I have been receiving care here for 4 years. They have always been very kind, and the quality of care is excellent.

Terrible experience. A medical issue arose during treatment, but they would not help resolve it. I received an incomprehensible bill and called for months without a return call. I withheld payment until we could discuss it, and they sent it to collections. I called four times in three weeks and still received no response. Very disappointing!

These folks are so pleasant! Always helpful, smiling and making you feel welcome. Great office and I truly enjoy my visits with them!

I began seeing Dr. Mack in 1995 at age 16, after my Fort Wayne urologist referred me. Dr. Mack saved my life in many ways. My first five visits ended in emergency surgery because of numerous inherited reproductive problems. At 18, I begged for a total hysterectomy, but he refused, saying it was neither ethical nor medically appropriate at such a young age until every treatment option had been tried. I married a year later and tried everything without success. By 23, after countless surgeries, the time had come. He preserved everything possible for five years, but I ultimately had a total hysterectomy in 2003. That year I moved to Indianapolis after years of traveling for care. I continued hormone replacement therapy (HRT), essential after entering menopause at 23, and paid out of pocket for estrogen pellets despite being broke. Through emotional trauma and divorce, Dr. Mack remained beside me and watched me grow. No doctor had ever cared for me so long. After 21 years, I moved out of state and our journey ended, but he will always be an essential part of my life. We have not spoken or met since 2016, but he is a wonderful doctor, and I will always be grateful. Everything eventually worked out. My siblings had children, and I have tried to be the best aunt possible. If you need a deeply caring doctor who will go the extra mile, choose Dr. Mack and his team.
