Scheduling as a new patient can feel overwhelming. Calling for an appointment, completing new-patient paperwork, and submitting medical records can be stressful. Everyone I contacted was helpful, especially Diane in Patient Services. She went above and beyond to ensure that I received the new-patient paperwork and records. I could even hear her bright smile over the phone and in her emails! Excellent customer service. Thank you all :0)
16.05.2025
The process is just beginning, but the team has been wonderful so far. I especially want to thank Ashley Negron. She is excellent—caring, compassionate, and a strong communicator. Natasha has also been wonderful. Thank you!

I would recommend Shady Groves to everyone! They are very patient and explain every step in detail, helping you better understand fertility and thoroughly reviewing all your options. Katherine provided excellent service, completed all the testing, and explained every necessary step. She was always available by phone or message. Dr. Plosker genuinely cares about how everyone feels and breaks down every aspect of care so it is easier to understand. He is easy to communicate with and offers excellent plans tailored to your situation.

It was a pleasure working with Katherine. She was very kind, patient, and helpful. Dr. Plosker was very kind and informative. I cannot wait to continue our fertility journey.

Diane C. at the Brandon location was wonderful! She helped schedule my son's procedure, guided us through the paperwork, and made sure everything was in order. She was a bright spot during a very difficult time for my sweet son—and gave his mother peace of mind as well. Thank you so much, Diane!

Is this a sperm donation center? Where are they?
26.07.2025
Nelida was absolutely amazing throughout the process. We had encountered many insurance problems and could not resolve them until Nelida advocated for us and secured coverage! She truly is the best! I would recommend her to everyone.

This review is true. I posted it to tell people about my real experience, but you tried to convince me to change it so I could be seen at another clinic. I was going to do that and deleted some other reviews about my actual experience, only to realize you had all lied. I only wanted those reviews removed. Part Three—My review remains true, and I have posted it on multiple platforms so people can see the full story. Oh my God!!! Are you saying that if I had said nothing, I would simply have run out, and you had not given me proper instructions for taking the medication? You cannot be serious. Before and after my transfer, I repeatedly had to follow up about the next steps in my IVF protocol, which was alarming. When I called the Brandon office for information, the front-desk employee sounded unfriendly and never provided much help. The only things she seemed good at were clocking in and sitting down. She was curt and rude and unwilling to make any extra effort if something was not convenient for her. My husband accompanied me to my last ultrasound. A woman who drew my blood and performed the ultrasound was cold and rude to him. I still do not know her exact role. My husband arrived hopeful as he waited for the results, but she immediately discouraged him. Once again, she showed no concern for the emotions and stress involved in an IVF miracle. He tried to comfort me and say everything would be all right, but she interrupted: 'Well, if the doctor thought nothing was wrong, they would not have asked you to come in this early.' Wow—horrible. That statement speaks for itself. For some reason, she seemed agitated and irritable toward my husband. It made me very uncomfortable, but I did not want to cause more trouble. I had already had enough, and still have. During the ultrasound, my husband was not allowed to record because she said it would 'violate HIPAA.' Whose HIPAA rights would it violate? I do not know, because I consented. I did not want to argue, so I did not mention that I understood HIPAA policy and simply complied. I am still a patient at Shady Grove, but I would rather travel 23 miles out of my way to the Tampa office than 8 miles to the Brandon office. That is how bad it is. I sympathize with every family going through IVF. The last thing you want is rude, insensitive, biased people whose prejudices affect the quality of your care. We ultimately purchased their most expensive plan, and my husband and I were treated much better before signing the agreement. Once we signed, things began to deteriorate. What does that tell you? Some doctors are simply better than others in technique and ability. My last transfer was extremely painful and entirely different from my first. After the catheter entered my uterine cavity, I felt the doctor forcefully reposition it several times. I curled up and screamed in pain. He said he was trying to improve the catheter position, but was the position not appropriate when another doctor successfully performed my first embryo transfer? I believe readers understand my point. I also want to note that my uterus is heart-shaped, which explains its tilt. If Dr. Plosker had reviewed my case, he would have known that. Instead, he mentioned it during the ultrasound as though it surprised him.

Jordan is amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Shady Grove Fertility in Brandon. Dr. Shayne Plosker is outstanding: he explains everything thoroughly, answers questions patiently, and offers compassionate guidance. His professionalism and knowledge gave me confidence throughout treatment. The nurses are also excellent—always kind, attentive, and helpful. Their warmth and care make every visit easier. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone treats you with respect and genuinely cares. Fertility treatment can feel overwhelming, but this clinic makes you feel understood, cared for, and never alone. I am very grateful to Dr. Plosker and the entire Shady Grove Brandon team.
14.08.2025
Diane at the front desk was extremely professional! I was comparing fertility clinics and stopped by to see this one. She greeted me with a bright smile and was very knowledgeable when I asked about the clinic, doctors, and process. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, unlike several other clinics I visited that felt cold and indifferent. Thank you, Diane. I will check with my insurer to see whether they approve care at Shady Grove Brandon!
02.08.2025
I had a great experience at SGF Brandon. Dr. Plosker is very knowledgeable and explained the entire process in detail. His nurse Jordan was excellent, answered many of my questions, and responded promptly. I always felt someone was available when needed. Thank you, SGF, for a wonderful experience!
04.09.2025
The Shady Grove facility and every staff member there were very helpful and understanding! They even waited patiently for my insurance to be processed. I would recommend returning.
26.09.2025
Everyone at this clinic is wonderful! Dr. Plosker is patient and answers any questions. Diane at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Dennelle always makes me laugh and feel at ease; she truly makes blood draws pleasant. Susie is very gentle, always ensures I am comfortable, and addresses my concerns carefully. Jordan is very helpful with all my questions about medications and the IVF schedule. Elanie was extremely helpful whenever I had countless pricing questions. I am grateful to work with such an excellent team that made me feel supported during this important journey.
26.09.2025
I had a wonderful experience at Shady Grove Fertility. From the moment I entered, I was treated with kindness and respect. Diane at the front desk was welcoming and made check-in smooth and stress-free. MA Dennelle was attentive and supportive, helping me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Nurse Susie was compassionate and thorough, patiently answering all my questions and ensuring I felt well cared for. Dr. Plusker was outstanding—professional, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me. Every team member worked together to provide excellent service, and I am very grateful for the positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility care.
25.09.2025
Great facility and excellent service. Auri made me feel very comfortable! Even when I arrived upset after receiving bad news, she got me talking and lifted my spirits. She made me feel at ease during my blood draw. Thank goodness I am one step closer in my surrogacy journey!
24.09.2025
I rarely visit the Brandon office because it is far from me. I have had many ultrasounds, saline sonograms, and similar procedures. Anyone who is undergoing or has undergone them knows how uncomfortable pelvic exams can be. I have had very bad experiences before that were somewhat traumatic. Today, however, was completely different. From the moment I reached the front desk, Diane was friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I also saw Dennels, whom I often saw at another Shady Grove location. Her warmth, bright smile, and attentive care at every visit gave my day a wonderful start. Last but equally important was Susie, the nurse practitioner. Compared with the many procedures I have had before, I cannot express how pleasant the entire experience was. She was knowledgeable and approachable and carefully addressed all my concerns based on my past experiences. She did not rush and ensured I was as comfortable as possible during an uncomfortable procedure. She made sure I understood everything I needed to know. Her kind, welcoming manner also made today’s experience much easier. Thank you all so much. Dr. Plosker and his team are absolutely the best choice for me. I hope this review helps other patients like me.
23.09.2025
I am sitting in my car after my first appointment at Shady Grove in Brandon. It was an excellent experience. Dennelle was very friendly and drew my blood on the first try, which is usually difficult for me! Susie was wonderful. She was very gentle, and I never felt rushed. The clinic was also clean.
14.10.2025
Great facility, but patients should research their own financial responsibility. Before my appointment, I received a call saying I would only need to pay a $60 copay. I later received a bill for more than $1000, and insurance covered none of the procedure costs. I wish they had told me in advance, but they said I would only owe a $60 copay. Update October 14, 2025: I sent an email, but the issue remains unresolved. I received one reply and then heard nothing further.
07.10.2025
Dennelle was a pleasure to work with and has an excellent bedside manner. I like our facility and everyone who works here. I always feel comfortable, and my questions are usually answered promptly.
05.11.2025
I called the Brandon office with questions about semen analysis. The receptionist's attitude made me feel that my questions were foolish. I wish the person answering the phone had shown more understanding toward someone like me who is just beginning to learn about the process.
23.10.2025
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Plosker and his outstanding nurse, Nicole. Under their care, I successfully completed 2 egg-freezing cycles. From day one, they made me feel confident, supported, and completely at ease. I am at an age when fertility can feel frightening and even overwhelming, but they made the entire process easy. Dr. Plosker performed my first procedure, and everything went very smoothly. He is calm, professional, and exceptionally thorough. He is the kind of doctor who makes you feel safe and genuinely heard. His expertise and compassion are unmatched. Nicole was the heart of the experience. She has everything you could hope for in a nurse: warmth, encouragement, and incredible responsiveness. She guided me through every step with great patience and empathy, answered countless questions, proactively checked in, and made a complicated medical process feel personal and even uplifting. She genuinely cares about her patients, and it shows in every interaction. It had been a long time since I received such high-quality, personalized medical care. Shady Grove Fertility has a strong national reputation, and the Brandon/Tampa team fully lives up to it. Dr. Plosker's expertise, Nicole's exceptional care, and the staff at both clinics gave me a team I could trust with something so important.
26.11.2025
All the staff were wonderful today—warm, caring, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility, and its location is excellent! Go Team Brandon!!!!
21.11.2025
Susie, the nurse practitioner, is the absolute sweetest! She is patient and answers any questions you may have. Jordan, the RN, is also amazing and takes the time to write out all the instructions and ensure you understand the next steps. The team at SG Brandon is wonderful.
19.11.2025
Susie, Jordan, Diane, all the medical assistants at the Brandon clinic, and Dr. Plosker are wonderful. They are warm and thoughtful, take time to listen to your needs, and let you fully express your wishes. Medical care can be stressful, but they make it much easier! I enjoy visiting this clinic because they are efficient, helpful, and responsive. Thank you for everything you have done for me over the past year and more! Highly recommended!
19.11.2025
The Brandon clinic is amazing! I had an excellent experience here. Susie is wonderful with patients. She explains everything she does in detail and always takes the time to educate patients. She is also very kind! Everyone I encountered at the clinic was wonderful. Trying to conceive is difficult enough, so it is especially valuable when a clinic helps reduce the stress.
14.02.2026
5 stars specifically for the ultrasound tech, Suzy. She was so great, very kind and asked before doing anything. As someone who’s had a rough experience at OBGYNs in the past, this fertility clinic having such a gentle ultrasound tech meant a lot.
14.02.2026
Our experience at this clinic was disappointing. Although the staff were always kind and polite, the level of disorganization was concerning, especially for a fertility clinic where timing is critical. Almost every appointment involved a scheduling issue or miscommunication. Most frustratingly, my hysteroscopy/hysterosalpingogram (HSG) was rescheduled one hour before my planned arrival because we had not received the necessary pre-procedure instructions. This was stressful and entirely avoidable. There were also problems with lab orders. Some tests discussed and agreed upon during appointments were omitted, and we only learned at our final meeting with the doctor that they had never been performed. In fertility care, missed tests and scheduling problems can significantly affect an already sensitive process. Our nurse Ashley was kind and apologized when issues arose. However, the repeated mistakes and poor communication made it difficult to trust the clinic's overall coordination of care. Despite this, we are very grateful that the process gave us answers about two medical findings that may help explain my history of miscarriage. We will always appreciate that.
02.02.2026
The staff are friendly and professional, and appointments are quick and convenient. Jordan always responds promptly, and Dr. Plosker is very kind.
29.01.2026
My experience so far? 1. They violated my HIPAA rights. They have admitted this. 2. They canceled my partner's testing appointments twice, both times on the day of the appointment. She is a federal employee with very limited time off. So far, the money is gone and nothing has been accomplished. I will update my review if the organization changes. For now, it has been an enormous headache.
27.01.2026
Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. I love it.
10.03.2026
They were very helpful and responded to questions quickly. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. I had previously visited another fertility clinic, but it did not feel as reassuring as Shady Grove. Dr. Plosker was very patient and answered all our questions.
04.03.2026
My wife and I have had a great experience so far with this clinic. We were able to get answers on why we’ve had trouble conceiving which is really reassuring. Everyone has truly been awesome! Diane is always great at the front. Ashley breezed us through testing and was always available to answer our questions. Susie was beyond amazing and gentle with my wife. Cecilia always has a smile on her face. Jordan has been fantastic as my nurse and Dr. Plosker has been phenomenal. You can tell he really cares for his patients. Elenie was also very knowledgeable with explaining our insurance and expected costs for our treatment plan. All in all, this team has been great. We’re looking forward to the day we have our baby!
24.02.2026
I truly cannot express how grateful I am for this clinic. From start to finish, everyone made me feel welcome, supported, and cared for. Diane and Krista at the front desk were wonderful—kind, patient, and positive. Medical assistant Cecilia was warm and attentive and made sure I was fully prepared before my appointment. My primary care consultant, Ashley, was exceptional. I was nervous during the procedure, but she made me feel very relaxed. After every visit, she checked on me, made sure I was doing well, and patiently answered all my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, which means so much. Nurse practitioner Susie was also excellent. She put me at ease, listened carefully to my concerns, and was thoroughly prepared. She patiently explained every step clearly and ensured I remained comfortable throughout. Her empathy was remarkable. My nurse, Jordan, was attentive and gentle throughout the process and made me feel reassured. I greatly appreciate her support. I also want to thank financial counselor Tori, who explained my benefits in detail and made the process simple and stress-free. Dr. Plosker and Dr. Sakar went above and beyond. Their care, attention to detail, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. This clinic sets the standard for patient care. I felt very well cared for.
17.02.2026
Great team! Very professional! Love them!
27.03.2026
I am immensely grateful to Dr. Plosker, nurse Jordan, and everyone at Shady Grove Fertility. Infertility is not easy, but having a highly skilled doctor like Dr. Plosker and such a supportive SGF team made the journey much easier. Dr. Plosker is knowledgeable, kind, and deeply compassionate. From the beginning, he put me at ease and patiently answered every question in detail. His passion for his work and genuine care for patients are clear. Jordan was equally exceptional: gentle, patient, thoughtful, and extremely supportive. She always reviewed my laboratory results with me carefully and ensured I understood every step of treatment. I will always be grateful for their attentive care, compassion, and dedication. 💛
15.05.2026
I have really enjoyed working with the Shady Grove Brandon team. My nurse Nicole is wonderful—courteous, responsive, and patient in explaining every step. IVF can be challenging, but having such an excellent team beside me made everything much easier.
13.05.2026
The fertility journey brings intense emotions, physical hardship, and stress. SGF supports you at every step and does its best to make welcoming new life easier. The entire team works closely with you to provide the best chance of conception. If you come here, trust that you are in the right place and trust the process. If you are undecided, do your research and schedule a consultation; you may find this is exactly the team you want.
13.05.2026
When it comes to fertility treatments it can be scary and overwhelming. There are so many moving parts and it’s important to have a team that you can trust and rely on. Luckily for my husband and I we found just that at Shady Grove Fertility. Dr. Plosker is extremely knowledgeable and walked us through our options while giving us his professional advice on which path would be best for us. We definitely felt more at ease after meeting with him. Our nurse coordinator Nicole was phenomenal! She always kept us updated, responded to any questions in a timely manor and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t have gone through this process without her. We cannot thank you enough! Every staff member that we encountered was compassionate and provided us with such a positive experience! I would highly recommend Shady Grove to anyone in need :)

We could never have had our child without them! Dr. Plosker and Jordan were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process until we successfully welcomed our baby.
20.05.2026
I highly recommend Dr. Plosker, Nicole, Susie, and everyone at Shady Grove Fertility. They are kindhearted and highly skilled. We are extremely grateful to them.

Cori is amazing! She is very attentive and always available to answer my many questions. Her passion for helping patients is clear. She has made the process much easier and gone above and beyond. Nalida is very patient and compassionate and has been extremely helpful with finances—she spent a great deal of time explaining the cost breakdown in detail so I fully understood every charge and what to expect. With Cori and Nalida's help, my IVF journey has been wonderful so far.

Apparently, they are "not open yet," even though they publicly advertise online that they are open.

We are incredibly pleased with the exceptional care we received at Sady Grove Fertility in Sarasota. From the first consultation, the team provided clear timelines and kept everything on track without any delays. They made sure we had all the information we needed and were always available to answer our questions, ensuring we fully understood the process. Dr. Sarkar and the entire staff at the clinic were compassionate, understanding, and caring throughout our journey. Their dedication and personalized approach made us feel supported every step of the way.
21.01.2026
Words cannot describe how exceptional Dr. Plosker and the entire Shady Grove team are! I had some unpleasant medical experiences in the past, but Shady Grove's excellence and welcoming atmosphere impressed me. Everyone communicates well, and you never feel that your questions are a burden. They provide timely updates so you always know what is happening. After our first consultation with Dr. Plosker, my husband and I got into the car and agreed that he was absolutely the right doctor for us. He explains conditions extremely well, patiently answers every question, and makes you feel comfortable and reassured. The world needs more doctors like him. We visited several Shady Grove locations for different appointments, and everyone we met was outstanding. Our patient care coordinator Ashley made the initial testing process seamless and worked hard to schedule appointments at the most convenient times. Her positive attitude made an intimidating process much easier. My nurse Nicole communicated exceptionally well, explained things clearly, and never made questions feel like a burden. She kept everything organized and clearly cared deeply about her patients. Erinie and Rachel were also wonderful and did everything possible to make the process easy and convenient. I highly recommend this clinic and team!

After struggling with infertility for more than three years, seeing countless fertility doctors, and having over five consultations, I finally feel confident choosing Shady Grove. They made me feel valued, understood, and at ease, and I trust that they genuinely have my best interests at heart. Dr. Sarkar, Jelisa, Cori, and Lanita are all wonderful and a pleasure to work with! I finally feel that I may have the baby my husband and I have prayed for, and I cannot imagine a better team to help us achieve that dream!
02.01.2026
My husband and I have been on a long and difficult journey with infertility for the past 18 months, marked by two heartbreaking miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy. During that time, I often felt discouraged and overwhelmed. In my search for clinics and doctors, I struggled with the feeling of being just another number—someone whose pain and hopes weren’t truly seen or understood. That all changed when we found Dr. Sarkar and our incredible nurse, Cori, at SGF. From the very first appointment, they treated us with such compassion, patience, and genuine care. They took the time to explain every step, every dosage, and every symptom, never rushing us or making us feel like our concerns were too small. Their attentiveness gave me peace of mind during moments when anxiety could have easily taken over. What stood out most was how deeply they made us feel seen. In a process that can feel so clinical and isolating, Dr. Sarkar and Cori brought warmth, humanity, and encouragement. They celebrated small victories with us, reassured us through setbacks, and created an environment where we felt safe and supported. Thanks to their expertise and kindness, we are now joyfully graduating from SGF at 8 weeks pregnant! This milestone feels nothing short of miraculous, and we are filled with gratitude and excitement for the future. I wholeheartedly recommend SGF—and especially Dr. Sarkar and Nurse Cori—to anyone seeking not only excellent medical care but also a team that will walk beside you with empathy, dedication, and love. They turned one of the hardest chapters of our lives into a story of hope and healing, and we will forever be thankful!!
12.02.2026
Patient care coordinator Jelisa Hird is amazing! She communicates very clearly and always keeps you updated at every stage of treatment. She handles everything personally and makes sure you never feel lost during the process. She patiently answered all my questions and ensured I fully understood. In addition to being professional and efficient, she is kind, thoughtful, and helpful.
29.01.2026
The service at this clinic is wonderful. My nurse, Cory, was patient and thoughtful throughout. I also saw Dr. Sarkar at nearly every appointment, which I greatly appreciated—it made me feel valued and reassured rather than like just another patient. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

Everyone at SGF Lakewood Ranch is wonderful! From onboarding with Jelisa to Cori and Dr. Sarkar, the team is responsive and helpful. We appreciate their care and support!
04.03.2026
Today I officially graduated from the clinic. I am 8 weeks pregnant, progressing well, and full of gratitude. I deeply thank Dr. Rachel Sprague in St. Petersburg, Dr. Papri Sarkar in Sarasota, and the entire team. From welcoming receptionists and nurses who patiently answered every question to financial staff who clearly explained every detail, everyone made this journey supported and less frightening. For months, every concern was addressed with patience, compassion, and professionalism. This emotional, meaningful journey felt carefully supported at every step. Thank you for making it possible. I will always be grateful.

The Sarasota clinic is wonderful! I appreciate Shady Grove opening south of Skyway so I need not travel far. It is clean and always sees me on time or early. Staff are welcoming. Dr. Sarkar is kind, thoughtful, and skilled, initiated conversation, and patiently explained my ultrasound images. Thank you for an excellent visit!
22.02.2026
We are consulting Dr. Sarkar about IVF. She understood our situation, carefully reviewed our experience, gave detailed information based on treatment and results, and spent considerable time explaining what comes next. Thank you to her and her team!
03.04.2026
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this clinic. From the beginning, I felt exceptionally cared for and supported and knew I was in the best hands. Dr. Sack is an outstanding doctor. She is knowledgeable and compassionate and made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the process. I trusted her completely with one of the most important journeys of my life. Her nurse, Corey, was also excellent. She always kept everything organized, responded quickly, and was patient and kind whenever she answered the phone. Communication was seamless, which was especially important during an emotional and stressful time. Technician Victoria greeted me with a smile at every visit. Her warmth and positivity were contagious and made every appointment easier. The stimulation phase before egg retrieval was difficult for me, but the team's support and guidance helped me through it. My first fresh embryo transfer was ultimately very successful, and I now have two perfect embryos waiting for the future. I am incredibly grateful to this clinic and everyone who works there. They made a challenging journey supportive, hopeful, and ultimately successful. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone undergoing IVF.

Today was my first visit to the Sarasota office. Everyone was so warm and attentive that the whole experience was pleasant. I would give them 10 stars if I could, but the maximum is only 5.

Shady Grove is efficiently organized, with exceptionally qualified staff, and provides excellent medical care. Patient care coordinator Jelisa Hird is a treasure and extremely kind. As a new patient, Jelisa helped me navigate this exciting yet challenging time. I wish every clinic ran as efficiently as Shady Grove and had someone like Jelisa. Jelisa is a valuable asset and a tremendous help to the clinic.

Dennelle was great taking our blood and making my wife who is nervous comfortable

I sincerely want to thank my fertility nurse, Cori Boode. She was truly amazing throughout my IVF treatment. The process was not easy, but she remained positive and supportive and stood by me at every step. I also work in healthcare and have a very busy schedule, with ultrasounds and blood tests almost every day, so I deeply appreciated how hard she worked to accommodate me. She went above and beyond to help me understand my options, explained everything in plain language, and made time to help even when I was busiest. That meant a great deal to me. What stands out most is how responsive and organized she is. She follows up, proactively checks on me, and never makes me feel like “just another patient.” She is highly organized and attentive to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their outcomes. On difficult days, she brought comfort and calm; on successful days, she celebrated with me. You can tell she truly understands how difficult it is to balance IVF and work, and she treats people with empathy and kindness. I am extremely grateful for her and everything she did for me. She is exactly the nurse I hoped for on this journey 🤍 Special thanks also to SGF’s best financial counselor, Niki Copenhaver. She was tremendously helpful throughout IVF. IVF is already stressful, especially when managing financial pressure over several consecutive cycles, but Niki made everything easier to understand and manage. She took the time to truly listen, not only as a counselor but like a friend who genuinely cared. During this very stressful period, her patience, clear explanations, and kindness meant so much to me. Having someone as positive, reassuring, and caring as her was essential during an overwhelming process. The IVF field needs more people like Niki. I am immensely grateful for her support and guidance. She was one of the kindest and most encouraging people I encountered on this journey.

First, I want to say that I deeply regret not finding SGF sooner. As far as I know, few fertility clinics offer both a patient portal and health education. The SGF staff are excellent. Yarimil and Jelisa at the front desk are both professional and kind. Victoria is outstanding at drawing blood! She helped me relax and found my vein on the first try. Every staff member I communicated with was professional and helpful. During the consultation, Dr. Sarkar listened carefully to our needs and developed a treatment plan. He also provided health education to help us understand the process and answered all our questions.
22.04.2026
Dr. Sarkar and her assistant are both very kind and helpful!
16.04.2026
My husband and I had an excellent experience at SGF! During our visits to the LWR office, we felt heard and cared for. Dr. Sarkar is a very special doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. We are very grateful to the entire team!
03.06.2026
Jelisa provided us with great assistance throughout the entire process and responded promptly. We felt that the whole process was very easy and smooth.
01.06.2026
I cannot express in words how grateful I am to the team at Shady Grove Fertility. The process of undergoing fertility treatment is like a roller coaster, but this team made my husband and me feel incredibly supported every step of the way. Dr. Sarkar is outstanding, and she went above and beyond for me. She was always available to take my calls and discuss various options, which brought me great peace of mind. After a frustrating cycle cancellation, she adjusted everything perfectly. Thanks to her tailored treatment plan, I successfully underwent two egg retrievals, and Dr. Sarkar personally performed both procedures, which meant so much to me. My nurse, Cori, was absolutely amazing. She was always so cheerful, happy, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. The rest of the staff were equally excellent, professional, and kind. We are now waiting a few weeks to begin a frozen embryo transfer (FET), and I could not be more satisfied with the care we have received. If you are looking for a team that truly cares about you, look no further!
29.05.2026
Throughout the entire process, Courtney and Cori were the two people we collaborated with the most. They were both very friendly, supportive, and communicated smoothly, which played a crucial role in what could have been a very stressful process. We sincerely appreciate their kindness and prompt responses throughout the journey.

Tiana did an amazing job with my blood test! The whole process was quick and painless!
26.06.2026
My experience with this wonderful team was absolutely amazing! Special thanks to my financial counselor, Niki. She was always responsive and helpful and made everything so much easier. I also want to thank my fertility nurse coordinator, Cori. She was truly wonderful! She always responded promptly to my portal messages and never hesitated to answer all my questions, even the occasional silly one. Last but certainly not least, Dr. Sarkar was outstanding. From the moment I entered her office, she was kind and supportive and provided a great deal of expert guidance throughout the process. I am sincerely grateful for everything this team has done for me. Highly recommended! 💙

We had a wonderful experience at Shady Grove. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.
12.06.2026
I recommend this clinic because the medical staff provide attentive, thorough care. I met Jelisa, Niki, Cori, and Dr. Sarkar, and they were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I had a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) at the Tampa clinic yesterday. I had expected Dr. Sarkar to perform it herself, but she was busy, so another nurse took her place. If I had to identify one minor disappointment, that would be it. Thank you to the Sarasota team for all your hard work!
09.06.2026
I love this place! They are extremely efficient. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming, and Tianna, who drew my blood, was especially kind and patient because I am very afraid of needles.
28.06.2025
If you are a woman over 40, I do not recommend Dr. Celso Silva. Both of our IVF egg retrievals with him failed, and aside from the results, his treatment plans and feedback were generic at best. Since changing clinics, we have learned about various techniques and adjunct medications that might have improved our past outcomes and hopefully will help in the future. It is far too expensive to feel that your doctor does not have your best interests at heart. We were also denied a female doctor at the clinic after feeling that Dr. Silva might not be the right fit for us. The front desk and nursing staff were excellent.
27.06.2025
I still have a long journey ahead, but so far it has been a pleasure working with Dr. Silva and my patient care coordinator, Raffaella. Raffaella makes sure to stay in touch, informs me of upcoming appointments, and lets me know as soon as results and next steps are available. I am glad I switched to Shady Grove because at my previous clinic I always had to call for updates, and they were consistently slow to respond.
13.06.2025
Back again after two years. Dennelle E. is amazing! I was fortunate to have her in the lab, and she made my visit easy, friendly, and relaxed. She is a genuinely good person. I hope she always keeps that spirit because it helped me tremendously! The women at the front desk are wonderful. The staff here are always helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I am glad this is my office.
12.06.2025
I spoke with Ann in the finance department, and she clearly explained the treatment costs and answered all my questions. At my first visit I also met Dr. Imudia, who reassured me that despite my “unexplained infertility,” treatment was possible and he would be with us throughout the process. I am excited to continue our journey to grow our family, and I believe the SGF team can help us achieve that goal!

Extremely satisfied with this facility, they gave us our now 1 year old daughter (after 2 failed attempts in another center and 1 failed attempt here) and now my wife is pregnant with our to be second baby. It was a challenging case and Dr Sprague was confident and supportive throughout the process. Forever grateful to the whole team to make this happen and have such a great positive impact in our life. Thank you!!!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
14.07.2025
My experience at Shady Grove was better than I ever thought it could be. Dr. Silva made me feel comfortable from the very beginning & answered every question I had before I even asked. All the staff; the medical technicians, the nurses, the doctors; they were all very supportive and compassionate throughout my journey. I am just over 9 weeks pregnant now! I highly recommend Shady Grove.
10.07.2025
I visited both the Tampa and St. Petersburg clinics, and both were wonderful! I had my procedure at SGF Tampa, and Melissa, Julie, Maria, Dr. Sprague, Katie, and Diana made me feel very comfortable and well cared for throughout the process!

Part#2 We were planning on going to a completely different office, which was an hour away (St. Pete or Wesley Chapel) with different people/ same company. But the doctor of the office that we originally went to ( Dr. Plosker) was so distraught, that he wanted to make sure that we would be unable to see anyone at their practice ever again. I took a deep breath and sighed, while I was on the phone with Dr. Klokker. I explained to him and reminded him of the incident day (transfer day), very vividly in detail of what took place. I explained to him how my embryologist initially failed me by not following their own protocols. How the original plan was altered and sent me on an emotional roller coaster with tons of questions that were never answered by staff or him. How the embryologist failed to show me how she was able to thaw an embryo in 30 minutes after she told me it was impossible and then had the audacity to be upset with me, because I made a review. I explained to him (Dr. Plosker) that his office has many counterparts and that working together is essential. This is the way I addressed his insinuation of me being a liar. I thought to myself he wasn’t even in the procedure room or in the office that day. I was his patient with a concern. He never followed up or addressed my concerns, but only called me a liar. Heartbreaking. Now we are being punished and not allowed to go to any office anywhere with Shady Grove Fertility. He worked together with their offices to silence my voice, my questions and concerns as though it never happened. Today, for us, there is no accountability at Shady Grove. They may not hear your complaints, depending on what they are. If any problems arise, it just might be swept under the rug. If any mistakes are made, they might be covered up. If you complain, you might become the villain. I pray that whoever goes to this company is aware of the Brandon office. It’s sad we had to find this out the hard way in our journey. Blessings and baby dust to all trying to conceive. This is already a hard journey. Praying and wishing all the best.

Part #2. . It didn’t bother me that he tried to crush our spirits. It bothered me that my husband‘s effort, that he put in, thinking if he deleted the reviews, that they would consider us as a patient. Words cannot express how positive my experience was working with Ann, a financial counselor at Shady Grove. Managing the financial aspects of fertility treatment can feel overwhelming and stressful, but from the beginning she made the entire process clear and manageable. Ann took the time to explain every detail and patiently answered all my questions, no matter how minor. It was clear that she genuinely cared and wanted to ease my financial burden as much as possible during an emotionally difficult time. Her compassion meant so much to me. I am very grateful to her!
22.07.2025
We truly enjoyed our experience at Shady Grove. The personalized care and attention they provided far exceeded our expectations. Our nurse Sam was always responsive and provided excellent service, making our time at Shady Grove a very positive experience.
19.07.2025
Our experience at Shady Grove Fertility was unmatched. From the beginning, we felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for throughout this life-changing journey. Special thanks to Nelida Rolon, whose guidance, empathy, and professionalism were invaluable. She was always available, very kind, and made the entire process clear and easy to understand. Her warmth and dedication reassured us during uncertain moments and made us feel like more than patients—we felt like people she genuinely cared about. We are deeply grateful for her attentive care, attention to detail, and emotional support. This experience filled us with hope and confidence as we took another step toward growing our family. Thank you, Shady Grove, and thank you, Nelida—you have made a profound difference in our lives.
01.08.2025
Do not go here! They do not care about their patients when they are going through a miscarriage or offer sufficient medical advice. They treat you like a number not an individual.
25.07.2025
I cannot praise Alta, Kayla, and Ana at Shady Grove Fertility enough. From the moment you enter the clinic, you feel genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. They go above and beyond to make every visit as smooth and comfortable as possible, which means so much during an often heartbreaking journey. Whether scheduling appointments, answering questions, or simply offering a reassuring smile, they consistently show compassion and care. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes truly set the tone for the entire experience. It is clear that they sincerely care about every patient who walks through the door, and that makes all the difference. Thank you for playing such an important role in this journey. Your support does not go unnoticed!

Ann, the financial educator, contacted me today and was wonderful. She was very kind and helpful. My nurse, Raven, is also incredibly sweet, always friendly and patient. I truly appreciate how these women treat their patients. Five stars for both of them 😍
09.08.2025
We had success at Shady Grove several years ago and have now returned. Nelida is an excellent financial counselor—kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. When she discovered an insurance problem, she was determined to solve it that day and spent nearly the entire afternoon resolving everything. I am very grateful. My nurse DeNita has been gentle, thoughtful, and attentive to my treatment, making her wonderful to work with. Dr. Silva is excellent: experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and positive.

I thank the entire SGF team. IVF was a long, difficult process, but thanks to God and the help of Dr. Celso Silva and his team, including my nurse Samantha Snyder, RN, we succeeded. Thank you for your patience and time.
22.08.2025
My experience was excellent! My dedicated nurse Samantha was attentive, listened carefully, and answered every question. They helped me find suitable appointment dates and times. The experience exceeded expectations. Dr. Silva created an excellent plan, and we trust the team and hope to share a successful baby story soon. I highly recommend SGF Tampa!

Our experience at Shady Grove Fertility was outstanding, and I highly recommend them. A fertility journey is never easy—it is emotional, challenging, and often overwhelming. At every step, SGF made us feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. We were fortunate to work with Dr. Silva and Nurse Sam, and I cannot say enough good things about either of them. Dr. Silva's expertise gave us confidence and reassurance at every stage. All his recommendations were grounded in research and years of experience. Nurse Sam was equally exceptional—warm, encouraging, and always willing to explain each step clearly, answer our questions thoroughly, and genuinely listen to our concerns. Beyond the excellent care from Dr. Silva and Sam, we were impressed by how smoothly the entire organization operates. Scheduling is organized, communication is seamless, and you always feel the team is working together for you. We are delighted to share that we recently welcomed a healthy baby boy, a joy made possible in large part by Shady Grove Fertility's excellent team. Words cannot fully express our gratitude to Dr. Silva, Sam, and the SGF team. Thank you!

I love this clinic ❤️ Everyone is kind, understanding, and helpful. They truly made the difficult experience of infertility easier. Dennelle especially makes me laugh every time I see her. Infertility is always difficult, so it is wonderful to feel like a normal person and be treated so well by my nurse, the front desk, and my dedicated care team. I highly recommend SGF! You are angels on earth. Thank you for helping me find my baby ❤️

I began my IVF journey in 2001. Although my previous fertility clinic experience was fairly good, coming to Shady Grove felt like a complete turnaround. From the moment you enter, you receive a warm welcome. Ana, Kayla, and Alta at the front desk are always friendly and happy to answer questions. The phlebotomy team is excellent. Denelle's positivity, efficiency, and warm smile brighten the process. The ultrasound technician was equally wonderful—I have forgotten whether her name was Lindsey or Leslie—and made every visit smooth and reassuring. The doctors are compassionate and attentive, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Silva. He was wonderful throughout and made me feel carefully supported at every step. My IVF nurse, Samantha, was also a lifesaver, and her ongoing communication and support benefited me tremendously. Although my previous clinic experience was acceptable, starting again at Shady Grove brought me the comfort and calm I needed. If you are considering beginning IVF or simply want a fresh start, this clinic will not disappoint. The entire team goes above and beyond to make a difficult process feel hopeful, and I am grateful to be in their care.

Dr. Silva was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He’s very knowledgeable and makes sure you fully understand all of your options! He also puts the control in the patients hands when it comes to treatment options. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Laura Gonzalez has been fantastic at communication and making sure my husband and I are always set up with our appointments. She personally reaches out to you and always available with any questions making this process a lot smoother .

Front desk help is heard to find but SGF-Cypress has one of the best. Alta, has been the most acknowledgeable, joyful, and delightful person. She has made my journey with Shady Grove a great experience. I personally feel she made the difference for me to continue my treatment. Thank you for being so personable and willing to help me.

I have been coming here for a little over 3years shady grove is family! I find joy walking through those double doors to see Ana, Alta, and Kayla! They are the best front desk receptionist hands down. They should get a raise! No seriously like a rause or some recognition They always are smiling and joyful and easy to communicate with. I wish they had twins that worked at other facilities that would be amazing to have them at all my appointments. I also love how courteous the MA team is Ingrid , kat, Terri, Auri and Dennelle and others are quick and painless they should all get a raise too! Absolutely amazing! The front desk team is personable and thoughtful, and the staff are wonderful. Thank God I found Shady, Dr. Celso, and the entire team; they are excellent and highly capable. They make you feel at home and truly work miracles in people's lives!

Excellent facility! Ana at the front desk was warm, friendly, and helpful. Nurse Courtney is the best! I love her positive attitude and the way she communicates. I feel very comfortable with her. ♥️
17.09.2025
My husband and I chose SGF, and we are very satisfied. Dr. Silva is amazing. She is knowledgeable, warm, friendly, and compassionate. The entire team is very kind. I recommend them 100%, and if we decide to have another child, we will definitely return! Our only complaint is that we did not like the “team care” model. Communication was sometimes poor, and we had to call several times to reach someone. We would have preferred to have one assigned nurse. Overall, we had an excellent experience! Thank you, SGF!
16.09.2025
Ana Alta gives my husband and me a warm welcome every time we visit—and we have had far too many appointments by now! When I ask about balances and billing details, she explains them thoroughly and helps me make sense of everything. I hope we will not have to see her so often in the future, but in the meantime, she gives each visit a good start 😊
07.10.2025
We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Silva, our nurse Samantha, and the entire SGF Tampa team. I highly recommend them for guiding us through a very difficult journey.
03.10.2025
Every visit to either SGF location has brought attentive, reassuring patient care. Since my first day, SGF has given me exceptional support and selfless care. Alta and Kayla at the front desk always greet me with warm smiles and immediately make me feel welcome. The rest of the staff also go above and beyond with compassionate, thoughtful care. I am deeply grateful for the consistently excellent service and kindness here.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Shady Grove Tampa. The staff were kind and welcoming. Dr. Silva helped us achieve one of our greatest dreams and kept us believing that we would have a child no matter what it took. He is genuinely thoughtful and caring. Our nurse Samantha also made the experience wonderful; she patiently answered our questions and never made us feel they were unreasonable. Thank you again to everyone at Shady Grove Tampa! 🫶

It took me a long time to write this review because I needed time to reflect on how poorly this clinic managed my care. I contacted Dr. Sprague in March 2024 for an April consultation. A week before the appointment, the office called to reschedule and said, ‘We are not sure how you were booked that day, but it is not a day we see patients.’ My appointment was moved to May. The doctor was kind, I brought all my gynecologic test results, we discussed a plan, and testing/procedures began the next month. Before I reached the nursing team, Ashley, whom I recall was a secretary, handled my scheduling. Every month brought miscommunication or errors. When I called to arrange the next step, Ashley said some labs were missing. I explained that the office had drawn a great deal of blood and that Shady Grove had ordered the tests, but she said their office did not perform the xyz tests. Every month, either my husband or I was missing a step that clear communication and correct instructions could easily have prevented. By October, everything was finally ready to begin IUI. They had ordered and shipped my medication. When it was time to proceed, I called again and learned that my thyroid labs, despite my being on medication, had not been rechecked since May. We spent November, December, and January managing my thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) instead of continuing treatment. I was furious; the level of care was nonexistent. In your 30s, time is critical. This clinic wasted 10 valuable months mishandling medical orders. I do not know whether Ashley was incompetent or the whole system failed, but this team did not make an already stressful process easier. After two failed IUIs, we received no explanation and were told to try two more—as uninsured patients. I discussed the laboratory errors, major delays, and my frustration with the care team. They showed no compassion, making it seem routine. I hope the clinic changes how it operates and cares for patients. We switched providers and are doing much better. People living through infertility deserve better than being treated as a number, especially at such high cost. Our experience was troubled from the start and ended with no progress, no real answers, and more than 10 precious months wasted.

Altagracia did an excellent job.
24.10.2025
On my first visit to the Tampa clinic, I met Kayla downstairs. She was amazing! She helped me find the clinic, checked me in, and even walked me to my appointment. She was friendly and welcoming throughout, making my first visit very pleasant.

This journey was not easy, but I am deeply grateful for the team's efforts! After discovering that my first transfer resulted in an ectopic pregnancy, I transferred to the care of Dr. Silva and his wonderful nurse Samantha. Their care was absolutely first-rate! My previous experience with other teams did not come close to the compassion, help, and information they provided. Samantha made me feel that I was not alone and that no question was unwelcome. Susie was also wonderful. From day one, she performed all my scans with a gentle, caring manner. I highly recommend this team.
23.10.2025
Words cannot express my wonderful experience with Shady Grove Fertility and Dr. Plosker's team. I successfully completed two egg-freezing cycles and felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for from start to finish. Dr. Plosker is wonderful! He is calm, knowledgeable, and approachable. He patiently guided me through the entire process, helping me feel confident and secure in my decisions. His nurse Nicole was equally outstanding. She patiently answered all my questions and responded quickly, making an otherwise overwhelming process much easier. On procedure day, I was surrounded by an excellent team who made me feel completely at ease. Many thanks to Katie (preoperative/postoperative), John (anesthesiologist), Olivia (operating room), Melissa (operating room), Chrissy (supervisor), and Ana (secretary). Everyone was professional, attentive, and positive, creating a very encouraging atmosphere. Dr. Sarkar was also outstanding during the procedure, and I felt very safe in her care. Special thanks as well to Ana at the front desk, who was always so welcoming. Her kindness set the tone from the moment you entered. If you are considering fertility preservation, this is the team you want. I am deeply grateful to everyone at Shady Grove for their compassion, professionalism, and humanity. I truly had an excellent experience.

I returned here after many years away from Guam, and the front desk team welcomed me warmly. Kayla, Alta, and Ana were efficient, helpful, and very kind. I sincerely appreciate their professionalism and the positive atmosphere they created for my visit!

I had a wonderful experience at Shady Grove! Dr. Silva and the educational videos were extremely helpful. I knew exactly what to expect and felt the team was always ready to answer my questions. Everyone was warm and attentive, and my nurse Samantha made me feel at ease throughout. I highly recommend Shady Grove to anyone considering egg freezing!
15.11.2025
Shady Grove is wonderful! The staff provide excellent service, make you feel relaxed, and are all exceptional. Special thanks to Mathyk, Lesley, and Danielle!
14.11.2025
Danielle is amazing! She is very kind, has an infectious personality, and most importantly is an expert at finding veins. My veins are small and sometimes difficult to access. She always finds the right spot on the first try, and I feel nothing—even though I am extremely afraid of needles!! Thank you, Danielle and Shady Grove, for the excellent service and attentive care.
13.11.2025
The people here are amazing!!! Everyone, from the secretaries and nurses to the anesthesiologists, is outstanding! God bless you, and thank you for everything you do.
11.12.2025
In the end, we found out why it's called "Shady" grove!. I give it two stars only because they have some great support staff, however, overall the feeling we ended up with was we were a number and we needed to fit into their program and protocols, we were never looked at as an individual case. When we started asking a lot of questions agree some attempts, we got the cold shoulder. Asked to switch doctors and get a 2nd opinion in their office. They had 2 very different approaches and didn't agree with things that were being done. When we decided to switch somewhere else, they gave us an unbelievably hard time receiving our records and eventually tried everything to block our embryo storage move. We were successful on 1st attempt elsewhere, with not as an aggressive protocol. Additionally, pay very close attention to their billing, they continually overcharged, even when asking for a review. Almost a year after leaving, we received back about 5k in overcharged. SHADY Grove

The team at Shady Grove is very professional, helpful, and friendly. My experience here was completely different from my previous care. My nurse Sam was wonderful, and Nicole W. and Jordan W. were also very helpful. Dennelle made me feel at ease during blood draws and kept the experience pleasant. Overall, the staff and Dr. Silva genuinely care about their patients. I am very glad I chose this clinic!

Danielle was wonderful! The blood draw was quick and painless. She was funny and made me feel at ease.
24.12.2025
Working with Dennelle was wonderful! The process was efficient and pleasant. Ingrid and Dr. Mathyk were also very kind and a pleasure to work with. Our initial experience with SGF has been excellent so far.

I had to visit while traveling during IUI treatment. Dennelly, the phlebotomist, was wonderful and made my visit very pleasant. She helped me relax and relieved my stress. I cannot wait to return just to hear her laugh again. If all the staff are like her, I feel completely reassured.
20.12.2025
I had an excellent experience at Shady Grove Fertility today, and my phlebotomist Daniella was outstanding. If you need blood drawn, ask for her. She is skilled and precise—an experienced professional who is patient, warm, efficient, and positive. I will choose her for every future blood draw. Thank you so much, Daniella; you are the best! Even the front desk staff always greet patients with smiles, warmth, and care. Every visit to Shady Grove Fertility leaves me feeling better because of the attentive care they provide.

I am preparing for my first egg retrieval and transfer! My experience at the Tampa office has been excellent. I was so excited to see the doctor today at my stimulation day 9 follow-up. Dr. Mathyk was very warm and approachable. She patiently explained the entire process, answered all my questions enthusiastically, and listened carefully to my concerns, which greatly reassured me. I was running low on needles for some medications, and Nurse Ingrid and her team made sure I received everything I needed, plus extras. They were kind, helpful, and went out of their way to care for me. Thank you so much, SGF Tampa!!!

I previously wrote a review for our patient coordinator, Laura Grullon, but used the wrong name, so I am submitting it again because she deserves recognition for her conscientious and dedicated work. She is a very warm and friendly young woman! She was extremely kind to us and did everything possible to arrange matters quickly so we could begin our fertility journey smoothly, even fitting us in for a last-minute appointment, for which we are very grateful. She empathized with our journey and encouraged us to keep going, which was exactly what we needed after trying to conceive for more than two years. I believe we will succeed this time. Shady Grove, please keep her forever—she is a valuable asset to your team! ✨💕

I had an HSG at this clinic last week, and the experience was excellent! I had undergone the procedure several times before and was nervous, but Kori Lewis, Dr. Mathyk, and Mariah were wonderful and helped me relax. They played music and patiently explained the entire procedure. I highly recommend SGF and their whole team!

At our first consultation, we received warm, thoughtful, compassionate support from start to finish. We are very grateful to Dr. Celso Silva and Laura for their attentive care. They made us feel genuinely cared for and confident that our dream will come true.

Shady Grove Fertility Tampa holds a very special place in our family's story. They helped us welcome a healthy, happy baby several years ago, and now we have returned hoping to grow our family. From the moment you enter, the entire team creates an atmosphere of hope, care, and confidence. Dr. Silva is exceptional. He is highly skilled and kind, with the rare ability to balance honesty and encouragement perfectly. He makes you feel heard, cared for, and confident in your treatment. Dr. Plosker successfully performed our embryo transfer and made this meaningful, emotional moment calm and reassuring while giving my husband and me tremendous support. The clinic staff are equally excellent. Ana and Kayla welcome you warmly and immediately put you at ease. Physician assistant Cortney is highly supportive and made us feel comfortable from the beginning. My nurse, Chelsea, is organized and attentive and always responds promptly to my questions. Mariah listened patiently to my concerns and thoughtfully prepared me for a procedure I had been nervous about. Susie recently performed a procedure for us and was calm and reassuring, making it much easier than expected. Tori in finance also explained everything in detail and ensured we fully understood and could manage the financial process. Shady Grove Fertility Tampa is an outstanding team that combines medical expertise with genuine care. We are sincerely grateful for their role in helping us build our family.

I had an excellent experience at SGF. The waiting area and restrooms were always clean and comfortable. Dr. Mathyk was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Katherine, Stephanie, and the other staff were also friendly, and I looked forward to seeing them at every appointment. The clinic maintains a high standard of service; I never had any problems with medication or communication with the nurses. They were very transparent about the recovery process, making everything go very smoothly. I would recommend SGF to anyone needing egg donation or fertility treatment.

Dr. Torrealday is the best doctor I have ever worked with! My oncologist referred me to SGF because I needed chemotherapy and wanted to try freezing my eggs beforehand due to the possible loss of fertility. The clinic staff were incredibly thoughtful. They scheduled me for the next morning, and everyone worked late that day to set up my account and prepare me to begin injections the following day. I needed retrieval quickly, so Dr. Torrealday used a random-start protocol that does not depend on the menstrual cycle and takes only 10–14 days. It is no exaggeration to say that the entire clinic went above and beyond. Every department worked tirelessly to help me, calling repeatedly, dealing with insurance, ordering medication, and more. I have never encountered a medical team as caring and dedicated as Shady Grove. Dr. Torrealday is a treasure in medicine. She is the kindest and most thoughtful doctor, and words cannot express my gratitude. She personally called almost every day to check on me, which I had never experienced. One Saturday, a nurse called with an update that worried me. Dr. Torrealday then called me from her personal phone on her evening off, even though she was not on call, to check on me, explain everything, and reassure me. I never imagined a doctor would offer this level of care or call on a day off simply because she heard I was upset. Anyone who comes here will have an excellent experience. They are truly thoughtful and care deeply about patients. I would give them a hundred stars if I could. Dr. Torrealday can change your life for the better. She retrieved far more eggs than I expected, accurately adjusted my medication dose each day, and timed the retrieval perfectly. I could not be happier. Thank you, Dr. Torrealday and team!

I was a patient at Shady Grove for two years. Dr. Silvia and her team were excellent. My son was born three weeks ago. I highly recommend them. Nurses Ashley and Chelsea were very helpful throughout the process.

I’ve done my hsg and saline ultrasound with Dr Mathyk and MA Ingrid, they are incredibly kind and reassuring and made them good experiences, thankful for Shady Grove tampa :)

When you are going through such a difficult time, you want a clinic that will support you through it. The team at the Tampa West Coast clinic does exactly that! Dr. Silva is wonderful, and my nurse Samantha is amazing. She always takes the time to explain every step patiently and answer all my questions. I do not know what I would do without her. Everyone I see at the clinic each day is always so friendly and cheerful. This can be a sad and difficult experience, but seeing the team smiling, laughing, and enjoying their work shows in the care they give us. My heartfelt thanks to Leslie, Kate, the front desk staff, the phlebotomists, and the entire clinic team for helping me through each day! 💕

If negative online reviews have made you anxious about an hysterosalpingogram (HSG), please read my review. I felt the same way and was so anxious that I was afraid to go to the clinic, but my experience at SGF today was excellent. I do not want to dismiss anyone else's experience, because every person and situation is different. Still, when you see many negative reviews, it is important to hear a positive one too. My team was wonderful. They explained and guided me through each step and continually asked whether I had questions. After the speculum and catheter were inserted and the fluid was injected, I did not even realize the procedure had begun. I felt only mild cramping, and the whole process was honestly very easy. My saline ultrasound and follicle count were equally easy—thank you, Leslie! I had no blockage, which may be one reason my discomfort was minimal. Overall, I felt fully cared for and supported throughout. Special thanks to Diana, Quiara, and Cortney! You made me feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed!

Anna is delightful, with a wonderful personality, and always speaks to patients with a smile. It was the first visit for my wife Fatima and me. Anna's positive attitude gave us hope and patience to continue through treatment while praying for God's blessing and happiness.

I am here solely to sincerely thank your phlebotomist, Danielle. She is absolutely outstanding. Not only is she highly skilled in her profession, but she is also incredibly kind, leaving a deep impression on me. First, due to scar tissue, the main vein in my right arm is very painful for venipuncture, but she successfully found an alternative vein in the same arm, getting it right on the first try without any pain or complications. Later that week, she again successfully located a vein in my left arm, again without any complications or pain (no one has been able to do that since I was in ninth grade). She gave me a lot of advice, and I feel truly honored to be her patient during such a sensitive time. She is a valuable asset to your clinic, and we sincerely wish her all the best! God bless you, Danielle! Thank you. ... We give her five stars, but she deserves even more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a saline infusion sonohysterogram today, and the entire team at Shady Grove was amazing!! I went to another fertility clinic a few years ago, and that experience was absolutely terrible! The hysterosalpingogram in particular was painful and uncomfortable! Because of that previous experience, I was very nervous about today's saline infusion sonohysterogram, but Dr. Matry K and Adena immediately put me at ease! They listened carefully to my concerns and reassured me throughout the process. They explained every step one by one and kept communicating with me the whole time! The entire procedure was not painful at all, and I am so grateful! I have been impressed with Shady Grove since my very first visit. Everyone explains what they are doing and why before they start, which is very rare in the medical field! Thank you, Shady Grove!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Martic and her assistant Ingrid for the excellent medical care they provided. From the moment I arrived at the clinic, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were all very kind, respectful, patient, and professional. Their care for patients' health is evident. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received and will definitely recommend them. They are a wonderful group of people and an outstanding team! Thank you so much for everything you have done.

SGF took excellent care of my wife and me. Every nurse and doctor we encountered was outstanding, and Anna at the front desk was especially thoughtful—one morning, she even brought me a cup of coffee.

Hello, I am sorry to do this, but I really do not recommend this clinic. I originally booked a consultation for October 2024 to get some information. The doctor ended up being 4-5 minutes late, and since I had woken up early for a 7 AM appointment, I reluctantly left. After that, I completely forgot about the clinic until recently. I thought that since it is now 2026, maybe it was just a one-time incident, so I decided to give them another chance and went to the clinic in person to make another appointment. They said it was no problem and arranged it for me. Then, a few days later, around 4 PM, I had neither received a confirmation email for the appointment nor any reminders. I checked the online application, and there was nothing there either. The woman on the phone even said she would send an email for me to fill out new insurance information, so I started to get a bit worried and sent them an email—but got no response, so I left a voicemail as well. A few days later, I received a call saying the doctor had to cancel the appointment due to an emergency, and I could do a telehealth appointment on Sunday at 9 AM. I thought, okay, why not? It was 4 days earlier than my original appointment, and maybe their system had been updated. However, up until the day of the appointment, I still had no reminders, and only received a login notification on the day itself—now, let me talk about the actual appointment. The doctor was very cold, did not provide me with all the information I wanted, and seemed eager to end the call quickly. On top of that, he said he would send me some information about sperm banks and arrange some lab tests, etc. To this day, I still have not received any emails, texts, or calls from them, nor has anyone explained what happened. As a result, my bank sent me a bill for $150, and nothing else. I have been waiting for any communication from them, but there has been nothing, and I am very disappointed with their service.

Dr. Plosker was sincere and candid from the start about our options and chances. He spoke to us like a doctor who truly cared about helping us build a family. He honestly shared what he believed was the best option while understanding that the news might not be what we wanted. We trusted his advice, and our sweet baby is due in five weeks. Thank you to Dr. Plosker and the SGF-Brandon and St. Petersburg teams.

Words cannot express our gratitude to Dr. Plosker for his exceptional care. From our first consultation, he guided us through our fertility journey with empathy, clarity, and unmatched expertise. His calm, reassuring manner put us at ease during what could have been an emotional and stressful time. Dr. Plosker took time to understand our story and answered every question patiently and honestly. We never felt rushed. He made sure we fully understood every step and felt confident. His personalized approach made us feel like more than patients—we felt seen, heard, and supported throughout. What sets Dr. Plosker apart is not only his extensive knowledge and experience, but also the genuine compassion and kindness he brings to every interaction. His thoughtful approach kept us confident and hopeful throughout treatment. Today, we are overjoyed to be expecting—something we once thought impossible—and know it would not have happened without him and his outstanding team. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Plosker to anyone seeking fertility treatment. He is an exceptional physician and a wonderful person. Thank you, Dr. Plosker, for helping make our dream come true!
