    I am writing to share my recent experience with Albert Liu, which I found distressing. During our video conference, I felt that he was distant and unapproachable, making it difficult for me to open up about my mental health challenges. Unfortunately, when my phone battery died and I rejoined the call, Albert commented on my niece's disruptive behavior in a way I found rude and insensitive. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I expected a compassionate and professional response, but his remark made me feel dismissed and even more anxious. I later contacted coordinator Marvin M to discuss my concerns, but despite multiple messages and calls, I received no response. This lack of communication added to my frustration. I had hoped for a supportive experience, but instead I felt ignored and undervalued. Mental health practitioners must create an empathetic and respectful environment, and I felt this was lacking in my interactions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Albert Liu or this organization to others seeking mental health support. I hope my review helps others find the compassionate care they deserve.

    Dr. Abusief supported my husband and me in many ways. We had tried to start a family for more than five years without success. Switching clinics and choosing Dr. Abusief proved to be the best decision we made. She was clear and honest about everything we needed to do and always listened to our plans and timeline.
