They had us pay for an intake and treatment-planning appointment when the doctor was retiring a week later. They clearly had no intention of continuing treatment. They completely robbed us. Now we have to start over at another clinic and pay for the same appointment again. This was or may be illegal fraud.

We have dealt with infertility for years and seen several highly recommended doctors, but for the first time in years, we feel hopeful. These people deserve much higher ratings. They are caring, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. At our first consultation, we received a specific plan and clear pricing and, for the first time, felt valued and cared for. That matters far more than expensive specialists who treat us like numbers. We highly recommend them, even though we are still early in our journey with them!

For the love of all that is holy, do not go here! I called and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bachus. They changed it to an appointment with an NP without telling me, and I found out only because I saw it in their portal. They lack interpersonal skills and are overly harsh, which did nothing to help me through such a stressful, emotional, and heartbreaking time. They would not even tell me whether I was a candidate for IVF, which they should have known from the records they received, including laboratory results, ultrasounds, and visit notes. They said much more work was needed to determine whether I was a candidate. They required repeat laboratory tests at another facility. I could view the results and was concerned, and I was also worried about some problems with my cycle. I sent multiple portal messages seeking help about my cycle and asking someone to call me to discuss my laboratory results. They largely dismissed and ignored me, acting as though my questions were meaningless and I was no longer a priority. They essentially took my money and then stopped caring. At their request, I established care with an OB-GYN specializing in high-risk pregnancy. The first thing she said to me was, 'You need IVF,' while I had wasted time at this clinic. She was shocked to learn that I did not even know whether I was a candidate. After my experience here, I was relieved when my doctor referred me elsewhere so that I would not have to return.

If you are over 40 and have blocked or scarred fallopian tubes, do not go here. My husband and I came after sending all the information they requested and paying a $100 deposit. Everyone seemed confused, and they said they had never received my medical records. Ultimately, they essentially said they could not help me there because of my age and that I should go to a fertility clinic in Denver. The entire appointment lasted about 10 minutes and was completely disappointing. Today I received another bill asking for more money. I have been going back and forth with them because I refuse to pay more for a 10-minute 'we cannot help you' consultation. They made an already difficult situation worse. I never post negative reviews, but I feel people should know. If you are over 40 and considering this clinic, go elsewhere.

Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Bachus was wonderful and worked around my cycle, even on weekends. He was very kind and explained what he was doing step by step. My only comment is that they really need to inform everyone promptly about insurance and payment information, even if only with an estimate.

Our experience with Dr. Bachus, Jeneka Force RN, Dr. Hayley Benham, the embryologist, and the support staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone at the clinic made us feel at home—cared for, heard, and comfortable. We now have a beautiful baby girl who brings sunshine to every day. Their medical team made our dream of having a family come true, and we are extremely grateful.

The care was routine. When my wife became pregnant, I told the doctor to be honest with us, regardless of how bad the news was, given how much we had struggled. He assured us that the pregnancy would continue. Two days later, she miscarried.

We went to this office, and everything seemed to proceed smoothly at first. Then my husband had to return after 3 months for repeat testing. I called to explore a different path and see whether I could schedule another appointment to weigh our options. I was told I needed to speak with the office manager before booking. After 3 days, I finally reached the manager. She told me I had an unpaid $200 balance that had been sent to collections, so I would need to pay a $300 deposit to book an appointment. I never received the initial bill or even a call saying I owed a balance, but I was willing to pay and tried to remain polite. She began speaking to me as though I were the lowest person in the world, sighing at every question. I asked why she was being so rude. She said she did not think she was rude, never apologized, and simply continued being rude. This office was so petty that they changed my name in the patient portal to 'NO APPTS'... Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere. I did not like how I was treated, and after reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only one. Perhaps your office needs a new office manager suited to the field you work in—someone compassionate and caring.

If you want to have a child within the next decade, I would probably seek help elsewhere. In every interaction with Dr. Bachus's office, there was absolutely no urgency in communication at any step. Simply getting someone to return a call was like pulling teeth.
