The billing issues are terrible! I saw Dr. Barnett in 2023. Today, two years later, on the day after Christmas while the clinic was closed, we received a text saying we owed an unexplained balance and would be sent to collections if we did not pay. They also sent a portal message with no subject or content. The billing department is extremely unprofessional!

A previous doctor told us there was “no hope” of the two of us having a child. Dr. Barnett and his team were very optimistic from our first visit! They worked diligently to help us build our family, and a few months later we are 8 weeks pregnant! Please do not waste more time looking for other doctors—make this your first and only stop!!! You do not need anyone else! Thank you, Dr. B!!

I was referred to Dr. Barnett several years ago and was glad to learn that he has offices in both Tyler and Frisco. This is the second child he has transferred for us. Dr. Barnett and his staff at the Tyler office are wonderful—always efficient and friendly. Dr. Barnett has an excellent bedside manner. He takes time to discuss our fertility treatment plan and gladly answers questions along the way. I would recommend him to anyone I know who needs an REI specialist.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this clinic from beginning to end. Communication and staff at both the Dallas and Tyler offices were excellent! I would definitely recommend them!
