Our IVF journey with Dr. A. Rodriguez and her team in Plano was nothing short of extraordinary. Through the emotional ups and downs, medications, injections, procedures, waiting, and uncertainty, we felt their genuine empathy, care, encouragement, and hope at every high and low. When I cried, the staff stayed by my side and showed me profound care. When we received the joyful news that I was pregnant after our first embryo transfer and prayed to God with gratitude, the entire team celebrated with us. Their kindness and humanity meant more than we can express. Dr. Rodriguez and the entire team created an atmosphere where we felt understood, supported, and genuinely cared for at every step. Of course, the fact that Dr. Rodriguez is a Texas A&M alumna also made us feel especially connected! We will always remember this chapter of our lives with gratitude and joy. Thank you for helping us welcome our miracle daughter. We will forever be grateful for the role you played in our story. 💛

No matter how emotional you feel, this is a relaxed, pleasant, and professional environment. They have witnessed success, so even after failures and when you feel that you may never succeed, they give you hope. I recommend Texas IVF to everyone 🫶🏾 It was very difficult, so I took a break. I eventually found Dr. Rodriguez after Dr. Huffman in McKinney completely misread my husband’s semen analysis. His morphology and motility were extremely low, but she said they were normal. Dr. Rodriguez understood the situation best. My husband left me for another woman, so I continued with IUI using donor sperm from Fairfax Cryobank. Both sperm samples failed to meet the required sperm count, and they helped me obtain a $2,500 refund. Yes, sperm is expensive. I have worked with Dr. Rodriguez, Linda, Valerie, Angela, and Lisa for several years. Even though I have not become pregnant, they made every step of this journey worthwhile. I think such staff stability is rare, especially when unemployment is so high, but it shows how good the environment is. They truly function as a team. Responses are extremely fast, and everyone can handle every task. If Angela is away, Valerie draws my blood. If Lisa is away, Linda returns calls and responds to voicemail. Today I had my final IUI. In two weeks, I will know whether I am pregnant. My review is mainly intended to highlight the consistency of the process and staff.

A great doctor who is humorous and helpful during consultations, but his office support staff, especially the front-desk nurses, are terrible. If not for him, I would give this office one star. We were with his office for 5 months and spoke with him only twice over Zoom. Whenever the office needed to send something for follow-up or schedule a test, it went silent for weeks. Emails received no response, and no one answered the phone. We truly wasted 5 months, and my wife is already 35, with her chances decreasing. Stay away unless you live next door and can handle all your IVF/fertility needs with them in person.

Dr. Rodriguez and Linda are angels to me. 24 1/2 years ago, he helped me have my miracle baby, and that miracle will make me a grandmother this December. I can still hear Linda's 6:30 p.m. call telling me to sit down before announcing that I was pregnant. I could never say enough wonderful things about him! I recommend this office to everyone I know around the world. Their personal care and attentive service cannot be surpassed. There are not enough words to thank him.
