The hospital is comfortable overall. The older male specialist caring for my spouse and me is experienced, humble, caring, patient, and extremely thoughtful: 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆! However, the nurses' overall service was disappointing: only 2 stars ☆☆!

A very good place with spacious parking. The staff explain everything well. Follow their steps until you see the doctor. Dr. Natthapat gave excellent advice that reduced my stress, and I became pregnant the following month. Thank you very much 🙏🙏👍

The staff communicate confusingly. I asked a nurse and received an inaccurate answer. They also ask private questions very loudly in front of other people.

Anyone considering this should think carefully. This is not a small amount of money.
ICSI + testing 10 chromosomes + 2 embryo transfers + one month of hotel expenses cost over 300,000, and it did not succeed.
I arrived full of hope and returned home disappointed 💔

When I first came to the IVF clinic to see the doctor, I was excited and afraid. Once I met him, he gave excellent advice and was very kind and approachable. The staff are friendly, and the spacious premises are clean and tidy. I did not feel uncomfortable at all.

This place is clean and has ample parking. The clinic also offers affordable accommodation for people traveling from afar. The staff and nurses are lovely and friendly, and the doctor explains everything thoroughly and clearly. I recommend it to anyone considering having a child 🙂

CMIVF Clinic is spacious and clean, and the nurses are attentive. The doctor gave very good, detailed advice. Now I am waiting to see whether the embryo implants successfully.

The clinic is well lit and tidy overall. The service was fairly satisfactory. Coffee and snacks are available for clients in the lobby. There is ample waiting-room seating and public Wi-Fi.

Good clinic with spacious parking and various drinks available. At first, I was confused about what to do after entering. The doctor was lovely. See Dr. Worajun. The doctor was attentive and made me feel comfortable flying back and forth from Bangkok. Fortunately, we succeeded in one cycle and had 2 little ones. Stay focused and avoid stress during the process; it is very good.

The doctors and nurses are good, ethical, and somewhat conservative, but the manager coordinating with us communicated very poorly, and the service was truly bad.

The clinic is clean and spacious, the staff are courteous, service is good, and the doctor provides information clearly and answers all questions. Fees are reasonable, and parking is plentiful.

In early 2025, my husband and I traveled from the United States to Nova Scotia, Canada, to begin our IVF journey at CM IVF. Overall, our experience was excellent. Dr. Mattawanon was wonderful—very patient, clear in her communication, and thorough in answering all my questions. She ultimately helped us achieve a successful pregnancy! The front desk staff were also very helpful. Although I sometimes felt they were frustrated with me because of language or cultural barriers, they were great overall. If you travel abroad, remember that you need to be patient because practices differ from place to place. The cost was very reasonable, and CM IVF was extremely helpful.

We have completed treatment twice. Most recently, the scientists called to tell us some details about the egg retrieval.
During egg retrieval and embryo transfer, my partner had an issue: he forgot everything the doctor had instructed. When they finally discovered the problem, they said they would take special care of us. I do not know whether the hundreds of thousands of baht we paid were worth this level of professionalism.

Please remove the fingerprint scanning system. It is very strange. Everything else about the clinic is good, and I would give five stars if not for this issue. Forcing people to pay for this biometric technology is unreasonable. It creates many problems during use, and there is no identity verification when accessing the system. I do not understand its purpose.

Based on my experience requesting information, I believe the clinic staff's service needs improvement. When I asked about the clinic's programs, the staff only asked which program interested me and then explained that one.
From a customer's perspective, someone seeking a consultation first wants an overview of each program so they can choose the one that suits them. This communication approach left me feeling that I had not received complete information.
The tone and manner of the conversation were also inappropriate. Although the staff suggested using LINE for more information, people who make a special trip to the clinic in person may feel that their time has been wasted.
I hope the clinic will consider these areas for improvement.

Today I had an HCG blood test. The staff said they would call with the result in about two hours. One hour later, a staff member called, confirmed my name, and said, “Your HCG is high. You are pregnant. Please return Saturday for another blood test.” Then she hung up. I was overjoyed and about to tell my husband when the same person called again and said, “Sorry, we mixed up the results. Your test result is not ready yet.”
I felt extremely upset and speechless. I spent hundreds of thousands of Thai baht,
yet received such poor service. This mistake should never happen. Why did they not carefully verify the name before calling? They should know how sensitive this is, and checking a name before calling is not difficult.
I have now received the correct result: I am not pregnant. After hearing the truth, I was disappointed not because I was not pregnant, but because of the clinic.
Finally, I want to tell clinic management that staff training must improve. This must not happen again. It not only undermines the clinic's professionalism and value but also damages its reputation.

I am currently receiving treatment from Dr. Worashorn, and I cannot praise her enough. She is compassionate and kind, with a gentle, warm manner. She is highly knowledgeable and makes me feel reassured. Thank you, Dr. W, for always patiently answering all my questions—I know I ask many!
The staff are also wonderful 🙏🏼 From the cashier and English-speaking staff to triage and the medication/injection room, everyone is excellent. They are all friendly and welcoming, making every clinic visit feel comfortable.
The nurses assisting Dr. W are equally kind and helpful. When I had surgery here, everyone—from the skilled anesthesiologist to the bedside nurses—was gentle and kind. Excellent clinical care and attentive service.
As a foreigner from the United States, I did not know what to expect. I am very grateful to this clinic and highly recommend it for fertility treatment. Whatever the outcome, you will not be disappointed. I would give more than five stars if I could ✨✨✨✨✨

In my experience, the doctors appeared competent and professional, although I have no direct basis for comparison.
The front desk could be better organized and friendlier. Feeling cared for is especially important when dealing with such a sensitive subject.
Price transparency also needs improvement. Costs were not always clearly disclosed in advance, and we often received unexpected additional bills. A clearer overview from the beginning would have been helpful.
The rooms were clean and the equipment was modern.
