I am very frustrated to have to leave this review. I am a surrogate for the second time, and this is my second time using Thrive IVF for outside monitoring. My previous experience was wonderful, but this time has been completely different. A nurse asked whether I could move my appointment 30 minutes earlier. I explained that all my appointments were scheduled around taking my child to school and that I could not change the time. She then said that because an egg retrieval was scheduled, I could complete the lab work, but if I could not arrive earlier I would have to wait 30 minutes for the ultrasound. Although I understand the importance of egg retrievals, my appointments usually take no more than 10 minutes and should be able to proceed as scheduled. My two-year-old would be with me and certainly could not sit that long. I ultimately rushed to find a babysitter within 24 hours, while the nurse showed no understanding of my circumstances. When I asked whether the retrieval could be delayed slightly, she said no. What concerned me most was her response—she repeatedly said she could cancel my appointment or that I could find another clinic. With less than 24 hours before my appointment and only one week until my transfer, these comments felt especially insensitive to me and my intended parents. When I calmly expressed my concern, she said she did not want to argue, although I was not arguing and was simply asking to keep my scheduled appointment time. The next day's appointment went smoothly, and as usual I finished within 10 minutes. Honestly, I do not even know whether the retrieval happened because I did not wait. Later I noticed I had not received my lab and ultrasound results as usual. When I asked her to send them, she told me this was a free service and that I needed to contact my primary clinic to receive them. At that point, I felt singled out and uncomfortable, as though she held a personal grudge. She sent results from several of my appointments to my former clinic. The correct clinic's fax number, name, and address were clearly listed at the top of every order. I contacted her to confirm whether she knew, and she said she had resent all my results to the correct clinic. However, my current clinic still contacted me to say some very important blood test results were missing. I felt very uncomfortable contacting her again, especially because she refused to continue sending my results directly to me. I was only days from embryo transfer, and they needed these results in advance. She caused me a great deal of stress. Update: While I was writing this review, she unexpectedly sent me a new insurance document that she claimed I had to sign before scheduling my next appointment—quite a coincidence. She also began sending my results directly to my coordinator rather than to me, further confirming her unprofessional attitude since I could not move my appointment 30 minutes earlier. After seeing how I was treated, my coordinator recognized how unhealthy the situation was, especially because my upcoming appointments would take place during pregnancy. The organization itself is good, and I highly recommend it. However, the nurse's behavior was unprofessional and upsetting. Fertility treatment is already a vulnerable and emotional journey, and patients deserve compassion and professional service at every step. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed because no patient should feel dismissed or disrespected.

Dr. Patel and his team are courteous and caring. They are very welcoming to the LGBTQ+ community, which we appreciate. He made sure we understood the progress at every step, and we could text the nurses whenever we had questions, which was very helpful. We are now looking forward to our baby's arrival, and I am very grateful to Dr. Patel and his team!

*** Update *** Adaline finally met the team that made her possible! Do not mind her yelling at me ;)!! Thank you so much to all three of you!!! We will definitely return for our baby boy! This year, I began a journey filled with heartbreak and hope—the hope that one day we would welcome another baby. Everything changed after meeting the incredible Dr. Patel. We knew we had found the right path. Although another clinic we previously visited did not feel right, our experience with Dr. Patel and the Thrive team was extraordinary. Every step was smooth, precise, and filled with care. Today, I am thrilled to share the exciting news that we are expecting our baby girl! This once-distant dream is now a beautiful reality, all thanks to the amazing Thrive team. Their expertise, compassion, and support truly made the impossible possible. To everyone on this journey, do not give up hope. Keep going and trust the process—you are stronger than you realize, and miracles truly happen!

We had an excellent experience at Thrive IVF. The doctor was honest and personally performed all necessary examinations. The nurses and embryologists were also kind and helpful, explained every detail, and were always available when needed, making us feel very well cared for. Compared with our first fertility treatment experience at another clinic, this was completely different and far better. We fully trust Thrive IVF and will continue working with them to build our family. If you are considering fertility treatment, we highly recommend them.

The staff were extremely rude, and they left the restroom very dirty.

I would never recommend this clinic. The nurse who attended us was extremely unprofessional—every time I asked a question, she huffed and puffed, making me feel like I was a burden. I left the room in tears. When I tried to speak with the doctor, he dismissed my concerns and gaslit me, saying they ‘had a bad day’ and that everyone copes with stress differently. He even compared their clinic to others inappropriately and implied I should choose between a higher IVF success rate or decent bedside manner. It was clear that all they cared about was money. Save your time and money—choose a fertility clinic that truly cares and can provide both compassion and quality care. If you don’t know how to treat patients with respect, you shouldn’t work in healthcare. Horrible, horrible experience. If I could give them a 0 I would!

ThriveIVF is the reason our little miracle came into this world. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team! Throughout IVF, they patiently answered all my questions. After our first transfer failed, Dr. Patel called me on a Sunday and reassured me that everything was okay and failed transfers do happen. Our second transfer succeeded, and our healthy baby boy was born in June. We cannot thank you enough and will definitely return for baby number two when we are ready!

Would not recommend. They will NOT work around your schedule, I live two hours away and have told them this multiple times and that I can’t drop my kids off earlier then 7:40am at school and they will NOT give me a time later then 8 or o'clock, very disappointed with my whole experience with this place, and the people seem very rude.

We could not have found a warmer or more caring IVF clinic. From day one, every staff member treated us with exceptional care, respect, and sincerity. They explained everything clearly and patiently answered every question, making this emotional journey much easier. We always felt understood, supported, and genuinely cared for. We are deeply grateful to this team for making us feel at home during such an important time. 💗

This January, we will celebrate our daughter's first birthday and begin another fertility journey. I am deeply grateful to Thrive Fertility. IVF is incredibly difficult, both emotionally and physically, but the Thrive Fertility team made the entire process much easier. We were incredibly fortunate to find a doctor who was honest, knowledgeable, and caring—the perfect combination. His direct approach reassured us during a time of great uncertainty. Everyone at Thrive Fertility is compassionate, understanding, and welcoming; you never feel like just another patient file. My baby just turned one! I often think of Dr. Patel and the entire staff and am truly grateful. They were always honest and patiently answered every question. We have moved and must start the process again; it is a shame we cannot take them with us! My wife and I love our little family.

We moved to this area after receiving care at another clinic. Thrive is so much better. Dr. Patel and his small team are efficient, passionate, detail-oriented, and provide exceptional care. This was our first experience, and they answered all our questions from start to finish and gave us the confidence we needed to begin IVF treatment.
