If I could give a negative rating, I would. This was one of the most painful and frightening experiences of my life. After a minor procedure, I became seriously ill, was hospitalized, and needed IV antibiotics for an infection. They never explained all the possible consequences of the procedure. It was already some of the most heartbreaking news of my life, and becoming sick and being hospitalized made it even worse. On top of that, I had already spent a great deal on testing and then faced additional hospital expenses. I would never recommend this clinic.

The clinic is very spacious and beautiful, everyone is warm and friendly, and the doctor is outstanding! Highly knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend it to everyone ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about CARE Fertility. From my first appointment, the staff made me feel supported, fully informed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Quintero and the nurses were professional and compassionate and always answered my questions patiently. The entire process was well organized, which helped me feel at ease during this emotional journey. I am very grateful for their care and kindness and highly recommend CARE Fertility to anyone on a fertility journey.

I first consulted Care Fertility in 2015. I was under great pressure and knew it would take time to save enough for treatment because payment plans were not available. In 2025, I returned with cash, completed all required testing, and paid every charge. Payment went smoothly at first, but everything changed once they had my money. Do not believe their so-called packages; they will tell you the following week that your money is insufficient for medication. My AMH result was effectively hidden from me while I repeatedly begged for it. At every appointment, with every doctor and staff member, the result was unavailable even though the test had been done a month earlier. When we were finally ready to begin stimulation injections, I insisted on receiving the AMH value. The result was unexpectedly extremely low, meaning I should have taken supplements before stimulation. I needed a low-dose mini-cycle tailored to my AMH, but they gave me three times the dose, and no eggs were retrieved. Worse, Dr. Quintero missed one follicle and pressured me into a second retrieval without telling me I would be charged. I would never have paid to retrieve one follicle; I would have left it for the next cycle. I contacted the clinic about next steps and costs, but was told finance would call. They avoided my calls and no one contacted me. After repeated attempts, I finally learned I would have to pay for an entirely new cycle, even though I had not received the two transfers they promised. This made everything worse. The clinic's model appears designed to put patients through repeated cycles until success and then impose high charges. I was devastated because I had never been deceived this way. Once the situation was beyond my control, I gave up, refused to pay them again, and chose another clinic. I urge anyone considering this clinic to research it thoroughly. This clinic is a scam. They showed no compassion, added charges without my consent, and nearly made me abandon IVF. I am glad I found a new clinic, but I hope every future parent sees this review. Fertility treatment already causes immense emotional and financial pain; patients should not be exploited. Even CEO Wilson showed no empathy about my being misled. He admitted my paperwork was incorrect and the contract had problems, but did not make things right. If you continue with them, believe the reviews. I wish I had looked more carefully, but because I had visited this clinic ten years earlier, I did not want to search elsewhere and simply wanted to begin. I wish all prospective parents healthy babies and pray that everything goes well, whatever you decide. I could tell the full story, but we would be here all day. Best wishes!

My wife and I are very disappointed with this organization's customer service. We are currently seeking IVF treatment and had been seeing another doctor, but cost is a major consideration for us, so a close friend suggested looking elsewhere. My wife found Care Fertility online and then remembered consulting Dr. Quintero five years ago about tubal reversal. She was excited when she saw the price of the all-inclusive IVF package and called immediately to schedule. Because the clinic was closed when we called, we used the website to request a callback. More than a week passed without a response, so she called again today. They said the system had malfunctioned but promised to call back ‘within minutes.’ We still received no call, so three hours later we called again. The woman who answered was very rude and said that because my wife had consulted them about tubal reversal in 2021, five years ago, we would now have to pay a $400 appointment fee. When my wife asked what the $400 included, the woman replied, ‘Just the opportunity to speak with the doctor.’ This was strange because we paid the same amount at another IVF specialty clinic, where it included blood tests and an ultrasound. Their website advertises a ‘free consultation,’ but because my wife visited in 2021, the woman called this a follow-up consultation. It clearly is not a follow-up because we have never consulted this clinic about IVF. We then asked to speak with someone who could provide more information about pricing and the process. She said no one would be available until next week and someone would call us then. When people are seeking guidance about their future family, you would expect staff to be well trained and kind. This is very disappointing, but they are apparently busy because they do not return calls. I cannot imagine how they would treat us if we became patients.

We had a wonderful experience at this clinic today. The well-trained staff welcomed us warmly. They explained all the information to us in Spanish. Dr. Quintero answered our questions. I recommend this clinic 100%.

From day one, every staff member felt like family, whether or not we worked with them directly. Everyone was so welcoming…so kind…so professional, making you feel at home as you begin this emotional and stressful journey. Dr. Quintero is truly a gem. He always made sure we felt heard and respected. He encouraged us and inspired confidence, and we trusted him completely throughout the process. We are extremely grateful to every CARE staff member for their dedication to ensuring that everyone who comes here receives the care they need to achieve their dream of parenthood! My only complaint is that I had to leave them for the next stage of the journey!!! :)

I love CARE Fertility in Glendale. From day 1, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Quintero is knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, has a wonderful personality, and provides excellent bedside care. We laughed often throughout the process. This was my first IVF cycle and transfer, and I am 43. We are now nearly 8 weeks pregnant. All the women at the clinic were wonderful and set the tone for a great experience. I am so grateful to everyone and glad I chose CARE Fertility for my fertility journey.

Although the news was not exactly what we hoped for, the doctor was honest, which we genuinely appreciated and respected. This facility is not trying to profit from couples during a difficult time. They clearly do what is best for their patients.

Hello, I would like to share my opinion of this clinic. My first call to make an appointment was disappointing. The person answering my questions said that if I wanted a consultation in Spanish, I would have to go to a clinic farther from where I wanted treatment. They also said that if I went there, I would have to pay extra for an explanation in Spanish. I think this is terrible. They should have staff who can help us in Spanish and make us feel comfortable, but it seemed this clinic only wanted money. Thank God I was disappointed from the start and did not go. I found another clinic with bilingual staff.

I love the new location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as is Dr. Q. I am only at the beginning of the process, but the doctor has made me feel safe and relaxed about it. I will definitely share updates about my journey here on my social media platforms.

I cannot say enough good things about CARE Fertility! It has been a journey, but they made it much easier. Dr. Quintero is very knowledgeable and saved an IVF cycle we thought was certain to fail. Nancy was our coordinator, and she was amazing, always available to help and answer questions! Jennifer is also an excellent sonographer, and we always had a wonderful experience with her. All the staff are consistently welcoming. We had a great experience, and although we are currently waiting, we will return for another child 👍🏼👍🏼
