I just want to say that this is a very friendly hospital, and they can help with the pain you are experiencing. They give you medication and food 🙂.

I am writing to share my recent experience with Albert Liu, which I found distressing. During our video conference, I felt that he was distant and unapproachable, making it difficult for me to open up about my mental health challenges.
Unfortunately, when my phone battery died and I rejoined the call, Albert commented on my niece's disruptive behavior in a way I found rude and insensitive. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I expected a compassionate and professional response, but his remark made me feel dismissed and even more anxious.
I later contacted coordinator Marvin M to discuss my concerns, but despite multiple messages and calls, I received no response. This lack of communication added to my frustration.
I had hoped for a supportive experience, but instead I felt ignored and undervalued. Mental health practitioners must create an empathetic and respectful environment, and I felt this was lacking in my interactions.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Albert Liu or this organization to others seeking mental health support. I hope my review helps others find the compassionate care they deserve.

I have been treated by Dr. Abusief for both intrauterine insemination (IUI) and now in vitro fertilization (IVF), and I cannot say enough good things about her. Throughout a process that can be emotionally overwhelming, she has always been incredibly kind, thoughtful, and compassionate. She takes the time to explain everything, answer every question that comes up along the way, and make sure I fully understand and feel comfortable with my treatment plan.
What stands out most is how attentive she is to her patients. She follows up regularly, checks on my progress, responds promptly, and genuinely makes me feel supported at every step. She listens to my concerns, works with me to explore the treatment options that best fit my goals and comfort level, and always makes me feel like a partner in the decision-making process. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Abusief for being with me throughout this journey and highly recommend her to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

My obstetrician referred me to her after my miscarriage, and I could not have found a better doctor. I recommend her without hesitation; you will receive excellent care. She is a very caring person who is always willing to help and listen to your concerns and doubts. She validates your feelings and perspective, which most doctors do not, and that was very important to me.

Dr. Abusief supported my husband and me in many ways. We had tried to start a family for more than five years without success. Switching clinics and choosing Dr. Abusief proved to be the best decision we made. She was clear and honest about everything we needed to do and always listened to our plans and timeline. Regardless of the outcome, she showed great compassion and understanding for what we were experiencing.
We have only positive things to say about her. Thanks to Dr. Abusief and her team, our dream came true, and we now have our amazing daughter, who is almost two! We cannot thank her and her team enough. If you are looking for an excellent doctor who listens and is honest about next steps, Dr. Abusief is the best choice. She genuinely cares about her patients.
