Southwest Fertility Center made all our dreams come true! After trying for three years, we began our fertility journey in 2024-11. My husband and I initially agreed to undergo three intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles. We were financially prepared. After the first two cycles failed, Dr. Gunnala sat down with us and discussed his recommendations and the treatment plan in detail. He was wonderful and knew how deeply we wanted a child, so he did not want us to give up after three cycles. We therefore decided to try a total of five cycles. Thanks to God and science, we conceived after our fourth IUI cycle in 2025-8 and welcomed our miracle baby. We now have a healthy, lively six-week-old boy! To think that without this team's dedication and hard work, we might never have attempted that fourth cycle. We cannot thank the team at Southwest Fertility Center enough for their support, care, laughter, and tears, but most of all, for giving us our baby! Once you have worked with this team, you are family forever! We love visiting them because they deserve to watch this miraculous little boy grow just as much as we do.

I had a wonderful experience at Southwest Fertility Center and highly recommend them. They supported me through two egg retrievals and two embryo transfers—one unsuccessful and one successful—and I am now six months pregnant as a result of the second transfer. What impressed me most was the tremendous support the entire team provided at every stage. They showed great compassion and support when my first transfer failed, and were just as genuinely happy for me when I succeeded. My primary doctor was Dr. Vinay Gunnala, who was truly outstanding. He is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He always listened to all my questions and concerns, no matter how small, and explained everything clearly and understandably. His calm, reassuring presence made an otherwise highly stressful process much easier. He is exceptionally skilled and always offered thoughtful, practical advice. Nurses Shirley and Tara were also wonderful. I saw them often, and they always comforted me, answered my questions, and provided tremendous support. They made a complicated process much easier. Nurse Maria accompanied me throughout all my testing and was the person who called with both good and difficult news. She is warm and compassionate, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel at ease, even during the hardest moments. From the front desk to the medical assistants, embryologists, anesthesiologists, nurses, and doctors, the entire team cared for me like family. I felt genuinely cared for at every step. IVF is physically and emotionally exhausting, but I am deeply grateful to have had such an excellent team supporting me throughout. I cannot say enough good things about Southwest Fertility Center. If I need another embryo transfer in the future, I will definitely choose them again as we continue building our family.

I have been pregnant three times, each time with the help of SW Fertility. I could never have done it without them and will always be grateful! My two sons and daughter are all very healthy, and I cannot thank their team enough. In 2019, after six years of trying to conceive while living with PCOS, we finally welcomed our son. Unfortunately, we struggled to conceive again after his birth, so we returned to SW Fertility and had our daughter. We were unsure whether to have another child, but ultimately decided to try. Dr. Gunnala and Dr. Vinay are the best, and so is their entire team, which has remained the same for years. From Fran at the front desk to Yvonne in the back and the wonderful nurses Tara, Shelley, Lana, and Agatha, everyone treats you like family. Before coming here in 2018, I had seen five doctors and tried countless fertility treatments without success. What makes SW Fertility different is that they combine ovulation-stimulation medication with other medications to improve the chance of conception. Their goal is to help you realize your dream of building a family! I will always be grateful for everything they did to help me become pregnant.

I have only come here for outside monitoring and have had a very good experience. Every ultrasound technician I met was kind. My favorite was Tara. She was very personable and made the experience easier, especially since appointments can sometimes feel uncomfortable. I was fortunate that she handled most of mine.

I only scheduled a video appointment, and that was it. No one called back to provide fertility assistance. Unfortunately, I wasted my time here. I will keep looking elsewhere in Arizona or another state.

As a single Black woman, I chose Southwest Fertility Center (SWFC) as my preferred fertility clinic based on the reviews, especially one particular review. SWFC is clean, peaceful, and welcoming. The staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. I never had an unpleasant experience with them. IVF is emotionally, financially, mentally, and physically exhausting. It is also time-consuming and requires long waits for results. Be sure to research IVF yourself, not only for education but also for self-awareness. IVF is a science. Be patient, be kind to yourself, and give your body one more chance. If you begin falling into darkness, remind yourself that, like any other woman, you deserve the title of mother. Southwest Fertility Center is a godsend for couples whose dreams come true!! Words cannot express how impressed we were by the excellent staff we met along the way. Dr. Gunnala is wonderful, all the APPs are first-rate, and every staff member involved is among the best in the field. My wife and I needed two cycles to achieve our goal, with a due date of December 18, 2025. Although the first unsuccessful cycle was disappointing, the clinic helped us work through that disappointment while giving us the hope we needed. Our ‘graduation’ day will remain a treasured memory that we celebrate for years. In short… Their expertise, compassionate kindness, and attentive support are why we are becoming parents this year. I cannot say enough good things about Southwest Fertility Center. From our first meeting to our last, everyone was incredibly kind. Both Drs. First, I want to share that our journey with SFC ultimately resulted in a healthy pregnancy (my wife is now 20 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl)!! However, my review is more about the moments before that success. My wife and I went through IUI and later IVF, experiencing joy, sadness, confusion, and anticipation along the way. The entire team was with us through it all: comforting us when we were afraid, explaining things again and again when we were confused, and laughing with us when we needed some levity. Most importantly, they shared our hope and dream of becoming parents. Through every attempt, every new medication, every unsuccessful result, and every ultrasound, they believed we would eventually succeed. For those with a big dream of becoming parents, Southwest Fertility Center is the best choice. For those who have endured hardship and may feel there is little hope, Southwest Fertility Center is also the best choice. Wherever you are in your journey, every team member will meet you there—protecting your hope, building it up, and reminding you that hope remains. You will receive the best care! I called to ask about their services. I was disappointed that they did not offer testing or treatment for hhv-6a and did not know what it was. I am genuinely concerned that many women may undergo incomplete testing before in vitro fertilization (IVF) because providers do not understand this hhv variant or its ability to create an environment in which embryos can survive, leaving them without results. One study found the virus in 43% of infertile women and 0% of women of reproductive age. I think this is extremely serious! Treatment is only a simple one-month course of antiviral medication rather than the thousands of dollars required for Ivf. Do they truly not know, or do they prefer the expensive route regardless of the outcome? I would personally be cautious about fertility clinics that do not understand recurrent miscarriage or recurrent implantation failure. You may spend thousands of dollars and invest your hopes without treating the actual cause. In my case, I had 5 children without any problems. They almost came too easily. I developed sepsis in 2018, and my infertility was not diagnosed until we wanted another child. My Ivf clinic was in Mexico. I underwent a limited cycle, but they retrieved 23 eggs and missed some. Only a few were unusable. Several transfers implanted but all ended in m/c between 4+5 and 6+2, with no fetal pole seen. I decided to donate the remaining eggs because I became pregnant easily; something deeper was causing the miscarriages. 4 years later, in March of this year, I developed a rash and was diagnosed with pityriasis rosea, which is associated with hhv 6&7. That began my deep research. Hhv6 has different variants, and Hhv-6a differs from hhv-6b. Hhv-6a is strongly associated with infertility and recurrent miscarriage. It may be common and can suddenly become active because of long covid or other illnesses. If this is my issue, I truly believe the sepsis triggered it. My clinic in Mexico acknowledged that sepsis can cause infertility. I only wanted to seek treatment locally before traveling abroad. I am sharing this so women understand, before choosing these clinics, that they may be unaware of the different causes of infertility and recurrent miscarriage.

First, I want to thank God and all the clinic staff, beginning with Dr. Gunnala. From our first appointment, they were thoughtful, gave us confidence, and made us feel like family. Despite a negative experience at another clinic, they gave us confidence and hope here and encouraged us to try even though the success rate was not high. They gave us the confidence to proceed because test results do not determine everything. Thanks to God and their professionalism, we became pregnant on our first attempt. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to realize our dream of becoming parents. 😋
