Journal of Reproductive Immunology.

Навыки и преданность пациентам принесли доктору Вамбах признание: Los Angeles Magazine назвал её 2024 Super Doctor, а Castle Connolly — 2024 Top Doctor.

We came from a different clinic where the experience was lukewarm, and RPMG impressed us tremendously. From a clinical perspective, the team was very proactive in adjusting the protocol based on bloodwork. They even showed us how to extract extra medication from some vials, saving us hundreds of dollars. The facility was clean—though a little impersonal—and very modern. I highly recommend Dr. Brauer and her clinical team. From a billing perspective, we were very pleased. We received an accurate upfront estimate and were promptly billed the same amount less than 1 month after the procedure. We had a poor experience with billing errors at our previous clinic, so this was a welcome relief. The only minor drawback is that parking in the building is very expensive, so we often parked across San Vicente to save money. Overall, I highly recommend RPMG for fertility care. It is a wonderful place.

I had a consultation with Dr. Huang, and he immediately showed himself to be personable and helpful. He made me feel very reassured and excited about the next steps, and I am glad to have him with me for the foreseeable future!

Update: Patient care has improved since the move to the new building. I am seen more promptly and receive updates from the pharmacy and prescriptions quickly. Parking at the new building is expensive, and the office does not validate, so look for metered parking. Patient care was extremely poor. I could never reach anyone by phone. Even after two rounds of IVF, the doctor did not return calls promptly. I waited more than 30 days for a postoperative call. Even with an appointment, the office wait averaged one hour, although I arrived 10 minutes early as requested. When I had an early-morning visit and was told to begin a cycle that day, I would not receive a call about my prescriptions or which medications to start that day. The prescription had not been called in. When I was in the office and received attention from a nurse or doctor, I felt overlooked and rushed toward payment. It felt as though they overbooked and rushed people through. I spent more time in the waiting room and at the counter being asked for payment than speaking with someone or receiving quality care.

As I write this, I am nursing my baby, who would not be here without the expertise of Dr. Wambach at RP. After 2 failed transfers of PGT-tested AA embryos at another Los Angeles fertility clinic, I transferred my final 2 embryos to RP. The other clinic was ready to transfer another embryo without further testing, but I knew I needed a doctor willing to investigate. Dr. Wambach was that doctor. She identified and treated my silent endometriosis, arranged immunology treatment, and ruled out everything that might prevent successful implantation before attempting another transfer. Sure enough, that little embryo took. I should add that I am over 40. After my success, my sister, who had seen nine fertility doctors, also became pregnant with Dr. Wambach. In our experience, many doctors are unwilling to make the extra effort. They use the same protocols they have practiced for 20 years and transfer embryos one after another. My former doctor actually told me, “It is just a numbers game!” Dr. Wambach is different. She understands the latest research, testing, and technology, and appreciates how precious and valuable our small embryos are—God willing, we are fortunate to obtain any. The office is busy, so keep close track of your appointments and protocols, but holding your baby makes it all worthwhile. I hope this helps some hopeful parents move closer to the family of their dreams. Good luck and best wishes.

I do not usually leave reviews, but after more than a year of treatment at RPMG—including three egg retrievals, two polypectomies, a mock cycle, and a recent embryo transfer—I feel compelled to share my experience to help others considering this clinic. Fertility treatment is inherently stressful, but poor communication, disorganization, and lack of empathy here made it much worse. Examples include: • Messages marked “time-sensitive” were often answered days or even a week later, with no urgency. • After embryo transfer, I received no information about what to expect or when to return. I had to email for answers and still have not been contacted, although follow-up should be soon. • Once, I clearly asked about the next-step plan and received a one-letter reply: “Y.” It felt careless and disrespectful. • For two major procedures, I was surprised to find a different doctor than expected. Once I was even told the procedure date was wrong when it was not. • My medication was nearly sent to an out-of-network pharmacy, which would have cost me $11,000 out of pocket if I had not caught the error. Other medication quantities were also wrong, forcing me to spend an entire day on the phone investigating because IVF medications are time-sensitive. • I changed doctors during treatment hoping for better support, but the problems continued. I liked both my doctors, and the staff were kind and willing to help. But those positive moments were overshadowed by constant follow-up, conflicting information, and the mental burden of feeling I had to manage treatment myself. I even tried to address the issue privately by calling patient care coordinator Chloe, who repeatedly responds sarcastically to these negative reviews, and left a voicemail. I still have not received a response. I sincerely hope the clinic reflects on how it communicates with and supports patients, especially during such a vulnerable time. I would not want anyone else to experience what I did.

I am unsure how I feel about this place and hesitate to be fully honest because I still want to work with them. The clinical care is excellent! They charge you quickly, but when you seek support with insurance, there are crickets. You must chase people by phone and wait days for a portal response. For something so overwhelming, complex, frightening, and expensive, I expected an upscale private clinic like this to be more sensitive, compassionate, and helpful. When I requested a call for guidance, I received a two-sentence portal reply that did not acknowledge my message, only offered their “solution,” and gave no reply option, so I had to send another message. It is so draining. But perhaps I am not the client they want. I edited my review to 2 stars because after contacting my insurer for an update, I was told the claim was denied because the clinic submitted the information incorrectly. I love that they did not update us. I am disappointed in the clinic, as if this journey were not disappointing enough. If you have unlimited resources, I am sure you will have a great experience. Once I also waited in the “VIP waiting room,” which had better coffee and bottled drinks. The rest of us ordinary patients received unpleasant K-Cups, which seemed unfair.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Huang and the RPMG team. From the first consultation, I felt genuinely heard, supported, and cared for. Navigating fertility challenges can be overwhelming, but Dr. Huang approached every step with empathy, clarity, and unwavering professionalism.

My husband and I are currently 15 weeks pregnant, and we truly could not have succeeded without the outstanding team at RPMG. From the beginning, Dr. Wendy Chang made us feel fully informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Throughout the process, she embodied everything a doctor should be—warm, professional, and thorough. We felt we were receiving the best care at every step. Her assistant Kimberly is truly a gem—extremely kind and responsive. From the nurses and laboratory team to the ultrasound technicians, every staff member went above and beyond for us. Every question I had, including my many questions, was answered patiently and thoroughly, so we always felt fully up to date. IVF can feel overwhelming at times, especially when everything is so unfamiliar, but this team made us feel empowered and hopeful. We are incredibly grateful to have been guided by such a compassionate and highly skilled team. Thank you to Dr. Chang and the entire RPMG family—we will always be grateful!

I had an excellent experience working with Dr. Huang, nurse Stephanie, and the entire team. They were professional and welcoming, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

I could write countless reviews expressing endless praise and gratitude for Dr. Huang and his entire clinic! Dr. Huang guided my husband and me through two IVF cycles, resulting in two healthy children and a successful third pregnancy. We recently became pregnant this time and graduated from his clinic at 10 weeks! He is the kindest, most attentive, and most encouraging doctor I have worked with in any specialty. He made the entire process clear and understandable and gave us a truly special experience. It felt as though he and the nurses created ease and magic with their own hands. I already cannot wait to see him again! I highly recommend this team and thank them from the bottom of my heart! I am deeply grateful for every moment with them!

First, Dr. Chang is the best doctor I could have found. She is very attentive and conscientious and provides a unique, highly individualized treatment plan for each patient. She truly cared about me; one evening she called me because she had stayed late reviewing my medical records. She helped me conceive successfully at ages 38 and 40. Overall, she is always positive and simply incredible. Second, regarding the clinic: before RPMG, all my egg retrievals were performed at SCRC, so that is the only other clinic I can compare it with. I can say that RPMG is more organized than SCRC and creates a smoother patient experience. They are excellent at communicating transparently with patients about the entire process and what to expect. My only complaint is that the wait before appointments can sometimes be long. Otherwise, I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Wendy Chang is honestly the most amazing doctor. She is so knowledgeable and competent but also incredibly warm and compassionate. She understood the nuances of our particular situation, and communicated with us every step of the way. She always made us feel like a priority. People say IVF is more of an art than a science, and Dr. Chang is proof of that. She truly is an exceptional doctor.

It saddens me to leave this review because I genuinely liked the RE I was referred to, Dr. Meredith Brower. However, I cannot in good conscience continue treatment at this clinic because the staff are extremely unprofessional. When you work so hard for every dollar, it is especially painful to pay thousands for incompetent, substandard service. The insurance department in particular shows no regard for the time-sensitive and emotional nature of fertility treatment. They treat you like a stranger, even though they are always paid on time. They show no urgency in submitting insurance preauthorization requests, are dishonest, and are impossible to reach with questions or concerns. The final straw was having my IVF cycle delayed for no reason because the insurance department failed to submit the authorization within 5 business days, lied about when it was actually submitted, and ignored both my expedited authorization request—which could have been completed within 3 days—and multiple follow-up emails. The only delayed response I received said that their workload meant insurance authorization submissions required a week. This is absurd. They did not clearly explain out-of-pocket costs in advance, and I was shocked to learn that these costs could not be submitted to insurance at all and that I did not know when the services had been completed. The billing department was equally disorganized and opaque. I had to demand clarification and waste work hours sorting out bills with misapplied payments. The nursing staff are nice, but at every visit I heard all kinds of gossip about both staff and patients. In fact, I learned that a friend of mine also attended this clinic because the nurses disregarded patient privacy and discussed her condition loudly. When I received calls from doctors or nurses, I often heard loud conversations and laughter in the background. The clinic allows patients to bring dogs that are not service animals into the ultrasound room, which is completely unhygienic. The nurse anesthetist joked and asked what my husband and I did for work while I lay in an undignified position waiting for surgery. Such disregard for patients throughout the clinic makes one question the quality of its care and laboratory handling. I had previously read similar negative reviews about the staff here, and it is clear that the lack of accountability is part of the clinic's culture. What a shame. Be careful.

Dr. Brower and her team are the absolute best! Dr. Brower has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever interacted with. She is kind, warm and genuinely cares about her patients, often remembering personal details months after we've shared them. Her team is professional, available and incredibly compassionate. My husband and I feel endlessly lucky to have found them during such a challenging time in our lives. Thank you, Dr. Brower, Becky, Sam, Brooke and the whole team!!

Dr. Huang and his team are the best. They listen to your concerns and address everything with great care.

I love this clinic and have been going there for the past few years. I am undergoing my third egg retrieval, so I have been visiting the clinic every other day. The experience has been excellent. Everything is on time, the nurses are friendly, and the information is helpful and easy to understand. I love my doctor, Dr. Brower, my nurse Becky, and ultrasound nurse Lili. My husband and I both give this clinic five stars. I recommend it to anyone looking for a clinic. Best of all, every process is very well organized, which I love. Insurance authorization, genetic testing, medication delivery, bloodwork, and egg retrieval were all smooth and convenient. If I have a question, I can message through the portal and the medical team responds quickly. If I call and leave a message, a nurse calls me back within an hour. Every process is simple, so you can truly focus on yourself and achieving the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Reproductive Partners Medical Group and have only positive things to say about this clinic.

Dr. Huang at Beverly Hills Reproductive Partners is both professional and kind. Fertility treatment is one of life's most vulnerable and emotional experiences. From the first visit, he demonstrated exceptional skill and knowledge, but his empathy truly set him apart. He never rushed me, always explained each step patiently and clearly, and consistently treated me with kindness and respect. I genuinely felt I was receiving the best care. The entire Beverly Hills Reproductive Partners team was warm and professional, and I felt supported throughout my fertility journey. After I became pregnant, he and his team provided attentive early-pregnancy care. Because I live two hours from the clinic, his nurse Claudia checked in with me every week. I was amazed by how much the team cared and that they followed me until I stopped medication at 10 weeks. Thanks to Dr. Huang and this excellent clinic, I now have a lovely daughter. I will always be grateful for the care, dedication, and compassion they gave me. If you want a highly skilled fertility doctor with exceptional character, look no further.

Dr. Wendy Chang and her team are outstanding. We were fortunate to welcome a beautiful baby girl, with an excellent outcome from embryo transfer. We received full support and guidance throughout. I strongly recommend this practice, team, and doctor. We are incredibly grateful.
13.12.2025
Another example of American health care at its worst. They pretend to care about patients but focus only on money. Communication is terrible: voicemail and portal messages go unanswered, and arrogant clinical staff merely follow scripts. They should be ashamed. They have no interest in you as a person, only in their success and failure rates. IVF carries major risks, especially with an organization like this.
10.12.2025
This is the best fertility clinic, without question. The nurses are gentle, considerate, and always available. Dr. Huang is an angel who genuinely cares about patients. My experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!
25.03.2026
Everyone is kind, caring, and the best. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Huang and his staff more.

Dr. Brower helped me get pregnant and stay pregnant with both of my children. She helped give me answers to why I didn't have a period and why I wasn't getting pregnant naturally. She was committed to problem solving and getting creative if/when a cycle didn't work. She does not just treat you like a protocol or like everyone else. She goes above and beyond to understand your lifestyle, your bloodwork, your cycle, your history, and your personality to help you achieve the results you want. I loved going to my fertility appointments, a statement you may not hear many people say, because I got to see Dr. Brower. I'd highly recommend working with her and the rest of the staff at RPMG.

My wife and I are a same-sex couple who have spent the past four years trying to build our family. Like many couples undergoing fertility treatment, our journey was filled with hope, setbacks, and moments when we wondered whether our dream would ever come true. Before finding Dr. Wendy Chang and the team at Reproductive Partners Medical Group, we tried several other options. We began with a more holistic approach at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, then visited a fertility clinic near Century City. Unfortunately, neither experience felt right. One clinic in particular felt cold and impersonal during one of the most vulnerable, emotional journeys a couple can face. Looking back, we wish we had researched sooner and found Dr. Chang earlier. From the moment we met Dr. Chang, everything felt different. She was warm, kind, patient, and deeply reassuring. She listened carefully to our story and made us feel understood and supported as a same-sex couple facing fertility challenges. For the first time in our long journey, we felt we were on the right path. Our journey with Dr. Chang was not easy and lasted about a year. We faced many difficulties, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty. Fertility treatment is not a straight path. But at every step, Dr. Chang and her team guided us with empathy, expertise, and encouragement. We learned that patience, trust, and following medical guidance carefully were essential. We trusted Dr. Chang and her team completely, and it proved to be one of the best decisions of our lives. Yesterday, we officially graduated from the clinic at 10 weeks pregnant, and our daughter is due this October. Even writing this feels like a dream after everything we endured. We will always be grateful to Dr. Chang and her entire team for helping us achieve our dream of parenthood. They supported us through one of the most important journeys of our lives, and we will never forget it. We know every fertility journey is different and requires patience and trust. For us, choosing Dr. Chang and Reproductive Partners Medical Group changed everything. Because of them, our family is finally beginning.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Brower and her team. Going through egg freezing with her exceeded every expectation. Dr. Brower is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her patients. I went through this process without insurance, and she made sure I truly got the most out of my care. She’s not only an excellent physician, but also so patient, warm, and easy to talk to. I always felt supported and completely at ease. Her team is just as exceptional. The nurses are highly skilled, thorough, and always available. I was able to message them any day—even on weekends—and they consistently responded to me within hours. When I had confusion about medications while traveling, they went above and beyond to calm my nerves and guide me through it. The level of care, communication, and compassion I experienced is truly unmatched. I’m so grateful for this team and so happy with my outcome. I would absolutely trust Dr. Brower with all of my future fertility care and recommend her wholeheartedly.

I have visited this clinic twice, and each time the entire team—from the front desk and nurses to Dr. Huang—was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I highly recommend Dr. Andy Huang and his talented team. Before finding Dr. Huang, many doctors told me I might not be able to become pregnant. After two failed IVF treatments, including one at a Palm Springs IVF clinic that experienced a terrorist attack, I felt deeply discouraged and uncertain about the future. Then we found Dr. Huang, and everything changed. After just one treatment, my husband and I successfully became pregnant, with additional embryos safely stored. It still feels like a dream! A friend told me that her daughter had undergone eight failed IVF treatments before meeting Dr. Huang—and after just one treatment with him, she had a happy family. When I heard this, I immediately scheduled a consultation. From the beginning, Dr. Huang and his team took a completely different approach. They cared not only about the treatment process but about me as a person. They guided me, helped me develop a diet plan to support my physical and emotional health, encouraged me to prioritize self-care again, and truly prepared my body. Their communication throughout treatment was excellent. Every step was clearly explained, every question was answered, and I always felt supported and seen. They are available seven days a week. We traveled from Palm Springs for treatment, and the journey was absolutely worthwhile. Their team even helped coordinate our appointment times to avoid peak traffic and thoughtfully offered many suggestions to make our travel easier. This level of attentive care meant so much to us. If you are considering fertility treatment, please contact Dr. Huang. He truly changed my life for the better. His team showed me that genuinely excellent healthcare exists! Thank you, Dr. Huang and team. We will be forever grateful. With love, Your most devoted fans and patients, The Bordes Family 🤍

I had a terrible experience with the billing department. They did not follow the correct process, charged me incorrectly, and were very uncooperative in resolving the issue. I have emailed the address provided below.

This review is long overdue! Our daughter is due next week, and I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Wendy Chang and her wonderful team. We had to undergo IVF because of a genetic issue—one we might never have discovered without Dr. Wendy's thorough evaluation. She is truly one of the best doctors I have ever met: considerate, calm, knowledgeable, highly skilled, kind, and incredibly reassuring. Her team, including Jessica, Kimberly, Tatevik, Chandler, Anna, and everyone else, is also amazing. We formed close bonds with them throughout treatment. Although we were happy to “graduate,” it was very difficult to leave everyone! The one area needing improvement is the clinic's logistics. Wait times can be long, and valet parking is expensive, especially when most of the time is spent waiting. Discounted parking would be greatly appreciated. That said, we will always be grateful to Dr. Wendy and her team and cannot wait to bring our daughter to meet the people who helped bring her to us. 🩷

I had an excellent experience at RPMG. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Chang supported me tremendously throughout the process. I felt safe, prepared, well informed, and well cared for.
16.06.2026
We were completely ignored and are very disappointed. Our doctor was wonderful, which is the only reason I gave two stars, but we had to go to great lengths just to receive a callback, and every step involving the clinic staff was a struggle. We were repeatedly ignored and had to keep calling for updates. After completing the initial genetic testing and insurance consultation, we called to schedule the start of hormone treatment and the next steps, but were ignored again. This was already the fourth or fifth time, and three months have passed without any response. We are now completely disappointed with this clinic. Unless you have time to keep calling and waiting for a response, do not waste your time.
09.06.2026
I absolutely love this place. Dr. Brauer and his team made me feel genuinely cared for. I have no complaints about RPMG in Beverly Hills. Highly recommended.
15.03.2025
Please do not waste your money here. You can never reach the billing department, and they keep you waiting for a long time. Seeing Dr. Wambach was the biggest mistake of my life. Before we even began any process, she pressured me to pursue surrogacy. I have hypothyroidism, but after my transfer they did not bother to check my hormones or TSH. It became so high that I miscarried. I tried to contact Dr. Wambach many times, but she did not contact me until everything was over. I would never recommend her. I changed clinics and had a healthy baby.
05.03.2025
I have been a patient at Reproductive Partners on and off for four years! I would not trust this delicate and technical process to anyone else. I previously saw other specialists, and the difference is night and day! For me, it is the combination of the staff's warmth and the unmatched knowledge of the doctors and nurses. This is a very difficult time, but they are excellent at meeting you where you are in your journey and helping you achieve your goals. I love this place.

Working with the team at Reproductive Partners in Redondo Beach has been an incredible experience for my husband and me. After trying to have a child for some time, we were very grateful for the kindness and understanding shown by all the nurses and staff. Dr. Ho was outstanding, thoroughly explaining every step of the IUI process and always taking the time to answer our many questions in detail. Our nurse, Julie, has become such a caring friend. She shared our excitement about our baby on the way, and her warm smile and positive energy were truly infectious. Seeing her each week was a highlight of this journey, and her genuine care made us feel completely at ease. We are deeply grateful for her support and encouragement.
15.09.2024
My partner and I recently felt very well cared for throughout our journey at Reproductive Partners. After working unsuccessfully with another doctor, we were referred to this fertility group. Dr. Huang took the time to help us understand every option based on our data, test results, and comfort level. He learned what steps we were willing to take in our fertility journey and supported our decisions. Once we arrived at the office, everyone we interacted with used their systems very efficiently. The online portal messaging system and phone calls provide regular updates from the team, so you are never left wondering about the next step. To accommodate our work schedules, we often saw nurses and other doctors, and we had positive experiences with every clinical and office staff member we encountered. I have recommended this group to friends seeking support on their fertility journeys. Thank you, RPMG, for taking such good care of us! When we “graduated” from the office, we truly did not want to leave because we felt safe in your hands.

5 Stars – A Dream Come True Thanks to Dr. A After years of uncertainty and heartache, we are overjoyed to finally be holding our healthy baby in our arms — and it’s all thanks to Dr.A and the incredible team at RPMG. After my first transfer failed with another doctor in the clinic, I switched to Dr A. who did an ultrasound which showed that I had fibroid where the baby implants, and referred me to a surgeon to remove the fibroid. I went ahead and did the surgery, and 2nd transfer worked. Infertility can be an emotional rollercoaster, especially for women over 40 like me, but Dr. A. gave us hope when we needed it most. Their personalized care plan and attention to detail were instrumental in helping us conceive, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Moreover, she provides her phone # and answer all questions anytime. Thanks to Dr. A. for helping us to bring our healthy baby girl home who is 16 weeks now and thriving. With all our gratitude, Sutey Family❤️ Sarah, Will and baby Eliana

Stop looking and book now!!! I cannot say enough about my experience at Reproductive Partners. Dr. A treated my Asherman's syndrome with D&C surgery and helped me conceive naturally immediately afterward. She was highly professional, and I trusted her completely. The team also stood out. Every woman at Reproductive Partners—from the front desk to the nurses—was kind, helpful, and responsive. I looked forward to appointments because so many welcomed and encouraged me. The process moved very quickly. Waiting is one of the hardest parts of TTC, and Dr. A and the team respected my time and advanced everything promptly. My consultation and two hysteroscopies were completed within one month. Thank you, Reproductive Partners!

23.08.2025
I had an egg retrieval at Reproductive Medical Group. Dr. Han and the entire team were warm and welcoming. Thank you to anesthesiologist Grace W., nurses Helen E., Karen R., and Theresa V., and laboratory technician Jackie D. for making my procedure so smooth and comfortable. Thank you for your attention and care.
19.08.2025
I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From my first consultation to seeing my baby on ultrasound for the first time, Dr. Ambartsumyan and her team were excellent. You can truly feel the love and care they have for every patient. I have already recommended them to many friends! Thank you for going above and beyond to comfort and support me!

The nurses and doctors here are always thoughtful, attentive, and excellent communicators. Every appointment has been positive, and they answer all my questions promptly. This is our second IVF attempt. Although the first was unsuccessful, Dr. A carefully listened to our feedback and adjusted the protocol for this cycle. They have moved to a new clinic with more space and greater efficiency.

We have been patients since the clinic was in Redondo Beach. Dr. Ho is highly skilled, and the clinic staff are excellent. Dr. Ho is attentive and responsive. Many times, when we sent a message through the clinic website, she personally called us back. Their blood-draw technique is also outstanding. My wife and I could barely feel the needle. Even Count Dracula could not match their skill. Every procedure went smoothly, and recovery was good. Our only minor complaint was during the period immediately after they moved to Torrance. Service and professionalism did decline for several weeks, but everything has now returned to normal. I highly recommend Dr. Ho and this clinic.
28.02.2026
This was not our first IVF clinic, but it was our last. They are first-rate. The doctors and staff were highly professional and made us feel reassured.
24.02.2026
The doctors are excellent. The nurses—the actual nurses, not people who are not nurses but call themselves nurses—are also wonderful. However, the procedures and billing are terrible. Had I known, I would definitely have compared more clinics.
28.03.2026
Dr. A, Dr. Ho, and all the nurses are very nice! The nurses are all very responsive too. My only issue is with the billing department. They are slow to call your insurance and coordinate with them. That process has really stressed me. Just make sure, they bill correctly!
22.03.2026
This was our first IVF experience, and it was memorable and wonderful. Dr. Jackie Ho's team was very professional. We are deeply grateful for your help. —Angel

Every employee is very friendly. They always offer warm service, solve problems and reply to our messages in a timely manner. We really like it here. Thank you for Dr Jackie Ho's team. bing.

I am currently undergoing IVF treatment in hopes of having a baby. Dr. Amin is very kind and extremely conscientious. The nursing staff are also wonderful, patiently answering my questions and helping whenever I need it.
09.03.2026
I had an excellent experience with Reproductive Partners Medical Group. The staff were kind, professional, and very supportive throughout the process. They patiently answered my questions and made me feel comfortable and reassured. The team showed genuine compassion for patients undergoing fertility treatment. I highly recommend this group to anyone seeking IVF or other reproductive services.

Five stars for Dr. Ho and her entire team, from the front desk and nurses to the phlebotomists. I have followed Dr. Ho since she was a specialist, when she retrieved my eggs, and later completed a successful embryo transfer with her at Reproductive Partners. This year, using insurance added considerable stress, but her team worked tirelessly through all the administrative details. Her nurses are gentle, caring, professional, efficient, and steady; even when I became emotional, they remained compassionate and professional. I have only praise for them. Dr. Ho is unquestionably the team's greatest asset and guiding force.

I really like RPMG. I first froze my eggs with Dr. Wambach and later completed IVF with Dr. A. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with RPMG. Dr. Han and all the nurses were outstanding. I strongly recommend considering their services—10 out of 10!

I completed four embryo transfers at RPMG as a surrogate, and the entire process went very smoothly. The first transfer was successful, and the intended parents welcomed a beautiful baby boy. I feel incredibly honored to have been part of it. 💙 I visited their former Redondo Beach office as well as their new Torrance and Beverly Hills locations. Every appointment was smooth and well organized, with short wait times. I especially appreciated how considerate the staff were because I live about 2.5 hours from the clinic. They tried to schedule most of my appointments between 7 and 9 a.m., which made the travel much easier. Overall, the entire team was supportive, efficient, and respectful of my time. I am very grateful for the excellent care they gave me and for the work they do to help families grow.

For the past three years, Reproductive Partners and Dr. Ho have been an essential part of our family's story. We truly would not be where we are today without them. Throughout the process, Dr. Ho consistently treated us with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. The IVF journey is full of uncertainty, challenges, and inevitable ups and downs, but Dr. Ho always gave us hope, confidence, and optimism for the future. She made us feel supported at every step, and we are deeply grateful for everything she did to help us build our family. We cannot imagine what this journey would have been like without her. ❤️

This review is long overdue. I highly recommend Dr. Amin and the nurses at RPMG Westminster, with special thanks to Patty! The entire team will take excellent care of you. Dr. Amin patiently and thoroughly guides you through the process, and her calm demeanor during your fertility journey is greatly appreciated. The nurses handle scheduling, provide a comprehensive timeline, ensure that you have your medications, and answer questions between visits. Thank you to the entire team for guiding me on the journey to a beautiful family!

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Han and the team. They were informative, compassionate, and kind throughout the process.
03.03.2025
We cannot thank Dr. Marli Amin enough! Without her dedication, guidance, and expertise, we would not have our miracle baby today. She is truly among the best in her field. The nursing and medical staff at RPMG were outstanding throughout our journey. They were organized, thorough, and professional. Dr. Amin and the RPMG staff provided the best care I have ever received. We sincerely thank everyone! I highly recommend this exceptional team of healthcare professionals.

We are very grateful to Dr. Amin and Reproductive Partners! Thank you for making the process as simple as possible, from scheduling to updates and more. Parking is also convenient, which is especially helpful for the building!

I am very grateful to this practice for helping my husband and me conceive our first child. Fertility treatment is a difficult and emotional experience. Thankfully, the staff here is very kind. The nurses are wonderful, and the doctors are also very kind. Dr. Han is a very gentle and caring doctor. This team truly made the experience easier for my husband and me. When we are ready for another child, we will definitely return.

This review is not about the doctors but about the receptionist, who was completely unhelpful. Anyone seeking a fertility consultation should also read their Yelp reviews and sort them to show the one-star ratings. For something this important, it helps to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the practice.

Words cannot explain how my husband and I feel sharing this review. After a terrible experience at another clinic, I feel very fortunate to have had such a wonderful experience here. Staff members including Precious, Sandra, Patty, and Dr. Amin were excellent. The office flow was impressive! Their organization and, most importantly, the way they made us feel safe were exceptional. Whenever we had a question, they had already uploaded the information to the portal, yet they still took the time to explain it in person; that is priceless. In the past, I retrieved only 2 eggs each time, but this calm environment and excellent team helped me retrieve 9. I could not have done it without God and the support of this amazing team.
08.07.2025
Honestly, I have mixed feelings. I liked the team and the treatment. However, when I moved out of state and needed to take my embryos with me, they charged me another $500 to transport my own embryos and eggs. I was never told about this policy, and the clinic I transferred from did not charge this fee. It felt like a hostage situation where I had to pay a ransom.
26.06.2025
Dr. Han was very understanding and provided plenty of information, making our visit comfortable and hopeful.

A wonderful clinic with extremely friendly staff and highly professional male and female doctors. I have already received my greatest gift here 🎁

I had a very positive experience at the RPMG Westminster office. I am very grateful to have had such excellent staff supporting me through this stressful time, especially Jennifer Samaniego, who was very patient with my endless questions.

We are extremely grateful to RPMG, especially Dr. Han, for their role in our fertility journey. We chose RPMG after an unpleasant experience at another local fertility clinic, so we met their team at an especially vulnerable time in our lives. The entire RPMG team communicated well, was responsive, and offered exactly the right degree of cautious optimism, which is difficult to balance during such an emotional experience. We felt fully informed throughout treatment and appreciated the team's approach to shared decision-making without compromising sound medical judgment. We were fortunate to achieve our goal, but even if we had not, we would choose this clinic again and again. We will always be grateful to their team for the positive impact they had on our fertility journey from the first day we entered the clinic. Thank you to the entire RPMG team—the front desk staff, medical assistants, phlebotomists, nurses, Dr. Amin, and of course Dr. Han. You are truly outstanding, and we sincerely appreciate you.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Amin and the entire RPMG team. They were kind, supportive, considerate, and extremely patient. They stayed beside us through every difficult moment and provided much-needed comfort and help during different stages of treatment. We sincerely thank them for their support and professional guidance throughout. Highly recommended.

I completed two IVF cycles and became pregnant after the first transfer. We welcomed our son two weeks ago, and he is very healthy. Thank you, Dr. Huang and team!
01.03.2026
I want to thank Dr. Amin, Dr. Hahn, and their excellent and professional team for helping me through my entire fertility journey. From my first visit, I felt that they listened carefully and understood my struggle to conceive. They gave me tremendous support and guidance, accompanying me from surgery through successful conception. I highly recommend Dr. Amin and Dr. Hahn at Reproductive Partners, which has now moved from Westminster to Long Beach.
21.04.2026
Choosing Dr. Han and RPMG Long Beach for my first IVF treatment was one of the best decisions of my fertility journey. I had previously undergone 5 IUIs at another clinic, along with multiple surgeries and miscarriages, so I was very anxious about beginning IVF. Once I decided to try, I found RPMG online and contacted them, and they returned my call quickly. I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Han, and from that first meeting I knew he was the doctor I wanted. He is caring and kind and made my IVF experience feel warm and compassionate. I never felt like just a number. I have no complaints about my IVF experience at RPMG and would recommend this clinic to everyone.
14.04.2026
They were excellent, caring, and organized throughout our entire successful fertility journey! Dr. Han and his team did an amazing job.
11.06.2026
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Han and the entire RPMG staff. Dr. Han is knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He takes the time to explain every step of treatment and carefully considers the options with you before making any decisions. The RPMG staff responds quickly and is always ready to help. After moving, I received poor service at another clinic, so I can confidently say that RPMG is one of the best clinics in the field. We greatly miss working with RPMG!

Dr. Amin and her team have been amazing at every step of the process. We conceived our son through our first IUI in 2023. We returned in 2025 to try to conceive our 2nd child, but unfortunately, 4 IUIs were unsuccessful—I was 40 at the time. Dr. Amin was extremely supportive and helped us evaluate our next steps. Unfortunately, we could not afford IVF at Reproductive Partners then, so we tried another, less expensive clinic. We had a terrible experience there and could not wait to return to Reproductive Partners and Dr. Amin once our insurance coverage began. IVF with Dr. Amin was a completely different experience, and we conceived our 2nd son during the first cycle with the 1st transfer. As a lesbian couple, we felt extremely safe and supported throughout our journey with Dr. Amin and Reproductive Partners. We are forever grateful for their care and support in helping us build our family.

I have counseled several clients who came to this clinic for infertility treatment. They said the clinic was very clean and organized and that the staff were professional and approachable. One client praised Dr. Han for successfully helping her become pregnant! 40% of the clinic's clients are men who come for treatment of urinary conditions. Urologists practice at the clinic. One of my female patients became pregnant after her first intrauterine insemination (IUI), without needing in vitro fertilization (IVF). 13% of the population faces infertility, and this clinic helps make pregnancy possible! Many female patients have said that Dr. Han is extremely thoughtful and cares not only about their pregnancies but also about their physical and emotional well-being.

Dr. Wambach is the BEST fertility doctor anyone could ask for!!! She and her team are amazing!!!! I am, now, holding my beautiful baby girl because of her! She is knowledgeable, kind-hearted, compassionate, and warm! She thinks outside of the box and so optimistic! After a negative experience with another fertility doctor, Dr. Wambach reviewed my case, did more testing, and got me pregnant my first FET with her! Her NP, Chandler, is just as compassionate and knowledgeable! I love their whole team and practice! I will be scheduling another FET with her for my second daughter in the future!

Stay away! They operate like a factory and do not care about patients. Worse, they are dishonest. I froze eggs and paid storage fees, then they raised the price to $2000 per year. I cannot find any provider charging that much. They exploit your vulnerability, make you afraid to move the eggs, and overcharge you. This organization does not care about fertility or patients; it clearly cares only about profit. Getting a return call is also difficult, and I do not even know how to use my eggs. They made everything a mess. I deeply regret choosing them and feel they deceived us from the beginning. Do not believe their claim that Cryologix, rather than the clinic, sets the fees. Call Cryologix yourself. It is a third-party billing company, and the doctors set the prices. Even if that were not so, the clinic deserves criticism for hiring the most expensive company to exploit patients. Dr. Wambach, I suggest calling Cryologix to ask how many patients have said, ‘This is a scam!’ The woman I spoke with today said she receives many complaints from your angry patients. Is this the clinic you dreamed of running? If so, it is shameful.

Dr. Wambach is the most comprehensive fertility doctor I have met. After too many failures, I came from another clinic that offered no explanation and made no attempt to adjust the protocol. Dr. Wambach immediately showed a caring and thoughtful approach, and performed tests that other clinics would not. She is excellent at thinking outside the box and collaborating with immunologists. Because of her testing and thorough approach, our first transfer was successful.
06.01.2023
Dr. Wambach is the best fertility doctor I encountered during my long IVF journey. She is patient and kind, unafraid to change course and try new approaches, and goes above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is an outstanding person and doctor.
04.04.2023
I have seen too many fertility doctors, and believe me, Dr. Wambach is by far the most outstanding. When my husband found Dr. Wambach, I had truly lost hope of becoming a mother. We now have two healthy, beautiful twin boys who will turn one in a few weeks. This review is overdue. Do not just take my word for it—schedule an appointment with her. I am so grateful to Dr. Wambach and her team for being thorough and patient.
