This place has one advantage: price. They are definitely a low-cost provider. What we did not realize was that you sacrifice everything else, and it is not worth it. Their billing is outright fraudulent. Our insurer paid bills they had required us to pay in advance. We were told we would be refunded when the insurance payment arrived. That was almost three months ago! They have been paid in full twice for 3 months. No one answers the phone—there are endless holds followed by forced voicemail. They do not return voicemails. When we message through the portal, their preferred communication method, we get the runaround. We have had many other billing issues as well. At this point, CNY is engaging in fraudulent practices, as other recent reviews also confirm. Beware! Go elsewhere!

Great experience! Thanks to CNY, we have a beautiful, healthy boy. Thank you so much for creating this miracle :) The nurses were excellent and helped us obtain everything covered by insurance. Many negative reviews concern wait times, but you also have to wait to see your own PCP. Unfortunately, everyone must wait as they do elsewhere. This is a busy facility, and patience is essential.

I am trying to recover money they owe me. The finance department does not respond. They do not want to work with insurance and make you pay out of pocket for covered services.
They also told me I needed to use donor eggs, which I purchased. Six cost nearly $10,000. Three became embryos, one of which other clinics would discard because it would not result in a baby.
They owe me money for the embryo transfer. It costs nearly $5,000 out of pocket, but they owe me just under $2,000 because that was paid by insurance.

Communication was indeed poor, but it was also poor at the high-end clinic I used first. Ultimately, CNY helped us have a healthy baby, and I believe it was because Dr. Kiltz's treatment protocol differed from those at other clinics.

Did they help us become pregnant? Yes. Everything since then has been a complete nightmare. They told Anthem one thing during a call, then did nothing. They still have not submitted prior authorization for the storage fees.
Run as fast as you can, because they care only about profiting from your infertility. To them, you are a number and dollar sign. Nurses handle the care, and doctors only perform procedures that require their presence. You must advocate for everything, and it is not worth it.
They also told us we essentially had no chance of conceiving naturally, yet we unexpectedly had a baby after IVF.

Editing my review. RMB exploits its patients. They provide absolutely no guidance for any part of the process. They charge you to store sperm and then hand the sperm back to you. Either way, you lose. They are scammers and should be ashamed of exploiting people who want to build families.

I had a very positive egg-retrieval experience at the Albany clinic. Nurse Sadie and the doctor were wonderful and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I plan to have another egg retrieval and will definitely return to Albany.

We had an excellent frozen embryo transfer experience at this clinic. All the nurses and doctors were knowledgeable and helpful and followed up on every step after the transfer, making the process easy and successful. Thank you for all your help during this stressful and difficult time💯💯😊😊👍🤗🤗 I highly recommend this clinic to anyone beginning this journey. I can now update my story: we succeeded! We took a pregnancy test this morning at 4 dpi and saw a beautiful pink line. We are so happy. Thank you, CNY, for creating our little miracle. Your work is amazing😊🤗❤️🤩💯💯

You are treated as a number and a dollar sign, not a real person. The care was extremely disappointing, communication was severely lacking, and nurses gave conflicting information. You have to fight for answers and appropriate treatment. You rarely see or even speak with a doctor. Treatment plans are not personalized. This clinic is not patient-centered at all. I often felt lost and helpless here. It is inhumane and shameful.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Grossman's attentive care throughout our fertility journey. After struggling with infertility for two years, I was anxious and afraid of the entire process, especially when I needed laparoscopic surgery. From the beginning, Dr. Grossman went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and fully informed.
He personally called me and explained every step of the procedure in detail, easing all my concerns. He promised to treat me as he would his own wife or daughter, and he truly did. At every stage, I felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for.
We completed one monitored cycle with letrozole, and now we are finally pregnant! Dr. Grossman made us feel that we were receiving the best possible care. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication were exactly what we needed and more. If you are looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable doctor who truly treats you as an individual, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Grossman.
Special thanks as well to all the nurses at the Albany office. They were very kind and supportive throughout.

If you value personalized, patient-centered fertility care, do not come here. This clinic is run by professional gaslighters who will disrespect you throughout the process. They overbook appointments, leave no parking spaces or seats in the waiting room, make you wait an hour and ten minutes to be seen, and dehumanize you while you undergo these high-risk treatments. Dr. Grossman—an apt name—even joked with a student about me suing them while I still had a catheter in my uterus. Mental health during treatment is completely disregarded, and when things deteriorated, the staff offered no support or compassion. I felt I had no autonomy, no one listened to my concerns, and several ultrasound technicians treated me with complete disrespect. I was told they would not sugarcoat things, but there is a difference between reality and cruelty or taking pleasure in tormenting patients. No amount of savings was worth the trauma and unnecessary anxiety this clinic caused me. I will choose another clinic to have my ‘rainbow baby.’

I recently came here for an egg retrieval, and every staff member was very friendly and courteous. I felt well cared for. I developed some complications afterward, but that was not CNY’s fault. Once they learned about them, they contacted me several times to make sure I was okay, which I greatly appreciated.

I had a painful ultrasound here. A nurse practitioner roughly inserted the pelvic probe into my vagina and began moving it forcefully, jabbing my reproductive organs. I asked her to slow down and be gentler, and she snapped, ‘Then we may not find your ovaries today.’ She continued forcefully prodding my uterus and ovaries, leaving me in pain all over. She quickly removed the probe and handed me the ultrasound report. I asked how thick my endometrium was, and she said she did not know because the result displayed on the screen was endometrial thickness. Since I was there for outside monitoring, I asked whether they would send my results to my doctor. She said, ‘No, we give you this report for you to give your doctor.’ My doctor is more than a three-hour drive away, so how was I supposed to do that? I said they had sent the report after my first visit, and she said they should not have done that and implied that this clinic might not suit my needs. I left feeling mistreated and dehumanized. Every patient deserves dignity, respect, and to be heard. Her scan was so poor that I had to have it repeated by my doctor. This clinic is poorly run, with an unacceptably low standard for patients who may have no other options in the area. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

I flew here from Nashville for a hysterosalpingogram (HSG). The nurse who stayed with me throughout was very caring, and her attentive service helped me get through a test I was extremely nervous about. The doctor was knowledgeable and attentive. I have enjoyed receiving CNY treatment at the clinics I previously visited, but this experience absolutely deserves five stars! Thank you so much for caring for me during such a sensitive time in my life.

After a difficult journey, the third time was finally the charm! CNY Fertility gave me hope every step of the way. The doctors and staff always patiently answered my questions and concerns, and the financial assistance they offered was a great relief. I firmly believe the combination of vitamin injections, acupuncture, and medication made this possible. Thanks to their attentive care, I finally had my miracle baby, who turns two this year. I will always be grateful—thank you, CNY, for making my dream of becoming a mother come true.

I strongly advise against this clinic. We encountered several random staff members who did not review the chart and entered the room with no idea what was happening. Now we are facing a billing nightmare and receiving no response. For example, we were charged for an IUI cycle we never had; we completed only one IVF cycle.
They cannot even bill correctly, which has affected our insurance, and my wife receives no reply through the portal or when leaving voicemails. Stay away!

I visited this clinic in 2023. Although my interactions with the nurses were fine, the doctor I saw was extremely arrogant and used no strengths-based approach when evaluating my treatment options. Anyone who has undergone a fertility journey knows it is stressful, vulnerable, and emotional; beyond medical competence, compassion and trauma-informed care are essential. In addition to a rude bedside manner, the doctor was extremely inept at answering logistical questions. He seemed rushed and, frankly, as though he could not be bothered. The experience was terrible, and we immediately sought treatment elsewhere. Strongly not recommended.

I just wanted to leave a review for the nurse that I had yesterday for my procedure. Her name was CeCe and she was so unbelievably nice, informative and comforting. She made the procedure so pleasant and it really made a difference. Also Brooke who is also a nurse and spoke to me on the phone today for a long time answering all of my questions..super informative and kind. The communication at CNY isn’t the best (long phone wait times) but everything else has been a really great experience.

My experience at CNY Fertility was very disappointing. Throughout my care, staff often seemed disorganized and unprepared, making the process extremely stressful. The clinic repeatedly encountered problems with insurance and appeared unclear about the required medical billing codes. This caused repeated delays and required extra effort from me to correct basic information.
Although their prices may be lower than those at some fertility clinics, the savings did not offset the constant frustration and inefficient communication. Every step felt challenging, and I often had to follow up repeatedly to resolve simple issues.
Overall, I recommend that others carefully consider these factors before choosing the clinic, as the lower price comes at the expense of professionalism and reliability.

This place caused more stress than the treatment itself. Communication was clearly inadequate. I began care in September and returned in October, only to discover they had started treatment without authorization. I wondered what they were doing. Obtaining authorization is the team's responsibility, not mine. After returning home, I contacted them daily, urging them to submit the test for authorization. My patience was constantly tested as I was transferred and disconnected. From morning onward, I never knew whether anyone would call with an update. The experience was terrible. Staff seem well paid enough, yet they do not answer the phone. Nurses, finance staff, and account managers passed me back and forth until I gave up contacting them because no one knew anything. They repeatedly sent me for blood tests and ultrasounds without authorization. They clearly did not review my record or understand the situation. We now face a complete billing nightmare with no explanation. Ignoring it does not prevent a bill; charges must be accurate. They even billed incorrectly, affecting insurance reimbursement. I left messages through the portal and voicemail and received no response. This clinic causes more anxiety than the treatment itself.

We had two egg retrievals and two embryo transfers at this clinic. The outcomes were terrible, and I even developed a liver infection. After I expressed my frustration to Dr. Kiltz by phone, he offered a complimentary egg retrieval as compensation. By then, we had transferred to RMA and still had a $100 sperm storage balance. I told him to apply that amount toward the retrieval so we could leave CNY. Fortunately, RMA listened to us, adjusted our protocol, and helped us achieve our goal. I have many reasons not to recommend CNY. For the past four years, they have continued asking us for that $100, yet we cannot reach anyone to discuss it. I have left several voicemails and sent multiple messages through their website and by email.

Their billing service is disgusting. Although I signed all the embryo disposition documents, my credit card was charged again 8 months later! This is outrageous! Never give these people your credit card information. Tariana and Special at Embryo Options refused to issue a refund, even though I spoke with a manager in August who told me I would not be charged again and that an error had occurred when the documents were signed.

Rebecca Eskin—I want to thank you especially! Your care was truly exceptional. She personally called me when my beta-hCG was positive, then followed up again after it became negative, which meant so much to me. She listened patiently, never rushed me, and made sure I felt supported throughout this emotionally difficult experience. I have never met such a thoughtful healthcare professional. Although this transfer did not result in a pregnancy, the attentive care she provided was deeply meaningful. I had a wonderful experience at this office. I only had to go in person for the retrieval appointment and the transfer appointment. I was able to get labs and imaging done in my town. The staff were so kind and reassuring. The waiting room was very cozy. The portal message service was very responsive and informative. I feel so fortunate to have been a day trip away and look forward to my next experience with them. Without them I wouldn’t have my beautiful son. I’m forever grateful.

Dr. Grossman and his entire team provided excellent care with exceptional medical expertise, compassion, professionalism, and sincere understanding. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to communicate patiently. They become angry when you ask questions. If I could share my portal messages, you would be shocked by how rude, disrespectful, and frustrating these people are. I have been trying to conceive for nearly three years and seeking help, but they keep dismissing me. When I finally ovulated, they gave me only negative feedback, with no support at all. They are cold and unprofessional, phone communication is extremely difficult, and when I ask questions through the portal, they pretend not to see my messages and respond impatiently. If you want to avoid stress while trying to conceive, this is absolutely the worst place to go. Stay away.

I recently completed an egg retrieval at the Albany location, and everything went smoothly. Because I did not have insurance, I paid all costs in advance and therefore had no billing issues.
I live three hours from the Albany location, so I chose a local clinic for pre-cycle monitoring. Even so, the results were entered into my medical record promptly. Nurses and staff responded quickly through the patient portal, with the most recent replies arriving the same day. Hold times to reach a nurse were also short, usually only five to seven minutes.
During the egg retrieval, I was deeply grateful to all the staff, including the embryologist, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Ditkoff. I especially want to thank a nurse named Jaime! She was very kind, explained every step in detail, and ensured the entire process went smoothly. I would definitely return here for another egg retrieval.

The front-desk receptionists are unbearably loud. What about privacy?! Oh, right—this place does not care about privacy at all. The women at the front desk ask questions loudly, as though they do not care about you, your feelings, or your privacy. I have been there many times, so because of these receptionists, I know why most of the women are seeking care. They show no respect for anyone. It is very upsetting. If I wanted the entire Albany office or all of New York State to know my private information, I could announce my date of birth, the greeting card I use, changes to my personal details, or the treatment I am receiving to everyone. It makes me very sad to see women like me unable to discuss their treatment, date of birth, or any other private matter comfortably. The receptionists simply do not care. They create a terrible atmosphere.

Unfortunately, this place is nothing more than a money-hungry organization. Dr. Eric Chang has a terrible bedside manner, to say the least, and the facility is very disorganized. I would not recommend this clinic or Dr. Chang to any friend or family member. I do not think the nurses or doctors in Buffalo care about anything beyond billing insurance and giving you unnecessary medication. After a terrible experience and repeated portal messages, my wife and I decided we would no longer work with this clinic.

I am a healthy, fertile woman who came here from Canada hoping for better service and the promise of better prices, as advertised, but ultimately paid more because of hidden and undisclosed fees.
Although the nurses and doctors were very caring and kind, we will not return because we were taken advantage of financially.
There is a disconnect between the two departments, and every question asked and every "document" submitted resulted in a financial loss for us.
Sadly, this industry drains every vulnerable penny from you and more.
Very disappointed.

CNY Buffalo exceeded our expectations! From the beautiful, comfortable office and friendly receptionists who made us feel welcome rather than like just another face, to the nurses who smiled while answering every question, the embryologists who answered everything, and the kind and gentle anesthesiologist and ultrasound technician, everyone was wonderful. Dr. Chang seems to genuinely love helping couples achieve their dreams. He speaks to you as though he cares and treats you as a person, not merely a number on his paycheck. They are encouraging, educational, informative, gentle, optimistic, and realistic. Yes, CNY Fertility may not hold your hand throughout the entire process; you must follow the instructions and not be afraid to ask questions, but they will support you 100%! I would use the CNY Buffalo office again and again if needed. Thank you for helping give me the chance to finally have a rainbow baby. Now we wait to see whether these beautiful embryos produce a positive test!

I am giving this place only 2 stars because when I first registered for fertility services at CNY, they told me that all costs would be covered by my insurance. I had an egg retrieval in February and underwent IVF two weeks ago. Yes, I am going to have a baby. However, one week after IVF, I learned that I had received a $45,000 bill. They should take the time to tell you what you will actually need to pay before providing services instead of saying everything is covered by insurance. Unfortunately, because I am already in the middle of treatment, I must continue using their services. I hope they begin honestly informing people what each service will cost in the future.

I just completed my egg retrieval at CNY Buffalo and have only positive things to say about the staff and the travel nurses I spoke with before and after the procedure. Everyone was extremely helpful and compassionate. I was worried about OHSS and called in tears more than once. The on-call nurse, RN Bobbie, and even Dr. Zhang called at different times to check on me. They retrieved 44 eggs and fertilized 27 through ICSI. My husband and I are delighted, and after four years of infertility, I am beginning to believe this will work for us. I look forward to seeing them again during the rest of our IVF journey and highly recommend them!

Terrible experience! Human growth hormone caused swelling in my brain and should never have been given to me because of my genetic condition, but none of the medical staff noticed. After extensive research, I finally connected the dots. Thank God I did!!
The nurses were extremely irresponsible. A protocol error and poor medical advice caused a failed cycle and wasted all my money. The doctors barely oversee treatment plans, and the clinic is understaffed, so patients are easily overlooked and mistakes happen.
I also developed brain swelling from a dangerous medication prescribed by a nurse rather than a doctor. Advocate for yourself, because the nurses there do not pay attention to life-or-death details, or you could lose a great deal of money or even your life! When the nurse realized I had elevated intracranial pressure—which can cause stroke, death, and blindness—she acted as if it were no big deal and said, ‘We cannot help you. Try the emergency room.’
All my embryos also died, which seemed suspicious because four days later they called to say several were developing well and had survived. A few days after that, I was told they had all died. The change after so many days did not feel right. More suspiciously, I still had not received an embryo report after a month. All patients receive a report, so why were they withholding mine? I cannot help wondering what they were hiding. It felt as though they were avoiding responsibility.

I had an excellent experience at CNY. The care team was consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, and each visit began 5-15 minutes before the scheduled time. Dr. Kiltz and Dr. Chang are highly skilled and experienced, and the treatment was effective. From the initial consultation through post-treatment follow-up, I felt fully supported and guided. I have recommended CNY to friends and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

I am very disappointed with CNY's communication and organization. Despite their active promotion and seemingly good intentions, the experience fell far below my expectations.
I have worked at other fertility clinics and can confidently say that CNY is far more disorganized. As a patient, you have almost no idea what is happening or how to proceed with treatment, and you receive far less physician time than at other clinics—if you see a doctor at all!
Here are some issues management must already know about:
- Patients do not have a dedicated care coordinator, so every interaction is with someone different. When more than 20 people are involved in your care, the process cannot be smooth or efficient. At every step, you must repeatedly contact different people until someone takes action. There seems to be no accountability.
- You cannot reply to messages in the patient portal. Every time you want to communicate, you must send a new message. If you want to message a specific person, you must send it to that person's department. Sometimes the department, such as authorizations, is not even listed among the contacts. This makes communication even more difficult and creates additional confusion.
It is frustrating that this “affordable” fertility treatment option is so poorly managed—people deserve better.

We had a wonderful experience at CNY Buffalo! We completed an egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer here, and everything went smoothly. You need to advocate for yourself and follow the process closely, but that is understandable at a high-volume IVF clinic.
Dr. Zhang is excellent! He is approachable and down-to-earth.

Stay away! They do not test donors for sexually transmitted infections until after you have paid. Then, a month later, they tell you the sperm donor has an STI. I was on the waiting list and had moved up to second place when the next donor disappeared. I am starting to wonder whether there are any donors at all. I have been trying to get a refund, but they keep giving me the runaround. I feel they have no intention of refunding me. Worse still, many of the charges are not transparent. You undergo unnecessary treatments at the clinic, and they find ways to add more hidden fees. We never even tried to conceive, and if they do not refund me, I will lose 5500 dollars. Fortunately, I only paid 4100 dollars for the sperm donor package. It is a scam and a waste of time. I have already cried over it.

Our family recently transferred to CNY Fertility from a clinic in the Hampton Roads area after paying $42,000 out of pocket over the past three years. Although we were fortunate to welcome a beautiful baby girl, the heartbreak of failed embryos took a heavy toll. At a fertility clinic near Fredericksburg, Virginia, we were told we had only a 1% chance of conceiving without IVF. We then turned to CNY. Before our previous clinic would even consider IVF, we were required to complete 5 rounds of intrauterine insemination (IUI), costing about $25,000 in total, before paying another $25,000 for IVF. Financially, that was impossible. We also disliked their negative, pessimistic attitude, so we began researching other clinics.
I had a telephone consultation with CNY in May, and after receiving some vaccinations, we were ready to begin treatment in September. The staff clearly explained the guidelines and protocol and answered every portal question within 24 hours. We also appreciated their positive attitude and constant reassurance that everything was proceeding as planned and that they believed our treatment would succeed. We were very fortunate to conceive on our first IUI, and I am now 38 weeks pregnant with a healthy girl! I have had no pregnancy complications. From weeks 5 through 10, CNY provided weekly prenatal care and ultrasounds until I transitioned to my OB-GYN. I cannot wait to bring our sweet daughter to meet the Norfolk staff who helped bring her into our lives.
Infertility is difficult, but if we ever need treatment again, we are glad to know CNY is there to help!

A million stars!! My experience deserves every positive word in the dictionary. After 2 early miscarriages, uterine fibroids, both of us being over 40, 6 failed IUIs, and 5 years of TTC, SGF told us our only option was $30,000 upfront for IVF, with no payment plan. We were discouraged until I saw an advertisement for CNY, did my research, and scheduled a consultation. It took several months, but patience is a virtue! Their reasonable prices, package discounts, and payment options made it easier for us to begin immediately. Even with flying to Sarasota for the procedure because Norfolk had just opened, we still paid only 1/3 of SGF’s price. From my first conversation, I immediately felt optimistic. Every staff member at the Norfolk clinic was helpful and knowledgeable and showed that they cared as much as we did about our becoming pregnant! They are completely transparent, educate you, and provide a workable plan. With their guidance, we became pregnant from our first IVF cycle and have just delivered a healthy baby. Their excellent service, patience, and care moved me deeply. They became like family and helped us grow ours. We will be forever grateful.

CNY Norfolk is amazing! From the receptionists to the nurse practitioners, everyone is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you feel cared for and heard. One of my greatest fears was frequent blood draws because of my muscular build. Aeja eliminated that concern; she is the only person ever to draw my blood successfully on the first attempt every time. We met Dr. Kiltz during one appointment, and he made a point of speaking with us and learning our story. We travel all the way from Maryland because this team is outstanding, and the 6-hour round trip is absolutely worthwhile. In early 2025, before beginning IUI at our local Shady Grove clinic, we unexpectedly conceived naturally but then suffered a miscarriage. The clinic handled our loss coldly and made us uncomfortable. After that poor experience, we began looking for another fertility clinic. We learned about CNY Norfolk from a couple who had faced a similar struggle and became pregnant there.
We consulted with CNY Norfolk on July 2, and only one week later discovered we had conceived naturally again. Before transferring us to our OB-GYN, CNY Norfolk provided all our early monitoring, promptly identified an elevated TSH level that had previously been overlooked, and treated us with exceptional warmth and care. Although the weekly drive took more than two hours, those few weeks were absolutely worthwhile. We are now 27 weeks pregnant and deeply grateful for the attentive care CNY Norfolk provided.

I hardly know where to begin... I first consulted SGF, then decided to seek a second opinion at CNY, and I am so glad I did. From the staff to the clinic environment, everything at CNY was far better than SGF. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. They gave me tremendous support and encouragement during a difficult time and did an excellent job. The clinic felt warm and comfortable rather than cold and clinical like SGF, which felt impersonal and uncaring.

I was devastated when my husband and I learned that we needed IVF. I had several appointments at SGF before transferring to CNY because of the cost, and I am so glad I made that decision!
Although the process felt long, I still looked forward to every appointment. I loved every member of the team, including the Syracuse and remote teams.
But my heart will always belong to the ladies in Norfolk! Everyone there remembered my name, and every time I walked in, I could feel that they were genuinely happy to see me. It was that way from day one. I remember my first day because my husband had to work, so I went alone, and we had learned less than a month earlier that we could not conceive naturally, so I was sad and nervous. Everyone was so cheerful and complimented my hair. That may sound small, but when you are alone, grieving your situation, and overwhelmed, those little things matter. I feel that CNY Norfolk truly pays attention to those small details!
As I said, I love everyone there and could not find fault even if I tried. However, Jaden, Julissa, and Jenny always made me especially happy and truly made me feel heard and cared for!
I graduated today. Of course I am happy because this is exactly the outcome I wanted, but I am also sad that I will not see them anymore. I have so many mixed emotions!
I highly recommend CNY Norfolk to anyone considering it because they truly changed my life! :)

Terrible. The nurses know very little. They are there to perform every test imaginable and charge you, without really knowing what they are doing or looking for.
We were charged more than $800 for an "inconclusive" test I did not need at all. Only the "doctor" had actually reviewed our case.
There are no real physicians at this location, only nurses and technicians performing multiple roles. The ultrasound technician interprets your test results, which I do not think they are permitted to do.
In such a sensitive situation, we felt they lacked compassion and cared only about money.

Avoid at all costs. Their accounting team is completely incompetent. Even if your insurance covers the procedure, they flatly refuse to submit your claim, then lie that they did and it was denied. It is absolute madness.

I cannot say enough good things about the CNY Rochester office. Every staff member is kind, patiently answers questions, and responds to portal messages as quickly as possible. I have recommended CNY to friends and family beginning their fertility journeys and will continue to do so. I also completed several cycles at Strong, and they were wonderful, but CNY is the best choice.

I had three failed cycles with no real reason why three different doctors Performed my transfer line was great line was beautiful no fluid embryos beautiful But still it failed get in charge for failed results is wild me I was paying to get pregnant, but realizing I’m paying for failed transfers building up a heavy bill at the end of the day with no real reason why it’s not working And all you can say is try again that’s wild to me again paying for failed transfers Me Asking them what can we do differently? I spent a year receiving treatment with CNY. The entire experience from start to finish was terrible. Communication was consistently unclear, difficult, or completely wrong. I was told to keep taking medication that made me ill without any testing. I felt completely alone and unguided. My 2 IUIs, 3 transfers, and an absolute kitchen-sink approach to medication had a success rate of exactly zero. However, after I finally stopped treatment, I did become pregnant.

The only worthwhile aspect is the cost, because the service is terrible. You will rarely be lucky enough to find someone who genuinely cares about you.
I had an egg retrieval 3 weeks ago, and no one has spoken with me since. I waited more than a week for a response, only to be told that they could not call me and that I should ask questions by messaging through the portal. I have asked the same question 3 times, and they simply ignore it. They answer only what they want. For the transfer procedure, they send a link.
There is no individualized attention to your case. We are definitely just another number.
Extremely disappointed.

Unsure where to even leave this review, but a couple weeks ago I had my initial consult call with Martha Jamarillo. I am unsure what office she is based out of, but she was so cold and acts like she doesn’t even care about the patient. I got off the call more unsure and less hopeful than before. Infertility is such a vulnerable and emotional issue, hire employees who show compassion, not dismissive and cold.

Not only is this clinic affordable, but they understand how important, time-sensitive, and financially critical this is for local and insured patients as well as self-pay patients. I have been trying to contact this office since my first visit in December 2020. No one answers the phone or returns my voicemails. There has been no response at all. A week ago, I received a $1,200 bill for services in 2023 and 2024 that I did not authorize, with a 20-day ultimatum before it would be sent to collections. My experience with CNY last summer was the worst of my life and nearly killed me.
I am well now and posting a year later. Last summer I was in too much pain to express my thoughts. During egg retrieval, they punctured my bladder to reach one ovary. This is common, but my reaction was extremely rare. I will omit the graphic details.
My bladder filled with blood and clots and swelled to more than 4 times its normal size. I passed large amounts of blood all night while my bladder spasmed and tried to expel clots. By the next morning, it was completely out of control. A catheter made it worse as my body tried to expel it. Blood sprayed around the catheter, and the nurse did not believe me. She said I was wrong until it became severe and she heard blood/urine hitting the floor, then called the doctor back.
They ultimately performed emergency surgery and irrigated my bladder. It was horrific, and I nearly died. My husband was shaking and crying and almost had to hold me on the operating table while the doctor cleared my bladder. We were both severely traumatized.
My fresh transfer was understandably canceled. We were devastated. Only one egg fertilized, and everything felt pointless.
I am glad I tried, but if we continue IVF, it will not be here. Every step of my case involved shocking incompetence.
1. They instructed me to take the maximum stimulant dose although I had ordered a smaller package. I ran out midway through the cycle. They refused to fix it and tried to convince me it was my fault.
2. Medication was missing from my package. Again, they insisted I did not understand, had enough medication, and was wrong. This was another lie.
3. They nearly killed me.
4. Departments do not communicate. One day, three nurses gave me three different medical recommendations.
5. The stress and trauma destroyed IVF for me. Because of the medical trauma, I told my husband I could no longer try for a biological child and could only use donor eggs. I cannot undergo retrieval again after lying in bed screaming and fighting for my life while my husband shook and cried, believing he would lose his wife. I told him then that I could never do this again, and he agreed.
We desperately want children, but not at the cost of my life.
After recovery, we planned a Zoom call with Dr. Kiltz so he could personally review my case and understand what was happening at the clinic. It never occurred. I was also told he would consider reimbursing the extra $2,000 in medication costs caused by the disrupted protocol. That never happened either. Finance did not return or answer calls.
This is my assessment of CNY. My husband is still considering a formal complaint to the New York State Medical Board.
If you want inexpensive IVF, be prepared to get what you pay for.
I know this is the only affordable option for many people, and I am not trying to persuade anyone to abandon CNY. I only want people to know what they may face. Stay safe and advocate for yourself. Had I not demanded that they recheck my bladder, they would have discharged me with a catheter. My bladder would have ruptured and I would be dead.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
My wife and I have been trying to start fertility treatment since November of last year, and the level of neglect, miscommunication, and outright disrespect I’ve faced from this system is disgraceful.
I waited eight months for a urology consult that never happened. When we finally had a scheduled telemed appointment, my wife and I sat waiting — no call, no email, no follow-up. Our call logs prove this. We contacted Dr. Trussell’s office in Syracuse, only to be told they had no record of my appointment.
A week later, CNY Fertility told us the doctor did try to call. Why lie? We have the proof. How does something like this even happen?
I’ve been bounced around like a ping-pong ball, with zero accountability and no urgency. Meanwhile, my wife receives excellent care — but I’ve been treated like an afterthought. A second-class patient. As if my role in this process doesn’t matter.
This has been infuriating, exhausting, and deeply disappointing experience. If you’re a man seeking fertility care — prepare to be ignored. This has been one of the worst healthcare experiences of my life. We expected better. We deserved better.

Be careful! After my wife and I tried a more expensive fertility company in our state, we found a lower-cost company to help us. CNY looks good at first, but the refund and package details contain a great deal of fine print. Specifically, the medication protocol included in their package applies only to cycles with predictable timing. If your menstrual cycle varies, they make you pay out of pocket for the extra days of medication until your cycle is ready for egg retrieval and transfer. Medication costs about $500 per day. Our retrieval cycle was 5 days late, adding $2,500, and our transfer was 4 days late. Then there are the gift cards: they offered a 10% discount, but apparently they are nonrefundable even if you ask to cancel immediately after ordering. They simply do not care and are interested only in squeezing out every dollar, so I will say it again: be careful!

I completed two cycles there. At CNY, nurses manage your treatment and carefully prevent you from speaking with a doctor. I am 42 and was forced to take Provera and estrogen at the start of my cycle for scheduling purposes. Provera suppressed my ovarian development. Once stimulation began, it was like beating a dead horse. I needed an additional $2,500 in medication and stimulated for 14 days, ending with 11 eggs, only 4 of which were viable. When the doctor discovered this on retrieval day, he shouted and repeatedly asked who among the nurses was creating these protocols and who had put this woman on this protocol. The nurse practitioner and nurses had absolutely pressured me to do it. I said I could wait until the next month, but they told me that if the same scheduling problem arose, they would put me on Provera again. Their attitude was essentially to accept poor treatment or give up. This month, without stimulation, I had 17 eggs, which is my average. Provera severely harmed my ovarian function. Recovery was long and painful. After Provera impaired my ovarian development, I received excessive stimulation medication in an effort to restore function, and I remained bloated for 4 weeks after recovery. Now I am trying to transfer an embryo and facing the same problem again! The nurses will not let me speak with a doctor. They say they will explain next month, when it will already be finished. They do not care. It is impossible to speak with a doctor even once during an entire treatment cycle. Receiving treatment from nurses instead of a physician is unacceptable. The CNY nurses, especially the nurse practitioners, are bullies and mean-spirited.

I had been considering CYN until I tried to contact its Facebook ‘support’ group for Michigan families. They refused to let me join because I asked permission to post about Michigan bills HB 6047 and 6048, which would require insurance coverage for infertility treatment, as in New York State.
CYN is clearly against families. Even after I pleaded, they refused to offer these families needed support, despite knowing that medically assisted reproduction can cost families thousands of dollars that their children will need while growing up.
Especially when the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) expressly recognizes infertility as a disability, denying a nonstandard disability application is discriminatory.
The support network failed, and the system failed.
I will not use CYN again.

We have spent thousands of dollars trying to have a child, and they keep saying we need more treatments and add-ons. It is extremely disappointing. This place is a bottomless pit, and we still have had no success. They say all the right things, but everything costs extra. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or reply to messages. Portal messages take days to receive a response, and you may spend hours on the phone trying to reach someone. Given how much they charge, they should have dedicated staff to answer calls. Stay away; there are other options.

If you want to become pregnant and receive results within a reasonable time, do not come here. They may take hours to answer the phone, need two or three attempts to draw blood, communicate poorly, and are inconsistent at solving problems. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend them.

I’m sharing my honest experience. While CNY Syracuse provides helpful fertility services, communication has been a major concern. I reached out multiple times via email to my assigned contact, Sarah, and unfortunately, I did not receive any acknowledgment or response. As a patient going through a sensitive and time-critical process, timely communication is extremely important, and this lack of response has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope the team can improve responsiveness to ensure patients feel supported and informed during their journey.

The prices are good and the office staff are nice, but communication is extremely poor. If you are a traveling patient, staff often do not communicate with one another or with patients, and the information I received was confusing. This caused delays, added costs, failure to meet my goal, and an overall negative experience. For a time-sensitive procedure, vague and delayed messages, multiple unanswered questions, and being virtually unable to reach anyone by phone are completely unacceptable; if they do answer, the wait is usually over 30 minutes. I have already missed several months of treatment due to poor or absent communication, so I feel I need to warn others that if you choose CNY, staying on top of them and the entire process must become your full-time job.

As someone who has been treated at several different clinics, I really appreciated my time at CNY Fertility in Syracuse as an out-of-state patient from Texas.
Every nurse I spoke with by phone was very friendly, and the nurses on site for my egg retrieval were equally kind. Yes, as an out-of-town patient, you will probably speak with many different nurses. They all take detailed notes and give you a simple, easy-to-understand plan for the next steps.
Fertility clinics are usually busy, so sometimes I waited more than 20 minutes, while at other times I reached someone immediately. This is common at many clinics. Every time, everyone was happy to answer my questions and help, no matter how silly a question might have sounded.
Before my egg retrieval, I had never spoken or interacted directly with a doctor. This was not a problem for me, because it has been common at every clinic I have used. Regardless, I always felt well cared for.
Dr. Luthringer performed my egg retrieval. He was concise and straightforward, and retrieved more eggs than in any of my previous cycles. He also avoided an abdominal retrieval and was able to retrieve follicles from my hidden left ovary, unlike the doctor in my previous cycle. Anesthesiologist Dr. Reynolds was very kind, and nurse Sam was an absolute angel. I hope she works there forever ❤️
One suggestion is to join the CNY IVF group on Facebook. It has twenty thousand members who share many firsthand experiences, and most are very satisfied with the group! Trust me, I learned about it because I asked after reading reviews. Do not be frightened by negative Google reviews. Also, do not be afraid to ask questions or call whenever you need help. This is not a small clinic that can meet every need immediately, and that is okay. You just need to speak up and state what you want or need. They genuinely want to help and accommodate you. Give them a fair chance and keep reasonable expectations, and you can have the best experience!

I have not even started the medication, yet I already feel extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. I have repeatedly sent my test results and tried to get answers, but no one has responded. I have called several times and waited 15 to 30 minutes each time without anyone answering, which is ridiculous. My husband and I are going through this painful ordeal, yet no one can answer my questions or tell me how to begin the medication. You truly need to improve. How can you help patients if you do not communicate with them?!

My wife spent more than $20,000 and had 4 transfers, with 2 embryos transferred the final time. In the end, nothing remained. They charged for everything, even monitoring, despite the failed transfer. I could not reach a doctor, and even if you are lucky enough to schedule a phone appointment, it costs $50.
They make everything sound wonderful, but in the end, the quality of service did not meet my expectations. There was no further plan to help us achieve a pregnancy, and so far no refund has been offered for services not completed. It is heartbreaking. I never spoke with Dr. Kiltz or received any guidance from him. I felt like a number with a $$$ sign attached.

I do not recommend CNY because of poor communication and lack of patient care. My experience with them was poor. It was my first IVF cycle, using mini IVF. When I ran out of Follistim, their instructions came too late, causing me to miss a day of injections, and they also gave incorrect guidance. As a result, only 1 of 16 oocytes matured, and it did not develop further; the rest were immature and unusable. It was extremely stressful. I will never use their services again. It was a waste of time, money, and energy.

I wish zero stars were an option.
My experience at CNY Fertility was extremely poor. Fertility treatment is already an emotional and stressful journey, and this clinic's performance made it even harder.
The most frustrating issue was how they handled insurance. The clinic repeatedly submitted incorrect information or medical codes, and in some cases sent nothing to the insurer. This caused unnecessary denials and delays. Each time, I spent hours on the phone investigating, only to find that the problem came from missing or inaccurate clinic submissions.
As someone working full-time, having to intervene and investigate every day just to ensure basic processes were completed correctly created tremendous stress. What should have been simple became a daily source of anxiety and frustration.
CNY may cost less than other fertility clinics, but the lower price comes with significant shortcomings in organization, communication, and overall professionalism. What should have been a supportive journey often felt like climbing a steep mountain. Constant errors and poor follow-up made an already painful experience even worse.
It is deeply discouraging when a clinic meant to restore hope instead creates so much additional emotional strain. I strongly urge anyone considering CNY to weigh these factors carefully.

They claim to be affordable, yet charge $150 for a single telehealth consultation. You do not even see a doctor, but pay that much for a “call.” Trying to have a baby is already expensive enough without miscellaneous charges like this.

First, I want to clarify that I did not undergo IVF at CNY Fertility. We conceive easily. Our problem was 5 miscarriages within a year and a half despite healthy bloodwork and test results, so we were referred to CNY Fertility for further help. This review is therefore not about their IVF services, which I know very little about.
My experience was complicated. Communication was poor. We rarely saw the same person twice, and almost every time we were asked why we were there. Sometimes nurses asked whether we were there for IVF. You would expect this information to be documented. There were also ongoing medication communication problems. When I left, they told my obstetrician-gynecologist I was taking medications I had never taken. The woman who measured my blood pressure and drew my blood was very nice but poor at her job. Once she blew my vein, and on other occasions she repeatedly missed or entered the vein at the wrong angle. For the past year and a half, I had regular blood tests because of miscarriages, and everyone else said my veins were good and easy to access. Her training seemed inadequate.
That said, there were many excellent staff members. I had ultrasounds almost daily around ovulation, and one woman was especially outstanding. I wish I remembered her name so I could recognize her. Several other women who drew my blood were also friendly, positive, and highly competent. Our first telephone consultation was with Dr. D'Souza, who was excellent. He patiently explained everything, and his assessment based on my initial bloodwork later proved completely correct.
Unfortunately, the clinic did not seem to accept his diagnosis and did not prescribe progesterone until September, though our telephone consultation was in May. Progesterone and thyroid medication ultimately proved to be all we needed, but they kept encouraging other medications and ovulation-induction injections. I am very grateful to Dr. D'Souza because his diagnosis was exactly right. We are now nine weeks pregnant with a healthy baby. Previous pregnancies lasted only six weeks because our hCG and progesterone levels were very low.
The cost was high, especially given how basic our issue was. They insisted on ultrasounds almost every day around ovulation, which quickly increased the expense. Insurance helped considerably, but be cautious if paying out of pocket. For specialist care, however, I think the price was reasonable.
I also want to note that their patient portal is not user-friendly, and their app is especially difficult to use.

My wife and I were very excited to begin our fertility journey after hearing that this was one of the best clinics in our area. Our first transfer failed, and we had essentially followed their standard process. This time, we had questions about the process and how to improve our chances, including questions about transferring two embryos.
For months, we tried to obtain more information through their portal and repeated phone calls. Each time, we were either ignored or given a generic response. After persistent follow-up, we received a consent form. We were very upset but were preparing for the next cycle, so we let it go and planned to ask again later.
Today, my wife went for baseline testing. She first asked the front desk whether the billing information could be changed. They said they could not handle it and would arrange for someone to contact her. Why can patients not communicate directly with staff while at the clinic? That was the first problem, especially given the already poor communication through the portal.
Second, when my wife met with the nurse, the nurse asked whether she had any questions. She again asked the basic, routine questions we had previously raised about transferring two embryos, such as whether it could improve implantation rates. We had researched online and simply wanted information from actual ‘professionals,’ but were told they could not provide it and that we needed to review the informed consent form to learn about possible issues.
This is not the healthcare I expected. I expected to receive full information and support throughout the process, but I do not feel that way at all. Unless you are willing to remain silent and follow their process without question, I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care we received.

I do not understand many of the reviews. CNY is amazing. I was a traveling patient who had monitoring at the Georgia clinic, then went to Syracuse for egg retrieval and a frozen embryo transfer. I cannot say enough good things about both clinics. I had one frozen embryo transfer and now have my sweet baby boy. CNY's challenge is that its prices are much lower than elsewhere, so it has an enormous patient volume. You need to advocate for yourself and sometimes contact them proactively to keep things moving. They truly care about patients and their health, but they are also extremely busy. If you expect someone to guide you through every step, this may not be the right clinic. But if you want a highly skilled, thoughtful, and efficient team, you have come to the right place.

I gave two stars only because most of the staff were fairly friendly. Problems began on my first day, when I came in for egg retrieval. They said a nurse would serve as my "case manager" and coordinate my care, but I heard from her only once and never again. I repeatedly expressed concerns about ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), but they ignored me, and I nearly ended up hospitalized with the symptoms I had warned about. Every appointment request through the patient portal was rejected, so I had to call. Communication was terrible, and you could not reach a doctor unless you scheduled an appointment. No one monitored your blood test results closely—as long as values stayed within their set range, they did not care about significant changes. I had two canceled transfers and two failed transfers before they finally listened to me and agreed to try a natural cycle. I currently have a positive pregnancy test, but it may be a biochemical pregnancy, likely because no one took my sharply declining progesterone level seriously until it was too late. If you pursue fertility treatment here, research thoroughly beforehand and insist on being heard. I ignored my instincts several times and paid a painful price. We have now decided to donate our remaining embryos and stop completely. Had we known the experience and outcome would be this poor, we never would have started.

Had an amazing experience at CNY Syracuse! The team made sure we felt comfortable and well informed the entire time. We got pregnant our first round of IVF, and were able to freeze additional embryos for future cycles. Our son is now 9 months old and so healthy. Couldn’t be more thankful for CNY Syracuse and we will be returning for our next baby!

It has been a long journey. We started in Buffalo, but I transferred to Syracuse for my second egg retrieval because Buffalo would not allow preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) unless the testing was done there. All my monitoring was completed in Rochester, so I switched to Syracuse. Although most of my experience was in Rochester, I loved everyone I met in Syracuse. They were all very kind and considerate. After seven transfers, two retrievals, and everything else, my baby boy is now ten months old and sleeping on my chest. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Their billing practices are disgusting. I had signed all the embryo disposition forms, yet my credit card was charged again 8 months later. This is outrageous. Never give these people your credit card information. Tariana and Special at Embryo Options refused to issue a refund, even though I spoke with a manager in August who told me there would be no further charges and that an error had occurred when the forms were signed.

Words cannot express how exceptional this fertility clinic is. I previously received care elsewhere, and another patient recommended CNY, saying it was an excellent fertility clinic overall. I completely agree. I received care specifically at the Syracuse location and would give it unlimited stars if I could. The medical team made me feel valued and cared for, and each person clearly understood their role in supporting patient comfort and fertility success. At most places, even when healthcare professionals do their jobs well, it is easy to feel like a number. I never felt that way here. The medical team genuinely cares about you, your life, and your treatment journey, not just your medical condition. My nurse, Sam, communicated with me and stayed actively involved throughout treatment. My doctors, Dr. Cabrera and Dr. Mora, made me feel calm and reassured as soon as they entered the room. After my egg retrieval, my embryologist, Cheed, kindly sat beside me and shared unexpected good news. The care and thoughtfulness I received from this clinic were unmatched and unlike anything I had experienced elsewhere. I believe the clinic owner is Dr. Robert Kiltz. I do not know whether he personally selects the staff, but whether he does so himself or delegates it, it is clear that the team is chosen with great care. I can say confidently that I will choose only this clinic for any future fertility treatment.

Their hours are convenient and prices are reasonable. If you are a "typical" patient whose cause of infertility is known, this clinic may suit you. If you have unexplained infertility, they will arrange diagnostic testing. However, you may not receive enough information, such as the side effects of a procedure, which they may explain afterward but not beforehand, or how long diagnostic results will take, which they may not mention unless you ask. We consulted several doctors; some favored conservative treatment, while others preferred an aggressive approach. Use your own judgment!

I spent all my savings trying to have a child. Although the embryo had trisomy 16 and could not survive, they insisted on transferring it, putting us through this pain for another payment. They also charged for genetic testing, then after payment demanded another embryo transport fee before releasing the results. It was deceitful. There was no follow-up call or word of comfort. I am left without money or a child and feel deeply disappointed and saddened by CNY.

We have not even completed the process, and communication is already terrible. We paid the treatment cost in full, but the pharmaceutical company and CNY's nurses, if you can reach anyone, give completely different information. When you call the clinic, a nurse, or anyone else, you wait more than an hour, only to be told you will receive an email. Their only excuse is that their prices are below the national average, but that is unacceptable because the services are still expensive. We have not even reached the retrieval stage, yet it already feels as though CNY only wants to rush us through the process without regard for time-sensitive concerns. No one can explain anything clearly. Did I pay only to be brushed off by a clinic that does not care whether the timing is right, only about collecting payment, and is indifferent to the outcome? They claim to be outcome-focused, but at this early stage they seem driven by profit, pushing as many people as possible through the system without caring whether the biological process and medications are working as intended. I wish we had gone elsewhere from the start.

In short: CNY Fertility gave us an overall good experience for our first egg retrieval/embryo transfer. There were some minor issues, and I am not entirely satisfied with how mainstream IVF practices handle embryos, which is not unique to CNY, but CNY treated us well.
In detail:
Pros:
1. Cost. It was much less expensive than other providers, which made it possible for us to try IVF.
2. They provide extensive information about optimizing men's and women's health before conception, including some interesting dietary guidance. With a little effort, you can find many approaches to try.
3. They offer many potential add-on treatments. They also offer the FemaSeed ITI device, which I think sounds like a good intermediate option between IUI and IVF.
4. We had no major problems with the staff. Hannah, the nurse on retrieval day, was very kind. Ethan from the embryology team took time to speak with my husband and me at our request before I was taken for retrieval. He made recommendations, all standard mainstream IVF advice to culture as many embryos as possible to improve success rates, but he was also willing to work with us and respect our wish to avoid creating "surplus" embryos that would require freezing. The nurse who performed the embryo transfer was also very kind and encouraging.
5) We used intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) on two retrieved eggs. The first check showed one at 2PN and one at 0PN. The embryology team continued culturing the 0PN in case fertilization had been missed. Someone on the team even suggested that the 0PN could be transferred if it did not change. It ultimately began dividing, so this was not an issue, but having the option was reassuring.
Cons:
1) The portal. It is terrible. I suspect CNY uses such an outdated version of eIVF to reduce costs, but this also affects quality.
- You can use the portal to communicate with staff. However, the list of possible recipients is long and confusing. It takes time and communication with CNY to figure it out.
- They disabled patients' ability to reply directly to staff. This meant I could not keep a complete record of a conversation with a specific person, creating unnecessary complexity.
2) Too many people are involved. A single case passes through many steps and many different staff members.
- Before retrieval, someone asked through the portal whether I wanted two different add-on medications. I could not reply directly to the message, as noted above, but I sent a new message saying I wanted both. The person who originally asked replied, but somehow the message was lost. On retrieval day, the nurse reviewed our cycle plan and said Zymot and calcium ionophore were not needed. By then it was too late to arrange them for that cycle.
—When I called after my period began, the clinician did not notice that I had already scheduled a stimulation start date and thought I needed to take birth control first. I had to point out that I was already scheduled before she realized the mistake. Again, many people are involved at CNY, and you must stay closely involved in your own care.
Overall, it was a good experience, though there were some shortcomings.

Throughout the entire journey of trying to conceive, CNY has always provided us with tremendous support. Communication was consistently smooth, and the nurses and doctors demonstrated meticulous care, support, and professionalism from start to finish. In summary, our experience was excellent.
Without CNY's reasonable fees, we simply would not have been able to undergo IVF treatment, and we are deeply grateful for that. More importantly, they accompanied us through every cycle—not only celebrating the joy of success with us but also comforting us through failures with empathy and understanding.
Thank you to the CNY team for your ongoing support, dedication, and care. We sincerely appreciate everything you have done for our family. 🙏🏼❤️

I just left the Hollywood clinic and was very fortunate to receive help from Kim Garofalo, who was there providing guidance and training. Not only does she have 20 years of experience, but she was also confident in performing the egg retrieval procedure on me as an older patient. My blood is difficult to draw, and previous attempts at other clinics required significant effort, but she found the right vein in just 5 seconds! I also have uterine fibroids, and she shared a positive example regarding that as well. She is truly amazing, and your Syracuse clinic is very lucky to have her.

Here, you are treated like a number rather than a person. I had a procedure last week, and they said they would have a doctor contact me for follow-up, but I never heard from anyone, and they ignored the countless messages I sent. They basically took our money and cast us aside. Now I want my medical records so I can see a better doctor, but I cannot get them. CNY is an absolute nightmare. I deeply regret coming here.
