Dr. Masson is our hero. He is an excellent surgeon with wonderful bedside manner. Throughout the journey, we felt he was part of our family, and we are very grateful. Highly recommended!

Dr. Masson is the most knowledgeable, capable, kind, responsive, and compassionate doctor I have met. He took over my case from another doctor because it fell within his specialty, and I am glad he did. Dr. Masson outlined the surgical and treatment steps we needed, and everything happened quickly and smoothly. He was thorough and informative and did everything possible to make my wife and me comfortable. He always spent plenty of time with us, patiently listening and answering every question. It is difficult to find a doctor so skilled and knowledgeable with such excellent bedside manner. My experience with him was outstanding, and I recommend him without reservation.

Dr. Masson himself is an excellent, knowledgeable, and highly skilled provider. Posterity's office staffing model is concerning, with different people responsible for different areas. One person schedules office visits, another schedules procedures, and another takes payments. Also be careful because the office staff are in different time zones. Christine Gardner was the only helpful office staff member I worked with. The call-center and staffing model is very confusing and needs to be completely rebuilt.
I am updating this review. Posterity Health remains an incompetent fertility provider. Dr. Masson no longer works there; he is now on the faculty at the University of Miami. Three months after scheduling surgery, we unexpectedly received a $2,400 anesthesia charge that was not included in our original estimate. My wife and I decided to receive care from another fertility company.
Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from Posterity Health.

I was unimpressed with the care provided by the telehealth fertility doctor. He ordered genetic blood work and scrotal imaging but did not review the results before my next appointment. He had us read the results, then insisted that I see a urologist immediately. He essentially implied a false narrative about testicular cancer without saying it directly. I also learned that I have Klinefelter syndrome and was told there was a 20% chance of finding sperm. I found Dr. Turek online and saw him the following week. Dr. Turek performed a physical examination and ordered blood tests. Cancer was not a concern, and he found none. To confirm, he tested alpha-fetoprotein (tumor marker), total lactate dehydrogenase, and total HCG. All results were low within the normal range, meaning there was no testicular cancer. Dr. Turek said my experience with Posterity Health could constitute malpractice. I had no reason to pursue them, since I had only two telehealth visits and two weeks of fear about cancer. It was better to leave and find someone better, like Dr. Turek. Dr. Turek also said his techniques offered a 50-60% chance of finding sperm in my case.
