A Dra. Jacob é de Toledo, Ohio. Obteve sua graduação em psicologia na University of Virginia e seu diploma de medicina na University of Cincinnati. Em seguida, concluiu a residência em obstetrícia e ginecologia nos University Hospitals, afiliados à Case Western Reserve University, em Cleveland, Ohio. Ingressou no Diamond Women's Center em 1999 e construiu ali toda a sua carreira. Ao longo dos anos, valorizou passar tempo com cada paciente, ouvir e atuar em parceria em sua jornada de saúde. Gosta de cuidar de mulheres em todas as fases da vida, da adolescência à gravidez e aos anos reprodutivos, até a menopausa. Também é especialista em cirurgia histeroscópica e laparoscópica minimamente invasiva. Foi reconhecida como Minnesota Top Doctor em 2017. Em seu tempo livre, a Dra. Jacob gosta de passar tempo com o marido e os cinco filhos, manter-se ativa, torcer pelos times esportivos favoritos da UVA e de Cincinnati, experimentar novas receitas, viajar e ler e discutir livros com seu clube de leitura.

Dr. Schwab may be the best doctor I have ever seen. She helped me through difficult fertility issues and complicated pregnancies. I always felt safe and well cared for. She takes time to know you personally, and sometimes I feel she cares for me better than I care for myself. I also had excellent interactions with the nurses and staff. Highly recommended.

I have seen Dr. Jacob for several years. As a breast cancer survivor, I appreciate how attentive she is and how much she cares about my women's health. She is very knowledgeable, and if she cannot immediately answer a question or concern, she finds the answer and follows up. I would definitely recommend her to my female friends.

I was a longtime patient at Diamond Women’s Center and later followed Dr. Jacob to Alomere. In fact, I would follow her wherever she goes. She delivered both of my sons, which means the world to me as a mother. Dr. Jacob is an excellent listener who willingly shares her expertise and gives patients her full attention. She is highly skilled and kind and always makes you feel understood and cared for. I have trusted her for years, and now my eldest daughter sees her too. I sincerely recommend Dr. Jacob to any woman looking for a new doctor. She truly is the best, and I highly recommend her!
