pleasant! I have also seen several doctors and always feel heard and valued.
