First, I want to say that Dr. Patel was attentive, professional, and thorough during my visit. She carefully explained all possible treatment options, listened to my concerns, reviewed my condition, and made me feel at ease throughout the consultation. I greatly appreciate her care. Unfortunately, everything began to go wrong after meeting Dr. Patel. I was told a financial coordinator would contact me after the visit, but a month passed without a call. Someone else later contacted me to schedule tests, but I was never clearly told which tests I actually needed. Dr. Patel had explained that I might need only a few tests, yet the coordinator initially tried to schedule all of them. They ultimately had to check with the doctor again to determine what was truly necessary. Most frustrating was the complete lack of cost transparency. No one could clearly explain the estimated total cost, which is essential before beginning a sensitive medical process involving substantial out-of-pocket expenses. The billing process was also confusing and stressful. My initial visit should already have been paid for, which the doctor's office confirmed twice. Even so, I received four or five calls, texts, and messages from Prelude requesting payment. Just a few days ago, I received another call asking for twice the amount previously quoted. Dr. Patel herself is excellent, but the partnership and coordination with Prelude unfortunately made the entire experience chaotic and complicated. Too many people seemed to be involved without effective communication or coordination. In such a sensitive and important medical process, patients need clarity, consistency, and confidence. Sadly, the doctor's excellent care was overshadowed by confusion, misinformation, billing problems, and poor coordination elsewhere. Before making important medical decisions, patients have a right to fully understand what they need, why they need it, and what their financial responsibility will be.

I am very glad we chose this clinic for our fertility needs. From the first phone call through all our office appointments, everyone was very helpful. The clinic is brand new and beautifully designed inside. Sierra at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Tianna, our new-patient coordinator, was very helpful and ensured that we completed everything required. Dr. S is knowledgeable and never pushy. I highly recommend this clinic! Most appointments can be completed at the Lake Nona clinic, although some must take place at the Winter Park clinic. Winter Park also has many friendly and helpful staff members. Thank you to everyone at both clinics for all the help and support throughout the process. If you are considering beginning fertility care, I highly recommend this clinic!

I was amazed by my wonderful experience as a new patient. Dr. Chen was very patient, listened carefully to all my concerns, explained everything in detail, and made sure I fully understood. I never felt rushed or ignored. Everyone was kind from the moment I entered until I left. Dr. Chen recommended the best treatment plan for my individual situation. The financial representative also explained every charge and what my insurance did and did not cover, and she was a pleasure to speak with. Every doctor I have met so far has been excellent. My experience at other clinics has never been as positive as it has been at the IVF Center.

After a $400 consultation, we were told that someone would contact us about the next steps. We waited two weeks but received no call. We called the center and were given our contact person’s email address. We emailed that person but received no reply. No one contacted us. The way they treat prospective parents is very disappointing.

A wonderful experience. Dr. Laurel and Ms. Diana are both very kind and welcoming. We came to ask about IVF and learned that we qualified for a study covering the entire procedure. We were fortunate to find this place!

We came here for a second opinion and decided without hesitation to continue our care here, mainly because of the care and professionalism we received and the way every question and concern was addressed.
