Everything was excellent 👍, but it was far too slow.

There are too many patients, communication is difficult, treatment progresses slowly, and they cannot determine the cause of a patient's condition. They are simply incompetent.

Everything else was good. The nurses were kind, polite, and attentive. This happened at 6:47 a.m. on May 8, 2026; I attached a photo of the room where it occurred. I want to mention a woman whose name I do not know. She was in the urine specimen collection room on the second floor near the blood draw room. She was a young woman, though I do not know her age. I do not understand why she could not speak politely to a patient. Was it necessary to shout so everyone could hear? I genuinely did not understand, so I asked her to explain clearly. I did not argue with her directly because I still needed other services. When you argue about a patient behind their back, saying things such as (‘Oh, I have a headache,’ in an unfriendly tone), do you think that is appropriate? You should not raise your voice like that. Her attitude was terrible. Please acknowledge and correct your behavior. Do not treat anyone else this way. Your attitude was extremely poor. Please read this carefully.

The doctors are excellent, but the queue system is a nightmare. You get a number at 6 p.m. and wait two hours. Then you take another number outside the consultation room and wait another hour. The consultation itself is good, and the doctors give each patient enough time. Afterward, you submit your visit form and wait another 10–30 minutes to complete the appointment. The worst part is collecting medication, which usually takes two hours and sometimes three or four. ☠️

That manner of speaking was very rude.

The nurses' service was extremely poor and dismissive. Whenever I asked questions, they brushed me off. If you do not believe me, come see for yourself.

It is large and the building is new, but the service system remains as poor as ever.

The grounds have been beautifully improved, while the buildings retain their modern-retro charm.

Good, fast service. The doctor is kind and speaks politely.
