Dr. Elkins is a wonderful doctor. We are undergoing IVF treatment out of state, and she handles our monitoring appointments in Grapevine. She is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares about her patients.

We are incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Elkins. Thanks to her, I have seven-year-old twins and am now 24 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. She is kind, approachable, and highly skilled. She takes time to truly understand you, making what could be an overwhelming fertility journey feel comfortable and personal. I am extremely grateful for her care and highly recommend her.

This clinic is extremely unprofessional, with terrible communication and follow-up. Do not waste your time, money, or trust on Original Fertility and its staff.

After my devastating pregnancy loss, Dr. Elkins gave me answers. As we faced difficulties together, she offered me several options, and when we encountered obstacles, she provided alternatives. In less than a year, she helped me have my son. My life has changed completely. She was not only my healthcare provider but also my closest friend throughout the process. Words cannot express how amazing she is.

Dr. Elkins was immensely helpful throughout our fertility journey. She explained the entire process in detail, answered all our questions honestly, and went above and beyond to support us, even on weekends. With her help, we now have a wonderful son and plan to return to her when we are ready to expand our family again.

If you are looking for a fertility physician who genuinely cares, Dr. Elkins is an excellent choice. My wife and I both found her very sincere and an exceptional listener, which is rare in a physician. We feel very fortunate to have a healthy, lovely eight-month-old daughter under her expert guidance. Special thanks also to Madison at the front desk, who made every visit go smoothly!

Dr. Elkins is truly wonderful. Infertility is devastating, and it matters to have an intelligent, kind, patient partner who does everything possible to give you a chance of success. Dr. Elkins does not treat you as a number or source of income. She genuinely cares for and respects every patient, makes time for individual conversations, and answers every question. We always felt part of the team. She listens well and is open to new approaches. Her kindness, encouragement, and compassion gave us strength and hope during the hardest time in our lives. Dr. Elkins has supported us since 2017, and I am deeply grateful that she will continue helping me complete our family-building journey after my cancer diagnosis and the loss of my partner. We have one precious child waiting for the right time to join us in the coming years. I am so grateful my OB/GYN recommended her long ago. Dr. Elkins now feels like family!

Utterly disappointed and heartbroken—I do not recommend Dr. Elkins or Origin Fertility. Our experience with Dr. Elkins was devastating. My wife and I began this journey with hope and trust, only to be completely let down at a critical moment. We had clearly agreed with Dr. Elkins to transfer two embryos. However, without any prior communication or notice, she changed the plan and transferred only one. We were given no opportunity to make an informed decision; it felt as though we were forced into a last-minute change on the day of transfer. This was not only unprofessional but unethical. Worse, when the procedure failed, Dr. Elkins completely abandoned us. There was no follow-up, explanation, or compassion—only silence. We repeatedly tried to reach her by phone and email, but she never responded. Most shocking of all, while we were once speaking with her assistant, we heard Dr. Elkins in the background telling the assistant to lie and say she was not in the office. This level of deception from someone entrusted with such an emotionally profound and life-changing procedure is shocking and unacceptable. No patient, especially a vulnerable family facing fertility challenges, deserves this treatment. Dr. Elkins failed us medically, ethically, and emotionally. If you are seeking a doctor who listens, communicates, and genuinely cares, please look elsewhere for your own peace of mind.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Origin Fertility disappointed us in every way. Their unprofessionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for our physical and emotional well-being were unacceptable. From the beginning, we clearly stated that we wanted to transfer two embryos. It was not until the actual transfer appointment that the doctor casually mentioned that new regulations no longer allowed double-embryo transfers. She had known our wishes well in advance but failed to share this critical information, leaving us blindsided and forced to make a life-changing decision on the spot. We transferred one embryo, but unfortunately it was unsuccessful. Afterward, she prescribed medication to prepare for the next cycle. I asked repeatedly about the dosage and when to stop taking it. I called several times and sent follow-up messages, but no one responded. During an already stressful and emotional time, we were left without any guidance. Ultimately, we had no choice but to change clinics. Origin Fertility caused both emotional and financial harm. They showed no accountability, urgency, or compassion. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this clinic look elsewhere. They are not equipped to support people through a process that requires clarity, care, and professionalism.

My treatment experience with Dr. Elkins was terrible. If you are Black, I absolutely do not recommend her. She is clearly racist. My husband and I told her exactly what we wanted, but she went against our wishes and did something else without consulting us. We paid entirely out of pocket, yet she prescribed medication without telling me when to stop it and then disappeared. I called her office at least 30 times without an answer or return call. We are working with an attorney to file a lawsuit because people without empathy do not belong in healthcare. Black women should stay away from her practice. She does not value you or care about your needs.

Dr. Elkins is a very kind and caring provider. I appreciate her and her staff. We are still TTC, but we will continue seeing her for treatment.

Visited in April. Six months later, I still had not received an accurate bill and credit after insurance delayed processing the bill submitted on the day of the visit. I paid in full, assuming the company would process the insurance promptly. It did not, and responses to requests for updates have been slow. This is unrealistic for most families. Because of the disorganization and lack of follow-up I observed, I would not continue care here.

They do not keep appointments on time, and you have to call for test results. Appointments are canceled on very short notice. Never again.

Dr. Elkins's practice is outstanding. She is knowledgeable and listens carefully before offering solutions. After being dismissed by doctors for two years despite stage IV endometriosis, working with her was a pleasure. Her staff are kind and do everything they can to provide the best experience. I would recommend Dr. Elkins to anyone struggling to conceive and would choose her as my specialist again and again!

Dr. Elkins is the reason I have two children. The road was not easy, but she was with me every step of the way. When something did not work, she researched and adjusted my treatment. Understand that this does not happen overnight—it is science, not magic. But with someone like Dr. E managing your treatment, you have the best chance of achieving your goal of starting a family.

I had the best experience with Dr. Elkins. I was able to conceive naturally and still saw her weekly from weeks 5 through 10. She and her staff were wonderful and always responsive. I am very grateful for the comfort she gave me after three pregnancy losses. Definitely recommended!
