My husband and I met our New York-area egg donor through Nodal, which partners locally with Sama. We continued working with Sama Fertility for our surrogate's medical clearance and ultimately the embryo transfer, with excellent results. Dr. Olcha was wonderful, and our first transfer was successful!
Initially, communication and response times from Sama's clinical and administrative teams were somewhat inconsistent, especially during medical screening, although I was told this is standard at most clinics. We discussed our concerns/challenges with their team. I was pleased to see them take our suggestions and feedback seriously as a way to improve their clinic processes, so credit to them!
Our surrogate also liked the at-home monitoring that Sama provided with its monitoring partner. It made her appointments extremely convenient and easy.

Our journey with SAMA was nothing short of miraculous. After extensive research, we chose SAMA for its transparent pricing, convenient local monitoring, and Dr. Olcha's impressive success rates. From the moment we decided to pursue IVF, the entire team gave us incredible support and care. Their expertise and dedication made all the difference, and we always felt we were in the best hands.
We had to travel from Phoenix to New York for egg retrieval and embryo transfer. Even with travel expenses, we remained within budget. I was treated by several reproductive endocrinologists (REIs) in the New York area and wish I had found Dr. Olcha sooner. If you want an REI who truly cares and provides personalized treatment, I highly recommend Sama Fertility. Dr. Olcha is the most compassionate and gentle REI I have met. He is always reachable by email and gives honest advice. He and his team made the embryo transfer process exceptionally smooth.
The clinic is transparent, provides costs upfront, and has no hidden fees. For convenience, they also arrange monitoring near your home or office. Despite remote monitoring, the team communicated well with me, and all the information I needed was easily accessible through their app or by email. The nurses are responsive and knowledgeable, replying within minutes or hours. When we encountered challenges during the transfer process, Dr. Olcha was exceptional. His kindness and compassion during that time were unforgettable.

My fertility journey began by reviewing different centers for egg freezing. I chose Sama for its transparent, convenient service with no hidden fees or charges. The at-home service was especially helpful for managing the process around my busy schedule, which was particularly important to me.
What truly stood out was the care and personal attention I received. The Sama team made me feel safe and supported, and they were only a text away whenever I needed to talk. Their professionalism was evident throughout.

Dr. Olcha was wonderful, and the transfer succeeded on our first attempt!
Initially, communication and response times with Sama's clinical and administrative teams were somewhat uneven, especially during the medical clearance process, although I have heard this is true of most clinics. However, we discussed our concerns and challenges with their team. I was pleased and impressed to see that they took some of our suggestions and feedback seriously and used them to improve the clinic's processes. Credit to them!!!
Our gestational carrier also greatly appreciated the in-home monitoring service provided by Sama and its monitoring partner. It made her appointments extremely convenient and quick!
