My husband and I have been TTC since 2014. We are active-duty military and move often, so it has been an emotional roller coaster over the years. We both really liked Dr. HSU and were glad he was our new provider. He took excellent notes and was very thorough. We were preparing to try IUI again when we learned that Dr. HSU was leaving MU Healthcare. He left without recommending another provider. He left us stranded, and now we must start our infertility journey over again! My husband and I are both frustrated.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The Berrywood entrance is shown in the first photo. Enter through the brick entrance shown in the second photo, marked “Keene Medical Center,” on the north side of the building—not the hospital's main entrance on the west side. Take the elevator to the second floor, turn right, then left; they are at the end of the hall on the left.

I give this doctor's office 5 stars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I rate the overall experience 10. The couch was uncomfortably comfortable, but it served its purpose. I rate it 5/10. Entertainment needed to complete the task was 1/10. None was provided, so I had to use my phone. Be sure to bring your own earbuds. Otherwise, thank you.

Please do not waste your time or money trying to have a child through this clinic. They delayed our fertility journey by at least 6 months. Everything was, “Let's do this test, and we will call you in 30 days,” repeatedly. We sought a second opinion at another clinic and received a diagnosis on the first day. No expensive or painful testing was needed. I wish I had read a review telling me to skip this clinic before enduring it. We paid less at the clinic that successfully gave us a positive test result. You will find better treatment elsewhere.
