After two embryo transfers, with the second one successful ☺️, I was very satisfied with the entire process, from the initial consultation and ovarian stimulation to embryo transfer. The team was professional, attentive, and friendly—the physicians, nurses, and assistant, Khun Fon, all took wonderful care of my wife. When our daughter visited during school breaks, they prepared toys for her. When a transfer failed, they encouraged us; when it succeeded, they celebrated with us. It truly felt like being cared for by family, not just empty words. Overall, it was an excellent experience. My wife is due in early December, and we will definitely return with the baby to visit everyone! 😇✌️🎉

Choosing intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) for my first treatment was absolutely the right decision! I was impressed from the first step. The nurses, scientists, and doctors were all very kind, considerate, and welcoming, which put me at ease. They also have a group chat that provides support and advice at any time, which was very reassuring. If there is an emergency late at night, a nurse calls immediately and always answers promptly without leaving me waiting. I finally have the daughter I always dreamed of! I succeeded on the first attempt with just one egg. I am so glad I chose to undergo intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) here. Dr. Ball is highly skilled and minimized every risk, while the entire team was very thoughtful and attentive. I previously received infertility treatment elsewhere. After two unsuccessful egg retrievals, I wanted to change clinics. I consulted several but remained undecided until a friend recommended BCC. I was impressed from my first consultation. The doctor explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and genuinely wanted to help us achieve our goal.
Once I began treatment here, I felt very well cared for. The nurses, embryologists, and reception staff were all friendly and helpful. Everyone was kind and encouraging at every visit.

I am Sukhjeet Kaur from Punjab, India, and I want to share my deeply moving experience. After 22 painful years of waiting and countless failed attempts, I finally became a mother. This miracle is thanks to Bangkok Central Clinic.
Despite my complex medical history and many failed treatments in India, Dr. Anoop gave us hope and developed the perfect plan. Dr. Anoop and Dr. Tanut spent three months preparing my case before we finally traveled to Bangkok for treatment. To our great joy, we succeeded on the first attempt! By the grace of Waheguru Ji, today I am the mother of a ‘very lovely boy.’ Everything went very smoothly. Ms. Sara and the clinic's nursing team provided truly world-class care and compassion.

They impressed me even before I visited. Simply contacting them with questions through Line was reassuring because the staff were so helpful. When I finally met Dr. Ball and the entire staff, everyone was very thoughtful. Everything—from ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval to embryo transfer and follow-up treatment—was perfect. I went to this clinic for egg freezing. The doctor was excellent. I was 35 and retrieved 10 eggs on the first attempt. They even removed an endometrioma that was obstructing the egg retrieval. This clinic was better and more honest than a well-known hospital. I highly recommend it for egg freezing. 100 out of 100!

Everything about this clinic exudes excellence.
The doctor is excellent and confident.
Sara and her team provided outstanding guidance throughout our infertility journey.
We spent approximately 425,000 Thai baht to achieve one successful embryo transfer. It was worth the money because I am confident this clinic is world-class. It must be world-class, as at least two-thirds of its patients are foreigners.
The clinic is on the first floor and may take some effort to find.
We are very grateful.

Very disappointing. They did not treat the low sperm count or perform further testing. They simply prescribed antioxidants and sent us home. Despite our request for immediate treatment, they told us to return several months later, and the condition has now worsened.

Visited in February for a consultation, the nurse and the doctor were ignorant and just asked to take antioxidants and make lifestyle changes and sent us back without further investigating the reason for our problem and asked to come after 3 months but within that time our reports became even worse . Team could have taken our case more seriously than casually neglecting us because of our young age. It's important to find the cause of the problem rather than just sending back telling to take antioxidants and good diet.

We may be among those who needed the fewest doctor visits, because I saw the doctor only 2 times before having my baby ❤️ After trying naturally for 6 months, I decided to seek a consultation here. We received precise advice and followed the dates calculated by the doctor. I calculated ovulation accurately and followed the pregnancy-test instructions. I believe this is the best IVF clinic in Thailand. They are welcoming, caring, and very professional. Dr. Tanut and his team were extremely helpful and sincere, and we were fortunate to conceive twins after our first embryo transfer! After more than a year of disappointment at other hospitals in Thailand and Korea, we were thrilled to receive good news on our first attempt here.
The facilities are excellent, and the doctors, nurses, and receptionists are all friendly. After a year of infertility treatment at another hospital with no identified cause, we tried IVF here and conceived twins on the first attempt! They contacted me each time and provided detailed guidance about medications and scheduling. If you are considering IVF, I highly recommend BCC IVF!
