My husband and I traveled all the way from the United States to Bangkok for IVF treatment, but unfortunately, our experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the clinic felt dim, outdated, and not very clean. It was also difficult to find, which made us uneasy compared with the other fertility clinics we visited in Bangkok. Communication was one of our greatest concerns. The doctor's limited English made it difficult for us to fully understand the treatment plan. We often left appointments with more questions because the doctor provided very little explanation of the treatment process, medications, or next steps. We also felt pressured into additional treatments and expenses without clear explanations. The medication costs were shockingly high. When we consulted another reputable fertility clinic in Bangkok, we learned that the medications prescribed to us were actually relatively inexpensive but had been marked up substantially. IVF treatment is already an emotionally stressful and costly journey. Patients deserve transparency, accurate information, professional communication, and clear explanations. Unfortunately, we did not receive those here. We ultimately transferred to another clinic and had a much better treatment experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking IVF treatment in Bangkok.
