Tốt nghiệp Jilin University, Trung Quốc, với bằng đại học và sau đại học về khoa học sinh học, sinh sản động vật và Thú y. Nhận bằng tiến sĩ khoa học sức khỏe tại Nova Southeastern University ở Florida.

 

Được American Board of Bioanalysis chứng nhận là Giám đốc Phòng xét nghiệm Độ phức tạp cao về Phôi học và Nam khoa. Được cấp phép làm Giám đốc Phòng xét nghiệm Lâm sàng Florida về Phôi học và Nam khoa.

 

Là thành viên của các tổ chức chuyên môn, bao gồm American Society for Reproductive Medicine, College of American Pathologist (CAP Inspector), American Associate of Bioanalysis, American Association of Tissue Banks và European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.

Là người đầu tiên trong cả nước áp dụng kỹ thuật hỗ trợ thoát màng không chọn lọc trên phôi nuôi cấy in vitro trước khi chuyển phôi lâm sàng. Là người tiên phong và chuyên sâu trong phát triển, sử dụng các dòng tế bào động vật và người để đồng nuôi cấy phôi người in vitro nhằm cải thiện kết quả mang thai. Chuyên thực hiện thụ tinh trong ống nghiệm ở người với các kỹ thuật vi thao tác, bao gồm ICSI, sinh thiết phôi và hỗ trợ thoát màng. Chuyên nuôi cấy phôi nang, thủy tinh hóa noãn và phôi. Chuyên về thụ tinh trong ống nghiệm và nuôi cấy phôi nang với noãn không có màng trong suốt. Nhiều năm nghiên cứu đã giúp bà công bố trên nhiều tạp chí khoa học. Bà tận tâm sử dụng kỹ năng của mình để hỗ trợ bệnh nhân.

 

Bà có cuộc hôn nhân hạnh phúc với Charlie và có một con gái là Wendy. Bà thích ca hát, khiêu vũ và Khí công Trung Hoa, bao gồm Lục tự quyết, Ngũ cầm hí và Thái Cực quyền.

I cannot express how wonderful my experience with this office has been. Kristin responds quickly, stays on top of everything, and truly listened to me and my concerns. Everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. They give every patient close attention and genuinely care about their work. They made such a difference for us, and I can never thank them enough.

Advanced Reproductive Specialists in Gainesville are absolutely wonderful and made our dream come true. The Gainesville office is very convenient, and Brittany, Jessie, Thea, Brooke, and Kristin were all extremely helpful. I could not have made it through all the difficult days without the attentive care of the Gainesville office specialists. My family will always be grateful to them, Dr. Lipari, and the Jacksonville team!

Brittany is an absolutely wonderful specialist and person. She is so caring and knowledgeable. I live in Jacksonville but prefer driving to Gainesville every time instead of going to the Jax office solely because of her. She is the only nurse who responded to my emails even on weekends, and when something was urgent, she almost always returned calls and emails immediately!

I highly recommend this practice. My wife and I are currently receiving fertility treatment from Kristin Nobles, and so far the process has been very straightforward. This is our first time seeking fertility treatment, and the office's clear communication and instructions have helped us navigate it confidently. Her medical assistant, Jessica, returns our calls promptly and patiently answers all our questions. The clinic is clean and modern and does not “feel” like a typical medical office. Besides fertility treatment, my wife was diagnosed with endometriosis after an ultrasound here. She had endured years of pain, and the relief she felt from receiving a diagnosis and sound treatment plan alone deserves five stars. We are very grateful for the Gainesville team's care and look forward to continuing our journey here.

This clinic is a joke. They never answer the phone, and when they do, they are extremely rude, especially at the main Jacksonville office. It is obvious that they care only about money, not patients. Getting them to perform their responsibilities is nearly impossible, and treatment barely progresses. Worse, doctors are routinely an hour late or more for both in-person and virtual visits. They make an already difficult situation even harder.

Dr. Pascal is highly skilled and kind. She was thorough and gentle, and I felt no discomfort. I have had similar procedures elsewhere, but the experience did not compare. Highly recommended!

The team at JCRM helped us achieve our dream of having a baby after 8 years of trying and seeing various groups/ providers. We are back with them after few years. Dr Fox is experienced, knows what he is doing. We were able to work collaboratively to develop a plan of treatment that my multiple gynecological conditions require and that I found acceptable. Dr Lipari is equally competent and personable. Last time they even reimbursed some money that we had paid extra for some reason. Only downside is the distance I have to travel, as they have the few locations they have, sometimes wait times can be long but thats understandable.

We are so thankful to have found Dr. Paschall! My minor daughter has had symptoms of endometriosis for a little while now. I did some research and found JCRM and Dr. Paschall. They have experience treating minors and excise endometriosis instead of ablating it for better long-term results. She has been very gentle with my daughter and has not put her through unnecessary trauma. She is open to any and all questions and encourages them. We are very thankful for this doctor and this practice!
