I had an appointment with Irina Lvovna Menshikova. A friend recommended this doctor. She is an excellent specialist who listened carefully to my history, identified the problem immediately, and is now addressing it. She answered every question and explained complex concepts in simple language. The clinic itself has friendly staff, is always clean, and everything is tidy. I recommend it.

I had an appointment with Inga Vadimovna Gorelova. She explained everything very clearly and carefully reviewed my entire history. I wish there were more caring people like her. This is a good clinic, and I recommend it.

I consulted Dr. E.A. Russkikh. It was terrible! She listened very carelessly, forgetting what I had said a minute earlier, and did not focus on outcomes. Although I might have conceived naturally with ovulation induction, she strongly pushed IVF. She missed two of my appointments and then rushed through them! She explained and clarified nothing unless I asked. I reluctantly agreed to ovulation induction with letrozole, but the course was not explained beforehand, so I ended up taking it longer. She insisted that I go to Hemotest for genetic mutation testing because Hemotest gives prescribing doctors certain benefits. She only said, “We cannot guarantee anything,” then told stories about patients who had tried many times. She cited vague, undocumented statistics, avoided discussing my specific condition, and spoke only in generalities. This is fantasy medicine! What exactly are you charging for?

Elena Alexandrovna Russkikh is an outstanding, attentive, knowledgeable, and tactful specialist, as well as a wonderful person. Even after I changed clinics, Elena Alexandrovna knew my full medical history and made every visit very comfortable.

We recommend this clinic. Sergey Vladimirovich Feshenko is an excellent andrologist-urologist and an outstanding surgeon. We previously attended another clinic and transferred here specifically for him. Everyone at the clinic was very kind, including the receptionists, nurses, and anesthesiologist. Thank you for your attentive care and professionalism. Everything went smoothly.

I do not recommend them. As long as you are paying, you are wanted and receive attention; the moment a problem or question arises, you are ignored.

I love this clinic and everyone on the staff. We received IVF treatment from Dr. Inga Vadimovna Gorelova. She is highly skilled and gentle! Our first transfer succeeded, which was unbelievable. We will definitely return for a second transfer; the clinic is still storing several of our embryos. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for your warmth, kindness, and understanding.
