I really like Red Rock Fertility. Everyone is kind and takes time to ensure you understand the entire process. Some may say the doctor's bedside manner is not ideal, but I like her personality. She is direct, which is exactly what you need when dealing with fertility issues and various challenges. I admire every woman there and sincerely thank them.

The doctor only recommended IVF and offered no other options. It was a waste of money. There was no genuine care or personalized treatment plan. Not worth it. Do not waste your time and money here.

We love Red Rock Fertility Center! Thanks to them, we have three children. The staff are extremely friendly. Because I needed morning appointments, Amity performed most of my scans. She is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Charry is also wonderful and thoughtful. Although I hate lab work, Holly spared me much of the pain of blood draws. I did not see Dr. Littman often, but she is honest and direct, which was important to us. I am very grateful to Red Rock and its staff!

I was told I would receive a call back, but no one ever contacted me. This is especially frustrating because my insurance company now requires me to follow up after Red Rock Fertility Clinic failed to send an email. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication from Red Rock Fertility Clinic's financial services team.

Dr. Littman and the team were amazing while helping us have children. They understood us and worked with us at every step. Thanks to them, we now have two happy, healthy boys!

We had the most wonderful experience at Red Rock Fertility! We began our IUI journey two years ago. Although the first attempt was unsuccessful, we knew we would return to Dr. Littman when the time was right. Her entire staff are warm and genuinely caring. They made the process less frightening for my wife and me as we tried to become first-time parents. Amity and Kaitlyn guided us through every step, answered our many questions, and excitedly celebrated with us when we learned we were expecting twins. I had a terrible experience at Red Rock. I could never reach anyone by phone and was always left with questions because nothing was explained. My coordinator was not thorough, did not follow up, and failed to send documents before an appointment at another facility, so I had to wait there until she faxed them. Dr. Littman had poor bedside manner and made me very uncomfortable. She spoke as though I should already know everything. I do not mind directness, but she was rude. For someone going through this for the first time, everything should be explained thoroughly and carefully; she did the opposite. Her responses made me feel foolish for asking questions. Anyone beginning this process should save time, energy, and money and go to Nevada Fertility Center. I switched and had a completely different, much better experience. Transferring my files and medical records from Red Rock was also a nightmare. My coordinator Ariana never contacted me to ask what happened or follow up, despite having worked with me for quite some time. Also, regardless of your insurance, the Sunset Surgery Center, which Dr. Littman owns and where procedures are performed, is always out of network. They seemed focused on money. I appreciate that Nevada Fertility Center performs everything in-house and is in network with my insurance. My best friend also had a bad experience at Red Rock and plans to switch.

I did not have the best experience. I had two egg retrievals with them, and on December 2 I received an email saying my embryos had not passed testing. I am still waiting for a call about whether we should try again or what options I have. I know the outcome was beyond their control, but a phone call would at least make us feel important rather than like a paycheck. I regret choosing them because I felt no concern from the doctor. The only positive part of the office was Joanna, who was an angel during my case. Otherwise, I do not recommend them.
