Fortunately, we discovered Dr. Aimee's podcast, and after one virtual consultation with her, our family's future changed completely. From Heartbreak to Hope: A Miracle Story with Dr. Aimee and Her Exceptional Team (A journey across continents, filled with faith and unwavering love) Our story is one of perseverance, faith, and grace. It began in 2009 and took us through the United Kingdom and Africa before finally bringing us to the United States. For more than a decade, my husband and I longed for a child. We underwent countless fertility tests, surgeries, medications, and IVF cycles. Over those years, we endured everything from repeated miscarriages to chemical pregnancies. The heartbreak left us empty yet still hopeful. We visited clinics across several countries, each time believing this might finally be the answer we had sought. I had two myomectomies and endured countless injections, blood tests, treatments, and nights of silent tears. In 2021, we were hopeful for a miracle. I became pregnant with triplets, and our joy was indescribable. But on August 2, 2022, our world collapsed again when the doctor told us all three babies had stopped developing. The pain was beyond words. I felt completely broken. Yet deep inside, a quiet voice said: do not give up. So I emailed Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh, whom I had followed online for years. She delivered the most wonderful news of our lives: "Congratulations, we're pregnant." I will never forget that moment. We had waited more than ten years to hear those words. Tears, laughter, disbelief, and joy came together. It had finally happened. Now we hold our son, Nosazena, our miracle and the answer to our prayers. Every time we look at him, we remember the faith, science, and love that brought him into being. This year, on September 12, as we celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary with our son, we continually thanked God, Dr. Aimee, and her wonderful team. Dr. Aimee is truly a godsend and the best doctor I have ever met. Her knowledge and attention to detail are unmatched. Her kindness and support have been invaluable. I traveled throughout the U.S. East Coast seeking answers. Before meeting Dr. Aimee, I had seen one reproductive immunologist and three different reproductive immunology doctors. I am so glad I finally found her. She carefully reviewed all my results and clearly explained why my condition had not improved. I wish Dr. Aimee could be my primary care physician; she is wonderful. Dr. Aimee is an absolute gem and the best fertility doctor. She is empathetic, responsive, funny, kind, curious, communicative, intelligent, and more—all the qualities needed in an excellent physician and collaborator. She involves you in care decisions and always shares every available option. Some things I appreciate about her include: - She explains every testing option at each stage. I appreciate this because she lets patients decide before a cycle how much information they want. Many reproductive endocrinologists, including my first, do not offer testing until after 3 unsuccessful cycles or losses, which can cause considerable trauma and emotional distress. - She responds almost as quickly as an internet search. Infertility raises many questions, and she encourages you to email whenever you have one, whether large or small, basic or complex. She always replies within hours. This helps relieve anxiety and prevents endless online searching. She also shares her mobile number for urgent texts. - After an unsuccessful cycle, she always calls and develops a plan within a day or two, so you do not feel trapped in uncertainty. Many fertility clinics make patients wait weeks to speak with their doctor. - She is highly skilled and personally performs most ultrasounds, helping ensure that nothing is missed and that scans are consistent. At my first consultation, she identified endometriosis on ultrasound after I had undergone 3 IVF cycles and experienced 3 losses elsewhere. She referred me to three of the world's best endometriosis surgeons for consultations and encouraged surgery. I believe this was a key factor in my success. My previous doctor missed the endometriosis and, had he found it, would have used leuprolide alone, which may not have helped with my extensive disease. - She listens! After endometriosis surgery, I began working with an endometriosis nutritionist, whom she fully supported and collaborated with. The nutritionist thought I might have celiac disease, and Dr. Aimee promptly ordered tests that confirmed it. This was another pivotal moment in my care. - She continually researches and tries new approaches. Many reproductive endocrinologists will not recommend or permit new procedures or tests because "more research is needed." Dr. Aimee instead remains open-minded and at least provides the available information so you can make an informed decision. During the month I succeeded, I underwent ovarian PRP with Dr. Aimee because I have diminished ovarian reserve. I could continue describing what a wonderful doctor she is, but I hope this is enough to show that she may be the right doctor for you. Although I do not know what ultimately led to our success—I conceived naturally 8 months after endometriosis surgery, 3 months after my celiac diagnosis, and during the month of ovarian PRP—I am certain I would not be where I am today without Dr. Aimee. She helped me assemble the right team, including an endometriosis surgeon, nutritionist, psychiatrist, and reproductive immunologist; identified and helped manage multiple diagnoses; and kept me grounded through her communication. In 2.5 weeks, I will give birth to a baby boy who will know that this doctor never gave up on me and helped us find the answers that led us to him ♥️.

I am not a patient of Dr. Aimee. This week I listened to her podcast and attended her virtual IVF course. What an incredible person! Her information is very thorough. She makes the process feel less frightening and reserves time at the end to answer attendees' questions. A few days later, I even emailed her another question, and she replied within hours. Although I am not her patient, she offered advice and told me to stay in touch. I only wish I lived closer so I could work with her!

I contacted the clinic proactively, provided all my records, and tried to understand fully which tests were needed so that we would be well prepared for the consultation. Two weeks before the appointment, I became frustrated because I had not been told that some tests were missing. When I tried to communicate with Dr. Aimee and her team, she told me she was declining to accept me as a patient and would not help. I expected empathy and compassion for the stress of this situation, but she rejected us before we even had the opportunity for a consultation.
