I am writing to share my recent experience with Albert Liu, which I found distressing. During our video conference, I felt that he was distant and unapproachable, making it difficult for me to open up about my mental health challenges.
Unfortunately, when my phone battery died and I rejoined the call, Albert commented on my niece's disruptive behavior in a way I found rude and insensitive. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I expected a compassionate and professional response, but his remark made me feel dismissed and even more anxious.
I later contacted coordinator Marvin M to discuss my concerns, but despite multiple messages and calls, I received no response. This lack of communication added to my frustration.
I had hoped for a supportive experience, but instead I felt ignored and undervalued. Mental health practitioners must create an empathetic and respectful environment, and I felt this was lacking in my interactions.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Albert Liu or this organization to others seeking mental health support. I hope my review helps others find the compassionate care they deserve.

Excellent! I recently had surgery with Dr. Ha and have recovered very well. Dr. Ha discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the procedure with me and explained how he would tailor it to my body type to achieve the desired result in the shortest time. Before surgery, he provided a very thorough assessment of the recovery risks, and every stage of my recovery proceeded just as he predicted. I recovered well and needed almost no pain relief. Whenever I had questions, he patiently reviewed the test results with me. His open-minded approach, reassurance, and thorough answers gave me great confidence in recommending him to others.

My experience was truly eye-opening. He took the time to help me fully understand my health and how to manage it better, which had a profound impact on me. Dr. Ha is warm, friendly, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. His professionalism and expertise are evident, and knowing that he will continue monitoring my long-term health is very reassuring. Although his office is across the mountain and somewhat far from my home, his excellent care is absolutely worth the drive.

Dr. Ha was very attentive and thoughtful. He explained my options clearly and understandably. The surgery and recovery went smoothly, and I am very pleased with the result. I only wish I had done it sooner!

He is one of the best doctors in the Bay Area. I would give him more than 10 points if I could. He is highly skilled and very thorough in his explanations and diagnoses. An outstanding surgeon.

Your hospital charged me $263 for a remote follow-up with Dr. Albert Ha. He stayed for less than 10 minutes and provided no new information, test results, or useful guidance. Why did Dr. Ha schedule this follow-up? The hospital has never provided a reasonable explanation or investigated. It is disappointing that the hospital overcharges while disregarding the quality of patient care.

I have worked with Dr. Albert Ha for more than six months. He is very knowledgeable, understands all your concerns, and presents all the necessary treatment options. He makes you feel at ease and answers every question. I highly recommend working with him.

When I met Dr. Ha, his warm, welcoming manner impressed me. He told me that “we” would make decisions together, and I felt like an equal partner. Dr. Ha is an excellent surgeon. He explains in detail everything that could happen during surgery and asks whether you have any questions. He provides contact information for future use and genuinely wants you to be satisfied with your surgery. Dr. Ha practices urology, a sensitive field for most people. Working in this specialty requires care, thoughtfulness, compassion, kindness, trustworthiness, and approachability. Dr. Ha has all these qualities and more. Rather than give Dr. Ha five stars, I would like to give him even more. I am an older adult and have seen many doctors, but none compares with Dr. Ha. I highly recommend Dr. Ha for your urologic care.

Dr. Ha is amazing. I just had an appointment with him, and he spent considerable time with me. He seemed very engaged and asked many detailed questions to truly understand how I felt. I highly recommend Dr. Ha.

As a doctor, you must review your schedule carefully and read each patient's chart to understand the reason for the appointment.
You cannot always be unprepared and play with people's lives.
That is what this person keeps doing. Doctors need to review charts and reports before every visit.

At my first visit, Dr. Ha seemed young and energetic and listened patiently to my concerns and how I was managing my symptoms. He then examined me carefully and offered recommendations and treatment options. Follow-up was scheduled promptly.
