Dr. Sabouni is the best! During this anxious and highly stressful time, she and her team guide you step by step, reassure you, and help you trust the process.

I am deeply disappointed with the care provided by this fertility clinic. At one of the most vulnerable times in my life, I felt completely alone and unsupported. My doctor did not communicate effectively, never called me, and provided no meaningful follow-up. It is nearly impossible to speak directly with anyone at this clinic. All communication must go through the Prelude Connect app. This lack of human interaction made an already painful experience feel even more isolating. In addition, Teresa, the coordinator responsible for FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) paperwork, was extremely unprofessional and insensitive. No one in that role should speak to patients who are experiencing a miscarriage in that manner. Fertility care requires empathy, communication, and compassion. Unfortunately, this clinic failed badly in all three areas. I would not recommend it to anyone. I raised my concerns directly with the clinic and clearly expressed my disappointment with the care I received. I was told that someone would send me information on how to speak with a supervisor or file a complaint, but I never heard back. The lack of follow-up reinforced my feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously.

Not recommended. They handled our miscarriage terribly. We waited 40 minutes in the examination room to confirm that the fetal heartbeat had stopped, while hearing staff laughing and shouting in the hallway throughout. My husband looked out the door several times. They should do better!

My wife and I saw Dr. Sabouni for our first son and during the current pregnancy. She has always been caring and compassionate, and she and her team provide exceptional care. We highly recommend her to anyone beginning a fertility journey!

Poor communication, inaccurate information submitted to insurance, a terrible app, and a financial adviser who kept pressuring me to proceed with IVF despite knowing insurance would not approve it. It took months to get a doctor’s appointment. My advice is to look elsewhere.

Dr. Ye and his team were extremely helpful! They removed the stress of finding a fertility clinic. Dr. Ye listened to me and made me feel very comfortable during the process of building my family!

I do not recommend them at all. Communication is nonexistent because they do not answer calls or messages. I had an initial egg-freezing consultation in January 2023, but because the office did not answer calls or respond promptly, my process was delayed in March. It then no longer fit my schedule, so I waited and called in November to restart. Dr. Nuru-Jeter said a nurse would provide a new timeline, but no one did. I left follow-up messages and received no response. I have since changed clinics, and the experience is 1000 times better. Go elsewhere for your fertility needs.

I would actually give them 0 stars because they were rude, inconsiderate, insensitive, and unconcerned with my immediate care. I called the office to say I was lost but was less than 2 miles away with 15 minutes before my appointment. I called 3 times and left voicemails. No one returned my call. My sister-in-law called, and they answered because her number was registered to a doctor's office in another state. They finally gave me directions, but I was now 20 minutes late. The front-desk staff said Dr. Nuru-Jeter would not see me because I was late. I explained that I had called and left messages because I was lost and had driven more than an hour for the appointment. The front-desk staff told me to park in the garage and come upstairs. I did, only to be told upon arrival that I needed to reschedule. Needless to say, I did not and will not reschedule. As a healthcare professional, it is deeply frustrating to encounter medical staff with no empathy or compassion for patients.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sabouni and her incredible team at Aspire HFI on Fannin. From the moment I entered, the front-desk staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for my entire journey. Working with the phlebotomist was seamless, and the nurses went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and support me at every step. Their genuine concern and dedication were clear. They consistently lifted my spirits and made the challenging IVF process manageable. We succeeded after one IVF cycle, a testament to the exceptional expertise and compassionate care provided by Dr. Sabouni and her team. Their unwavering support and encouragement made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful for the blessing they brought my family. I hope they know how special they are and the profound effect they have on patients' lives. Aspire HFI on Fannin is truly a beacon of hope and excellence in fertility care, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking fertility treatment.
