I am very happy with my IVF treatment with Dr. Zapantis. I underwent IVF in 2022, and now my twins are about to turn 4. Dr. Zapantis and his team are very professional, and I recommend them 100%.

Infertility is a painful experience, but Dr. Zapantis and his team were wonderful. Everyone at the clinic was kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. My insurance was complicated, but the staff did everything possible to secure the coverage I needed. The nurses were exceptional and made me feel heard and valued at every visit. I was very anxious, and they helped me relax and comforted me throughout the process. Dr. Zapantis is highly skilled and truly listens to his patients. I never felt ignored or dismissed. I am happy that we completed treatment successfully and genuinely enjoyed working with everyone at the clinic. I wish I had come here sooner. At New York Reproductive Wellness, you are a real patient, not a statistic.

This review is a little late, but I am truly grateful for my experience at Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York. From the beginning, every staff member was helpful and thoughtful. The billing team even worked with my insurance company and ultimately secured coverage for my egg retrieval. The staff were very patient, especially because I was extremely nervous (lol). As a pelvic floor therapist, I highly recommend this clinic to patients considering ways to improve their reproductive health.

The staff were excellent and attentive, and the logistics were well organized, giving me a wonderful experience. Timing and scheduling are critical in IVF treatment, and this clinic handled them exceptionally well. Their precision and professionalism made an already difficult journey much easier. The staff were also consistently warm, friendly, and supportive. Staff turnover at the clinic is low; throughout the years I received treatment, I continued to see the same people. If you are seeking fertility services nearby, I highly recommend this clinic!

From day one, Dr. Zapantis and his staff provided comfort and reassurance to my husband and I. There was always a plan, caring words and smooth appointments. Thank you to everyone there (doctors, nurses, reception, embryologists) for guiding us along our IVF journey. Truly appreciative to have such a great practice so close to home.

Dr. Zepantis and his team are amazing. My husband and I were fortunate to find him during a difficult search for care. I am very grateful for their kindness and compassion. Every staff member is very helpful. I highly recommend him and this clinic. Coincidentally, I have also met several former patients of this clinic, and they all spoke very highly of him and his team. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Zapantis's office! The office is clean, modern, and organized, and appointments run smoothly. The entire staff is warm and supportive. Everyone is very friendly and knows you by name—you are not just another patient. Dr. Zapantis and the staff took the time to answer all my questions, ease my concerns, and make me feel well cared for. Dr. Zapantis's expertise, empathy, and dedication to patient well-being were evident in every interaction. The nurses are absolute angels—kind, compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. Through good times and bad, they cheer for you, comfort you, and make sure you never feel alone. They become your greatest supporters, offering encouragement and reassurance when you need it most. Their support and guidance helped me through my darkest days and find a way forward. I cannot recommend this office enough! If you are seeking reproductive care, look no further!

If you are looking for a fertility doctor, there is no better choice than NYRW. The entire staff is wonderful and feels like family during such a difficult time. Kim's clear communication, prompt responses, and compassion for what you are experiencing will reassure you! My process was long because my body worked against me, but the nurses became family. Sandra and Jasmine were with us from the beginning, through our miscarriage, and finally through my successful pregnancy. Their knowledge and compassion exceeded anything I could have imagined! I cried with them and celebrated with them, and I remain deeply grateful to them today. Dr. Zapantis's compassion and knowledge will also exceed your expectations. He wants you to succeed as much as you do! The entire staff is the best around! I would recommend NYRW to anyone I know who needs a fertility doctor. I will always be grateful to this office and its entire staff for helping me achieve my miracle!

There is no perfect word for this office other than incredible! From Dr. Zapantis to every nurse and team member, this office feels like a family. They are professional, welcoming, and friendly. They turned a difficult life experience into a dream. They were supportive, understanding, and knowledgeable at every step. If we could give them 10 stars, we would! This team was perfect for us, and we loved their intimate office space because it always felt more comfortable and safe. I would like to offer a few words of praise for Dr. Zapantis. I have met and spoken with other doctors, and I consider him one of the best. He is thoughtful, patient, confident, and capable. He is warm and friendly, with a delightful sense of humor and a gift for making patients feel safe and welcome. His staff are also wonderful and always ready to help. I cannot express my gratitude, appreciation, and overall love for Dr. Zapantis and his team. I met them during my third IVF cycle, feeling discouraged, confused, sad, exhausted, and stressed. My first two cycles were at RMA in Garden City. After the first two failed, I was told we would use exactly the same protocol a third time. My husband sought another opinion, which brought us to New York Reproductive Wellness, and I am incredibly grateful. We pay for IVF out of pocket, which added another layer of stress to repeating the same approach without real answers. Although nervous about changing clinics, we hoped a fresh perspective would give us a better chance. The moment we entered the NYRW facility, it felt like a completely different world. It was calm and intimate, everything you hope for while going through something so intense. After the initial visit, we decided to try a different protocol and a test I had never heard of, Receptiva. Now I am 8 months pregnant, have answers about my infertility, and am eagerly waiting to meet our baby girl.
