Discrimination!!! I visited this clinic twice as an expectant mother for ultrasounds and was treated poorly both times. Manager Cindy makes empty promises and does not care about the clinic's lack of compassion and support for patients. The disparity in effective, equal healthcare for Black women compared with women of other races is no secret. I am extremely disappointed☹️ and do not recommend this clinic to women.

Hello, my name is Michelle, and I have been a patient at this clinic for more than five years. My story began in 2020, when my husband and I decided to try IVF. The process was not easy, but this clinic made it worthwhile. I began seeing Dr. Michelle Goldsammler, who was wonderful. From 2020 to 2021, I tried three times. The first failed, and although I became pregnant on the next two attempts, both pregnancies ultimately ended. The doctors and nurses did everything possible to support me and give me hope. They were all amazing. I felt discouraged and almost hopeless, so I decided to wait before trying again. Three years later, in 2024, I returned to the Montefiore Institute. This time my doctor was Dr. Harry Leiman, the best doctor I have ever met. He was dedicated and took my case very seriously. He did everything possible to determine the cause of my false pregnancies and ensured I underwent many tests I had never received in 2020. In May 2024, I tried again and experienced another false pregnancy. This time, however, I remained confident and did not give up. I kept my faith and hope and tried again in September 2024, an experience I will always remember. On my fifth attempt, thank God, my dream finally came true and my prayers were answered. I became pregnant—with twins, who were born in May 2025. I waited 15 years for this precious gift from God. I share this to express my gratitude to the clinic. From the doctors, especially Dr. Leiman, to the nurses and front- and back-office staff, everyone was wonderful and played a vital role in my life that I will never forget. Thank God they gave me strength, hope, and endless love. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking infertility care. They are outstanding and do everything possible to help every patient. To anyone reading this and looking for a clinic, this is the right place. They are the best! Dr. Leiman and every member of the clinic staff, thank you again for your care and love. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Leiman at Montefiore Hartsdale for guiding me through three IVF cycles, each resulting in pregnancy. I will never forget it. I have been visiting this clinic regularly, and over time it has become a reassuring place where I consistently feel supported, especially during what can be a very sensitive journey. At the front desk, I usually see Josephine and Stephanie, who are always warm and friendly. The clinic is clearly busy and fast-paced, yet they still take time to treat every patient with patience and respect, which truly matters. Gloria in the lab is wonderful. Her calm, gentle manner and kindness are especially meaningful when you feel anxious or vulnerable. The nursing team is also excellent. I have spoken with Jasmine and Tammy, and they are always supportive and reassuring. I appreciate their thoughtful, clear follow-up calls, which make me feel cared for. The doctors, including Dr. Polack and Dr. Jingold, are excellent. Their knowledge and experience are immediately apparent. Under their care, you feel reassured that you are being properly looked after, whatever the circumstances. The clinic is busy, so there may be a wait depending on the day and time. In my experience, however, the wait has never been excessive or affected the overall quality of care. Overall, the staff are compassionate, professional, and dedicated. I am very grateful for their care and would recommend this clinic to anyone on a similar journey.

Desiree is truly exceptional and sets the standard for what patient care and communication should look like. She consistently goes out of her way to call, follow up, and make sure appointments are confirmed or rescheduled smoothly. She’s always kind, professional, and never sounds rushed or bothered. Most importantly, when she says she’ll get back to you, she actually does she brings a level of care that really stands out the same goes for Dr. DeForest she is the best never rushes and will answer every question with care. As for the reproductive medicine, fertility, and genetics departments if confusion, silence, and runaround were billable services, they’d be operating at peak efficiency. Communication is so inconsistent it feels like a group project where no one talks to each other, and the finance side adds just enough mystery to keep things exciting (and by exciting, I mean unnecessarily stressful). Getting a clear answer or a timely response can feel like a full-time job, which is the last thing anyone needs in an already sensitive process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility for fertility-related care. Meanwhile, in urology and neurology, “we’ll call you back” seems to be more of a long-term aspiration than an actual plan. At this point, you could probably complete treatment, write a case study about it, and still be waiting for that return call.

If you have questions, they help and do not hesitate to call or text. You can ask as many questions as you like, and they answer professionally. Dr. Julia Gingold is an amazing doctor. I love and respect him because he supported me throughout my journey. This is my second pregnancy. I miscarried the first because I have polycystic ovary syndrome, but now I am pregnant again. Thank God I was not alone—I had my doctor, my nurses, and everyone with me. I love them all.

My experience at this fertility clinic was very disappointing. After completing laboratory tests, I never received any follow-up about the results. Instead, Dr. Gingold wanted to conduct a comprehensive workup without taking time to sit down, properly discuss my concerns, or explain the treatment options. I ultimately received a bill of more than $400 but was given no understanding of my health or next steps. Communication and patient care are essential, especially in a sensitive area such as fertility, but unfortunately, I did not feel supported or heard here. Not recommended.
