The facility was very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. The woman who drew my blood was very skilled—I did not feel a thing. The results came back quickly.

Thank you so much for providing this service! The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

Pain during the saline bubble test. I waited a long time before writing this review. The pain from the saline bubble test was 9/10. One of the two nurses performing the test asked whether I had taken ibuprofen before the appointment as instructed. I had. During the test, I screamed and cried into my hand the entire time. The nurses were indifferent and did not intervene. When it was over, they said, 'Take as much time as you need to get dressed.' I was in so much pain that I nearly passed out. I could not get off the examination table because I felt that I might faint or vomit at any moment. I remained in the room for another 15-20 minutes, trying to cope with the shaking and nausea. No one came in to check on me. I could not continue with fertility testing or make a treatment plan. I simply cannot bring myself to enter another fertility clinic. Their indifference to my pain was... shocking and, frankly, disturbing. I have previously had an IUD inserted and removed and never experienced pain like this. I hesitated to share this, but I wanted others to be aware that they could experience discomfort before undergoing this test. I know not everyone experiences pain this severe. Also, while this was not my main concern, I included photos because the room was dirty. But don't worry—the lobby is stylish and perfect for Instagram photos. I will never return here.

We had an excellent experience at Kindbody. Their team showed tremendous patience, support, and care throughout our IVF process. I now have a two-year-old son and am currently pregnant again. We could not have asked for more.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Kindbody. The entire team is a true “Kindbody girl squad,” and every one of them is a scientist who is exceptionally good at her job! It felt like a dream team. Everyone I met was intelligent, talented, and compassionate. They created a warm, supportive environment during a process that can feel vulnerable and stressful, which was essential. From the beginning, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. I did not feel like I was undergoing a cold medical procedure; I felt welcomed like family. That comfort greatly eased my anxiety and allowed me to complete the process with calm and confidence. My coordinator, Zoe, is such a caring person. I spoke with her often, and she was always friendly and reassuring. She even recommended lunch places and much more. She never made me feel rushed and always ensured that I felt safe and heard. I want to go back just to say hello to everyone. Nurse Kaylin is amazing! She patiently answered all my questions, even before the procedure, and always responded clearly and confidently. Her extensive knowledge and practical approach made me feel reassured and at ease. Dr. Pedroso was my lifesaver. She performed my egg retrieval and was not only highly skilled but also warm and kind. I felt completely at home in her care. Yes, I hugged her after the procedure! Shiloh made my ultrasound appointments feel like conversations with a friend, while Shauntel brought a sweet, relaxed energy—and she has beautiful curly hair! Amanda at the front desk is a treasure. She was always happy to help schedule appointments and patient whenever I called, even when I called several times in one day, haha. My physician assistant, Jessica, was very supportive during laboratory testing and follow-up. She was reassuring, thorough, and very kind, especially when explaining symptoms and postoperative care. The anesthesiologist, Sarah, did everything possible to ease any fear I had about anesthesia. Her experience, calm manner, and confidence were very reassuring. Special thanks as well to Lauren, Erin, and Taylor in embryology. You are the excellent team working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. I also had wonderful interactions with several other staff members. I sincerely thank everyone at Kindbody for turning what could have been a stressful experience into one that was empowering, supportive, and joyful. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.

A great place to learn about the different options, with a calm and friendly team!

This is the message I left for my “nurse” and the front desk manager on April 5, 2026, and I still have not received a response. I hope this provides reliable information for anyone considering Kindbody, especially Black, Indigenous, or other people of color in their late 30s or early 40s, so they can make an informed decision. I want to speak honestly about something that has continued to trouble me. I have been receiving treatment at your clinic since 2022. By now, I expected to feel supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Instead, I often feel as though I am simply moving mechanically through treatment rather than being seen through a deeply personal, life-changing experience. For me, this process is not merely clinical. It involves emotional challenges, vulnerable moments, and profound meaning. Yet my experience has often felt cold and transactional. At times, I have felt overlooked, making an already difficult journey even more isolating. It is hard not to feel that my presence matters more because of my financial contribution than because I am a patient who needs care and attention during such sensitive treatment. I do not raise these concerns lightly. I am speaking up because I still want to feel confident in the place providing my care, and right now that confidence has been shaken. I need a more personalized, attentive, and compassionate experience—one where I feel seen, valued, and supported. I want to be treated as an individual, not simply as another process within a system. I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss how this can be better reflected in my care and tailored to my individual needs. Please let me know a convenient time within the next week to discuss specific adjustments and next steps. Sincerely, Alice

I’m torn writing this review, as Kindbody gave me two beautiful boys via IVF. Their clinical team was wonderful and supportive, although their physician turnover was disheartening. I had 4 different physicians at this location during my 3 year journey, which made it difficult to build any sort of rapport. Billing and administrative services were such a headache. I was billed for services that weren’t clearly communicated to me, was almost forced into paying for a whole FET out of pocket because of their delay submitting prior authorization, and most recently, just received an invoice 9 months after my last visit with their team. This added unnecessary stress in an already stressful situation. There’s definitely positive and negatives of receiving care here.

The Kindbody team was incredibly supportive throughout my fertility journey. Their staff are kind, highly skilled, and genuine. The clinic is also exceptionally charming.

I had an excellent experience at Kindbody. The nurses were kind, welcoming, and helpful. They were always available and patiently answered all my questions. I understood every cost, including any potential additional expenses. Visiting a fertility clinic for any reason can be physically and emotionally exhausting, but Kindbody made me feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout the process.

I wish I could rate the clinical, administrative, and billing teams separately. Clinical—five stars. Everyone was warm and friendly and engaged positively at every visit. Communication was always easy and smooth. Appointments were on time, and the overall care was excellent and highly professional. Administrative/billing—zero stars. There is poor communication between the clinical and billing teams. We frequently received incorrect bills. I often had to question charges posted to my portal, then wait for the administrative team to respond because they had to contact billing for answers. Overall, the process was chaotic and error-prone.

My egg-freezing experience at Kindbody was excellent. I am very grateful to every team member. They are knowledgeable and very kind. I would recommend Kindbody to everyone.
15/01/2026
The staff are friendly and supportive, my visits are always without issue. The patient portal is easy to navigate and make appointments, 10/10 recommend!

We had an excellent experience working with the entire team. They explained the process and next steps in detail, making us feel completely at ease.

Disorganized, poor communication, and arrogant staff. I wish I could give a better review, but my experience with Kind Body was deeply frustrating and disappointing. Their fertility-treatment process felt like a constant battle, and the lack of communication and support made an already stressful situation worse. Communication: Communication about appointments, next steps, and expected costs was terrible. You are left to figure things out yourself with almost no guidance. Answers are vague or incomplete, forcing you to follow up repeatedly and advocate for basic information. Cost transparency: The lack of cost transparency is unacceptable. I expected an appointment to cost $600, only to be told at check-in that it actually cost $2,000. I had already paid $850 for medication, $750 for care coordination, and $750 for other services. There was no itemized estimate in advance, no clear billing, and no one willing to explain the charges. I felt blindsided and misled by fees at every turn. Staff attitude: Worse, the receptionist I encountered was extremely rude and arrogant. When I expressed confusion and frustration about the poor communication and sudden change in cost, she was dismissive rather than empathetic and professional. This is a fertility clinic, where patients are facing one of life's most difficult physical and emotional challenges. The least staff can do is treat them with kindness and respect. Overall: Fertility treatment is difficult enough without having to fight your own clinic for basic information and support. I expected more from a company with “Kind” in its name, but my experience was the opposite. If you are considering Kind Body, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, or at least fully understanding what you are signing up for before enrolling.

We had a wonderful experience at Kindbody Denver! I am so glad we found this excellent team to help us through our journey.

Kindbody provided an excellent egg retrieval, and I felt exceptionally well cared for! They kept me updated promptly and were very attentive during recovery.

Kind Body's management is unbelievably poor. We move frequently, and Kind Body is the fourth clinic we have used. The industry has many problems, but Kind Body charges the most while providing the worst service. Run—do not hesitate! - Most positive reviews here are for a doctor who has left. During our year with Kind Body, doctors left twice. - Listen to Bloomberg's podcast ‘IVF Disrupted.’ It is completely accurate. This company is a mess. - A nurse once held paperwork clearly showing we had an IUI sample yet told us, ‘You do not have an IUI sample.’ This was after we spent $2,000 on treatment and an extra vial was wasted. - They charge for everything. Renting a dewar and paying courier fees at our previous clinic cost less than Kind Body's paperwork fee for receiving our sample. - Compared with our first clinic, where we conceived on the first attempt, this clinic seemed to overprescribe medication while performing less than half the tests Kind Body required. Kind Body, offering free products to reviewers is also inappropriate. Please stop.

Kaelin is a wonderful nurse who listened carefully and answered all my questions. I highly recommend her and look forward to continuing this journey with her help!

My experience at Kindbody Denver was so terrible that I am writing this in hopes of keeping even one person away, despite my eggs already being frozen there. I cannot imagine a worse experience. These points stood out: - No expectations were set. From the beginning, they kept us uninformed about retrieval and my egg count. - Anyone on the care team seemed genuinely annoyed whenever I asked a question. They made us ask questions openly in the waiting room in front of other patients so they could move us out quickly. They had no intention of giving you more time, and others in the lobby heard your questions despite the deeply private subject. - During a less-than-‘30-minute’ consultation—21 minutes—Dr. Bendikson told me one hypothetical diagnosis but documented something completely different without telling me. My partner was present and confirmed this. - The doctor was unavailable, with no way to contact her directly. - They schedule treatment around what suits them, not your body. Everyone follows one timeline each month; if yours differs, too bad. You must use birth control to fit their schedule. - This is absolutely a ‘numbers’ clinic. My preoperative nurse said they perform more than 40 procedures a week, which makes no sense for their space and staffing. The prep room is tiny, they lack enough staff, and there is no APP managing care. Ninety-nine percent of interactions are with nurses, technicians, or assistants. - They said there would be no postoperative pain, only ‘mild discomfort,’ but I was in agony, unable to walk for days or return to work until the following week. - The surgeon was misogynistic and blamed my disappointment and anger on ‘hormones’ instead of taking responsibility for failing to meet expectations, including those Dr. Bendikson herself communicated, or validating my experience. - No one prepared me psychologically for the worst depression of my life after freezing my eggs or warned that post-freezing hormones could cause cysts. Both happened. I needed emergency cyst removal for a hemorrhagic cyst after follicle retrieval, which my attending gynecologist said was likely caused by the retrieval. - You cannot call anyone directly. You must message through the portal, and they allow themselves 48 hours to reply. The phone goes to a call center whose staff make you wait and verify your identity merely to leave a message. For such a time-sensitive process, this is infuriating and poor patient care. - In a 10-minute postoperative visit, I told assistant Jessica, who was 15 minutes late, that I had never felt so depressed or unable to enjoy life, which was completely unlike me. She only asked whether I had a therapist, then changed the subject. There was no follow-up or recommendation to see a psychiatrist or primary care doctor. As a psychologist, this angered me most. - I asked twice to speak with the clinic manager, once through a nurse immediately after surgery and again through Jessica at my final visit. The manager never contacted me. Their service matched the rest of their care: I did not think it could get worse.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Kindbody Denver. The clinicians and doctors were kind and attentive, and the clinic itself is beautiful—tastefully decorated with a pleasant atmosphere that makes you as comfortable as possible, unlike many fertility clinics. At age 37, with 12 antral follicles and AMH of 1.86–2.24, I hoped for one normal embryo. The result far exceeded expectations: one retrieval yielded 26 eggs and 9 embryos, 4 of them euploid. I am now 15 weeks pregnant after our first embryo was transferred when I was 38. The nurses were excellent and quickly answered portal questions, and the reproductive endocrinologists (REs) seemed very familiar with the process. Be aware that the clinic has had some RE turnover. We began with Dr. Grob for retrieval. After she left, we saw Dr. Bendikson only online, and Dr. Margarelli performed our embryo transfer, whom I met that day. Everything still went smoothly, but this may matter if such changes cause you stress. Billing could also be confusing at times. IVF is undoubtedly difficult, but we are very grateful we worked with Kindbody. Best wishes to everyone facing infertility or preserving fertility!

I am deeply grateful to Kindbody's wonderful team for their endless support throughout our fertility journey. My husband and I began working with Kindbody about a year and a half ago, in 2024. We went through three egg retrievals, two uterine polyp removals, and two embryo transfers. I am happy to say I am now 10 weeks pregnant and everything is going well. Everyone at Kindbody was warm and friendly; it genuinely felt more like spending time with friends than visiting a clinic. From our first interaction with Dr. Grob, I knew we would receive excellent care. There were changes during my time there. After Dr. Grob left, several reproductive endocrinologists (REs) took over my care. Although I did not develop as close a relationship with them, they remained highly professional and kind. The only minor drawbacks were some billing errors and occasional difficulty reaching the front desk because calls go through a call center before transfer to the requested clinic. That was not the Denver team's fault, and I still consider this a five-star experience. To Dr. Grob, Jessie, Shiloh, Rollins, Kaelin, Zoe, Dr. Bendikson, Haley, Amanda, Alexis, Kaitlyn, and others I may have missed: thank you from the bottom of our hearts for accompanying us on this journey. We cannot wait to return with our baby next year to say hello.

Overall, our experience at Kindbody Denver was very poor. My partner and I used Kindbody's egg-freezing service. Although the staff were generally friendly and the nurses usually answered our questions well, they always seemed overbooked and sometimes appeared to rush constantly from one patient to another. We also encountered several other issues. Lack of transparency about side effects and complications: Although they discussed possible complications of egg freezing, they seemed to minimize how likely they were. They mentioned only very briefly that the procedure could cause ovarian cysts and did not tell us what symptoms to watch for. Communication about medication: Their attitude, especially about dosage, was essentially, ‘I am the doctor, you are the patient; do not worry about what we prescribe, just trust us.’ We knew nothing about their medication and dosing decisions, and they did not explain their reasoning, particularly given the high doses used for egg retrieval. Expected postoperative pain: They greatly underestimated how much pain my partner might experience. Throughout the process, they minimized the intensity of egg retrieval and treatment. They treated medication side effects as minor inconveniences when they can significantly affect daily life. The retrieval doctor's bedside manner: The doctor who performed the retrieval had very poor bedside manner and dismissed my partner's postoperative emotions as hormonal changes caused by the medication. Overall, our experience at Kindbody was terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. They made us feel like a number on a spreadsheet while guiding us through egg retrieval.

I was impressed by the clinic's cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Jessica also took time to explain everything we needed to know about the IVF process.

‼️⚠️This place is a scam!!‼️⚠️ DO NOT GO TO KINDBODY!!!! I had one appointment with them two years ago, and it was a virtual appointment!!! They obtained prior authorization for the appointment, but billed it under a different code afterward. Now they are claiming I was self-pay. Charging me an astronomical amount out of pocket for a 30-minute Zoom call explaining their services is outrageous!! I have been trying to resolve this for two years, but cannot seem to find anyone who can help!! This feels like a bait-and-switch, and their customer service is the worst!!! DO NOT GO TO KINDBODY!!!! They exploit people, and there is no one you can speak with to resolve it!!! There are so many other fertility clinics to choose from!! Any of them would be better than this place!!!

My husband and I are very pleased with Kind Body! After trying several providers, we finally found Kind Body and conceived our lovely baby during our first IVF cycle! He is now six months old, healthy and happy! We cannot wait to return to Kind Body for our next embryo transfer!

We liked the staff but did not care for some of the organizational aspects. Overall, it was a good experience but not exceptional. I am sure the company will continue improving as it learns from experience! Thank you for your efforts!

I cannot describe our absolute gratitude and love for Kindbody. Compared with other well-known fertility clinics, the difference is night and day. You are treated like a person rather than a number and receive genuine kindness! The entire medical team, including the front desk, is not only knowledgeable and professional but also extremely compassionate and lovely. Dr. Grob no longer works at Kindbody, but she recommended a modified natural approach for our FET, which was easier on my body and less expensive because it used fewer medications. After multiple early failures with fully medicated cycles at our previous clinic, we were delighted to try something new. We are happy to say that we have just ‘graduated’ and would absolutely recommend Kindbody to anyone on a fertility journey. We will be forever grateful!!!

Stay away from Kindbody. After several warning signs, including a meeting with their financial provider who told us they no longer worked with Kindbody—even though they were the only provider listed on the website and Kindbody had referred us—we switched to another IVF provider. Now, a year and a half later, Kindbody is billing us random charges, explaining that we updated our insurance two months after service. I had received no previous communication about these charges. We paid all IVF costs out of pocket, so I do not object to paying legitimate service fees, but this company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
10/06/2025
Kindbody advertises its IVF and FET services at $14,500, excluding medication, but my insurance company, BCBS/Winfertility, was charged as much as $49,000 for just one IVF and FET cycle. I was also charged $4,500 out of pocket for items such as PGA testing, which was not included in the initial fee. When I questioned the enormous charge, they simply said, ‘We will forward your question to finance,’ and left me waiting. After BCBS investigated, they told me Kindbody had billed me for services they should not have because prior authorization was not obtained. This was their error, yet they still tried to pass the bill to me. I have receipts proving everything, but no one seems to care enough to help resolve it. Worse, my IVF and FET cycle was unsuccessful. From 24 eggs, I obtained only one genetically normal embryo. After switching to CNY Fertility, my experience was completely different: 36 eggs produced 18 blastocysts, and my daughter is now due in month 6, on June 16! Kindbody’s operating practices are frankly unethical and exploit people who simply want to build a family. I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to think twice. This billing nightmare has followed me for years. Each time I contact them, they say they will investigate, then months pass without progress. My follow-ups are always ignored. Save yourself the trouble and choose another clinic.

I had the best experience at Kindbody. My team was very supportive, and because egg freezing requires frequent clinic visits, it was wonderful to see friendly faces every day. I felt very supported and informed throughout the process and could not have asked for a better experience with them!

In my opinion, undergoing any type of fertility treatment is one of the most difficult and heartbreaking experiences a person can face. It was therefore very important for my husband and me to find a caring and compassionate medical team to guide us through our fertility journey. That is exactly what we received from the Kindbody team. We initially worked with a male doctor at Kindbody who, without going into detail, was the worst doctor I have ever worked with. He told my husband and me that we had a 1-3% chance of becoming pregnant. He eventually left the clinic, and we began working with Dr. Grob. She gave us so much hope and was extremely kind, caring, and patient. I cannot say enough good things about her. Besides Dr. Grob, the rest of the Kindbody team was outstanding. I was told the team had changed somewhat since we first began working with Kindbody in summer 2023, but I still want to recognize my nurse Isabella, sonographer Adyn, and medical assistant Abrielle. I spent so much time at Kindbody that these three felt like friends, and I truly cried when we "graduated" from the clinic. I could not have asked for better support during this very difficult experience. I now have a 9-month-old baby boy thanks to Dr. Grob and the rest of the Kindbody team, and we just met with Dr. Grob to discuss the process for a second embryo transfer. I am so glad I trusted Kindbody to help me build my family!

Everything about this experience was wonderful! The office has a great atmosphere and does not feel like a clinic, which is excellent. The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I just completed an egg-freezing cycle at Kindbody and had a wonderful experience. The entire team was first-rate, kind, and helpful. The clinic itself always felt very clean and inviting. Special thanks to Nurse Liz for her patience with all my wild questions and her thorough guidance, Shiloh for her sunny demeanor and entertaining conversation during my ultrasounds, and Blanca for all the laughter during my blood draws. You made getting poked more fun! Last but not least, Dr. Grob felt like my biggest cheerleader. Your compassion will not be forgotten!
