I would give 10 stars if I could. I felt very safe and comfortable today. Dr. Gliwa was wonderful. He listened carefully and made me feel valued. Thank you, thank you.

I would give a negative rating if I could. A nurse called me annoying because she had to do her job. I began IVF here knowing nothing, but after gaining experience and switching clinics, I deeply regret coming here. I thought the stress caused by the doctors and nurses was normal, but I was shocked to learn otherwise. Most appointments here made me feel awful. For what they charge, they should do better.

I have had two failed IVF cycles. They are understaffed and fully booked. Go elsewhere; it is not worth wasting your time and money. I should have switched after the first attempt. They also tried twice to charge me again for a mock transfer I had already paid for. Recently, they decided to add another $2,000 because apparently $6,300 was not enough for egg retrieval, despite that being the quoted budget. They only care about money!

The IUI was performed too late. Very expensive care with no attention. A poor choice. The University of Michigan excels in other areas, but not this one.

I appreciate Dr. Berg's personality and find him very kind, but I lack confidence in him as my fertility specialist. He mentioned that as many as 12 IVF transfers might be required for complete success, but he did not explain how his approach differed from that of my current clinic. I had hoped for a more personalized plan or new insight based on my specific circumstances. Instead, his approach felt similar to my prior experience, without clear adjustments or a defined strategy for next steps. Overall, I wanted clearer guidance, more specific information, and an individualized plan, but this consultation did not meet those needs.

I received treatment at Bleiwood Center for Reproductive Medicine from August 2024 to July 2025. Throughout treatment, there were repeated problems with communication, monitoring, and follow-up, ultimately resulting in a serious medical emergency. Despite my history of a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and assurances that my medical team would monitor me closely, my doctor only had a 15-minute virtual consultation with me and gave generic fertility treatment recommendations. My second intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycle proceeded without any outpatient monitoring, such as ultrasound or blood tests. In the days after the procedure, I repeatedly contacted my medical team about spotting, bleeding, and worsening cramps, but was told these were normal and to continue monitoring at home. Suspecting another ectopic pregnancy, I took a pregnancy test myself and it was positive. I called the clinic to report it and requested a same-day visit, but was told I had to wait for bloodwork to confirm pregnancy. I went to the emergency room alone, where an ectopic pregnancy was diagnosed and emergency surgery was required. In the days after surgery, my symptoms worsened, including fever, weakness, and inability to eat or drink. My husband and I repeatedly contacted the medical team, who advised continued symptom management at home. My condition deteriorated until I needed ambulance transport and a second emergency surgery. During surgery, the surgeon found a bowel perforation caused by trocar damage during my laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy surgery 4 days earlier. I developed septic shock and woke in the ICU days later, with no idea where I was or what had happened. Recovery required a prolonged hospital stay and months of ongoing home care. Nearly a year after the emergency surgery, I am still dealing with the long-term physical and emotional effects of this disaster. This experience raises serious concerns about monitoring protocols for high-risk patients and responses to postoperative complications. I am sharing it so other patients, especially those with a history of ectopic pregnancy, can make informed decisions. For anyone choosing treatment here, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about monitoring and when care will be escalated.

I have been seeing Dr. Randolph for more than 5 years and would recommend him to anyone.

I underwent uterine septum removal for fertility reasons. This is not a minor procedure, and because of previous medical trauma I postponed it for several years. A uterine abnormality seems to lead inevitably to many examinations. I have seen many doctors and gone through many procedures, and this was the best experience I have had. I am originally from central Ohio and now live in Toledo. For years I heard Dr. Randolph was the best, and that proved true. He cares about patients, explains everything thoroughly, and truly listens. He genuinely wants patients to feel comfortable and safe. I recommend him completely.

This man gave me life. I transitioned 20 years ago, and he treated me with extraordinary respect and care. Of all the doctors I have met, he has the highest medical ethics. This man gave me life.
