This is a first-rate clinic where doctors or professors from Chulalongkorn Hospital see patients every day. The clinic is beautiful, clean, spacious, and has convenient parking. It is not crowded on weekdays, and all the staff are kind and attentive. It is wonderful to find such a good clinic in the city center without the long waits of a major hospital.

This was my first prenatal visit. - I was very dissatisfied with the service. The staff were careless, mixed up my documents, and did not return everything. They took my originals but returned only copies, which had never happened to me before. They even punched holes in the originals. - They did not answer my questions on LINE, and when they did, the replies were very brief. - The doctor was rushed and spent very little time with me. I barely had time to ask questions. The ultrasound ended quickly, and I did not even see the baby move. Nothing was explained, and when I tried to ask questions, I was not given the opportunity. I was very disappointed.

The doctor gave me excellent advice and recommended blood tests in preparation for having a child. However, he determined that neither of us had risk factors requiring those tests. He also gave me other helpful advice. In the end, it was completely free. Haha. P.S. The doctor's name is Songkiat.

Clean, good service, and fast.

My appointment was at 10:00, and I arrived on time. There was only one child ahead of us in the clinic, but we waited 40 minutes just to be weighed. When I asked about the queue, the staff snapped at me. In the end, others were allowed ahead of us for both weighing and seeing the doctor. The patient taken ahead of us spoke with the doctor for 15-20 minutes. The assistant knew they had called the wrong patient but did nothing, so we just had to wait. It is strange that they work like this every day yet still manage the queue so carelessly. It may be too late to fix. They showed up physically but left their common sense behind. Anyone coming here should be prepared. They do whatever they want rather than following appointment times. If this is how it works, they should issue queue tickets like a bus station so whoever arrives first takes the first ticket, instead of making people waste money calling to schedule a time. While I was seeing the doctor, the assistant left the consultation room door open. The previous patient even returned to bring back a doll from the doctor’s room and stood at the doorway telling their child to return it. Even if it was only brief, there was no privacy or courtesy. They should have given the doll to a nurse to return. The prices are as high as those at leading hospitals. A child’s influenza visit costs 1,500. Go elsewhere. Your time may have no value, but ours does. I would give 0 stars if I could. (The only good thing was P’Iw.)

Quick service with a short wait. Vaccine prices are also reasonable compared with other locations in the area.
