Every staff interaction was excellent, including with Veronica, Nancy, Jessica, and Dr. Salem. They were very patient and flexible.

I will update this review with more specific details, but I had an awful experience with a financial counselor named Letty, or Leticia. She made errors with my finances and became very defensive when I asked her to correct them. She was rude and sarcastic and even hung up on me. What legitimate organization treats clients this way? Not to mention that I spent $21,000 and got nothing. My current clinic says this organization's finances rank among the worst in the country. I wish I had known before paying out of pocket here. Very disappointed.

The entire experience was terrible, from reception, hospitality, communication, and accommodations to professional standards. This clinic is extremely unprofessional and focused only on money. I completed two treatment cycles here, and both failed. There are many other fertility clinics available.

Dr. Salem and his team were very welcoming. He identified problems I had not known about. I am glad I followed his advice, received treatment, and took the appropriate medications to improve my fertility. My condition improved, and I am now two months and one week pregnant.

Our IVF journey with Pacific Reproductive Center began in 2019 before the pandemic, so it has been a long one. My partner researched IVF clinics extensively, and we chose Pacific Reproductive Center based on Dr. Salem’s reputation and track record. We are very pleased with our decision. Dr. Salem is knowledgeable and experienced in every aspect of IVF. He is also approachable and considerate, which immediately put us at ease. Every procedure went smoothly, we received the best medical care, and the results were excellent. We worked with two coordinators, first Akira and then Daysy. Both were approachable, organized, attentive, and kind, making this complex process easier to manage. All other staff, including the nurses, anesthesiologists, and embryologists, were highly professional, helpful, and considerate. Overall, we felt they saw us not as clients or patients but as family, and that their true role was to help families. They are opening more offices to provide convenient access throughout Southern California.

Terrible! After I waited 40 minutes, the doctor canceled the appointment because I was not interested in the more expensive procedures. The staff and nurses were wonderful. But do not go here. The doctor does not listen to or respect female patients.

I am very glad I chose Dr. Salem’s clinic for my IVF journey. Dr. Salem and all the staff are wonderful. Nancy is my care coordinator, and she always listens carefully and ensures that all my questions and concerns are properly addressed. She even checks email on weekends and replies immediately when I message her, making sure I am well and that there is no emergency. She is amazing! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

My experience with PRC was excellent. From the initial consultation through surgery, they were attentive, responsive, and extremely helpful. Daysy was outstanding—excellent and thoughtful, even responding to my messages outside working hours to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend PRC!!!

I am very grateful for the exceptional care I received at PRC. After 3 Clomid cycles, 2 egg retrievals, and 1 embryo transfer, I am now 14 weeks pregnant with a baby boy due this November! This miracle would not have been possible without the center's incredible team. I want to be honest with future parents: infertility treatment is an extremely difficult journey. It is filled with disappointment, frustration, and emotional setbacks. It requires patience and resilience and pushed my emotions to the lowest point I have experienced. I wish every one of you lasting good fortune.

Do not go here. They only take your money without transferring anything. They are unprofessional and dirty. The amount of unethical conduct I witnessed in one cycle was shocking. Listen to the reviews and go elsewhere. The doctor does not acknowledge you until you have spent $20,000 and failed. Once, he entered with a stranger and inserted a device as an experiment. He continued despite my objections. Do not go here.

I had a wonderful experience with PRC during my fertility journey in 2023. Dr. Salem diagnosed several important issues my previous doctor had overlooked. I wish I had come here sooner. Our first round of treatment was successful. Communication was excellent. Even after I "graduated," I could call PRC, and they were happy to guide me. A million thanks to PRC, Dr. Salem, Tara, Rita, Akira, and Eiza!

Unfortunately, based on my experience with Dr. Salem, I cannot recommend this clinic. Our initial consultation gave us great hope, and he made pregnancy seem straightforward. Over time, however, I encountered several issues that left me frustrated and discouraged. I repeatedly had to remind Dr. Salem of my own medical history, which was concerning given the importance of individualized care in fertility treatment. After transferring to a new clinic, it became clear that his approach felt overly standardized rather than tailored to my specific needs. He often gave instructions without detailed explanations or discussion of alternatives, leaving me uninformed about my treatment. At times, the clinic staff also seemed unenthusiastic, with some acting as though they were simply waiting for the weekend. I understand that everyone has off days, but encountering this attitude while dealing with something as sensitive and emotionally difficult as fertility was discouraging. However, I want to acknowledge that our nurse coordinators, Tara and Akira, were kind and helpful throughout the process. I appreciate their support. Ultimately, I am relieved that I transferred to another clinic where I feel more supported and informed.

Besides the fact that they did not help us become pregnant... 1. Dr. Salem displayed a misogynistic attitude. He interrupted me before I finished asking questions during the consultation. I could tell I must have challenged his ego because he disliked being questioned about what he shared, even though I was only trying to understand and advocate for myself as a patient. I left feeling terrible. 2. Despite sitting down with the financial staff before any treatment to ensure it would be covered by insurance, they sent us a large surprise bill. At one point, Rita tried to charge me $300 for an ultrasound, then later said it was covered by insurance. Tina completely misled me, telling me she had spoken with my insurer and that I would not receive surprises, which was untrue. Communication was terrible, and they essentially deceived us. The only positive was Jessica, whom I believe is a nurse. She was very helpful, kind, and compassionate. She was wonderful.

I had my initial consultation today. Dr. Salem was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Honestly, based on the reviews here, I was a little nervous. I contacted Letty several times with insurance questions and to ensure they had everything needed to use the benefits provided by my employer. Letty answered all my questions well, and it was a pleasure to meet her today. I also met Daysi, who helped me plan the next steps and ease my nerves. I understand the negative reviews posted when expected results were not achieved. I can only share my own experience and my hopes as I begin this process with the team. Bonus points for celebrating International Women's Day today and giving flowers to every patient.
