I noticed that my previous review was deleted. I recommend staying away from this clinic. They never answer the phone, and when they do, they always make excuses. This week they said the doctor was on vacation and they were not accepting patients, but when I called a few weeks ago—after they had already issued a referral that I had to ask my primary care doctor rather than my OB-GYN to resubmit—they said they could schedule me in May.

I scheduled a semen analysis for my husband a week in advance. At about 2:45 p.m. the day before the appointment, my husband said they called to cancel because the doctor had surgery. I called to confirm, and they said my husband would have to go to the Dallas clinic. I asked whether the Dallas and Tyler doctors were different, and they said no, it was the same doctor. I asked whether the doctor simply did not want to come to Tyler, and they said my husband only needed to drop off a semen sample and did not need to see the doctor. I then asked why the appointment was canceled because the doctor had surgery if my husband did not need to see him. They told me the Tyler clinic did not have equipment for semen analysis and that they did not know this when the appointment was scheduled. This made no sense. Now my husband cannot go to Dallas until next month at the earliest, and we are already on a tight timeline and urgently need this test. This week was our only available week this month, so we could have arranged to drive to Dallas, but now that is impossible.

Pros: 1. All diagnostic equipment is available in the clinic, which sped up testing and allowed me to receive results without waiting for outside facilities. 2. Scheduling was simple and convenient, and I never had difficulty getting an appointment. 3. When an overpayment was identified, the clinic promptly corrected the bill and issued a quick refund, which I appreciated. Cons: 1. At all three visits, Dr. Pinto repeatedly called me by the wrong name. This made me feel overlooked and dismissed. 2. Even after I explained that my husband's job made it impossible, Dr. Pinto continued insisting that he attend appointments. His comments felt judgmental. 3. Visits felt rushed. At the end, Dr. Pinto would abruptly leave the room without giving me an opportunity to ask questions. 4. Billing was unclear, and I was not told that full payment was required in advance. Once I realized this, I provided the billing department with my explanation of benefits (EOB), calculated the difference, and formally requested reimbursement. As a patient undergoing infertility treatment, I did not feel I received the attention and support I deserved. The entire experience felt transactional.

Dr. Pinto is highly professional and talented in his field. He kept making adjustments until we got everything right, and now we have a precious baby girl due in April! An added benefit is that he is a man of faith, which was very comforting! I highly recommend Dr. Pinto and the staff at Repromed!

This was my first visit today, and both Dr. Pinto and the lovely woman at the front desk were very kind, warm, and friendly. My journey is just beginning, but I feel confident, happy, and grateful.
