I decided to give this fertility center a try. I underwent an egg retrieval and was told a week later that there was only one embryo. I decided to proceed with further testing. The nurse told me I needed to take birth control pills until everything was ready. The doctor later called to tell me the embryo was abnormal and recommended another egg retrieval. I hung up because I felt they only cared about money. The doctor did not even consider giving me time to think about the next treatment step. No one called afterward to tell me to stop the medication; they simply did not care about my situation. Please be cautious with this facility.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the fee structure at this clinic. Before scheduling the appointment, I specifically inquired about the costs and insurance reimbursement. They told me that since the clinic does not accept my insurance, my fee would only be $250, and that the lab fees would be reimbursed through insurance because LabCorp accepts my insurance. Based on this explanation, I proceeded with the appointment. During the discussion of fees, they never clearly informed me that Natera would be involved as an independent billing entity, nor did they explicitly tell me that Natera might bill my insurance company $8,995! They also never informed me that I might later receive a bill for $1,050.71 in out-of-pocket costs. If they had clearly explained this upfront, I would have definitely confirmed the insurance reimbursement situation first, or chosen to pay out-of-pocket. To make matters worse, even during the financial follow-up phone call after the appointment, no one clearly informed me that I might receive a bill of over $1,000 from Natera. I was also told that I could request an invoice for the $250 payment to submit to my insurance company. However, after multiple follow-ups, I still have not received the invoice. It has now been five weeks, and I have followed up three times. I believe their billing process is confusing, poorly explained, and lacks transparency. Patients should be clearly informed, in plain language and verbally, when a third-party lab may charge thousands of dollars, and when patients need to take specific steps to avoid incurring large debts. I strongly recommend that anyone considering visiting this clinic obtain all prices, lab fee details, third-party vendor names, and out-of-pocket options in writing before undergoing any tests.

My wife and I are truly grateful for the support and care we have received from this clinic. We are still undergoing treatment, and the experience has been excellent so far. I especially want to recognize the clinic manager, Sarah Marada. She is incredibly responsive, easy to reach, and always quick to reply to emails. Whenever we need help or have questions, she responds within 24 hours with clear answers. I have honestly never experienced a clinic with this level of communication and responsiveness. The nurses, doctors, and staff are all wonderful, but Sarah is the one who truly keeps everything organized and running smoothly. Embryologist Ciarra has also been wonderful. She is kind, professional, and very responsible. She responds quickly to emails and makes sure to provide all the necessary answers to any questions. Dr. Berlin is professional, kind, and knowledgeable! She presents all information in a way patients can understand, guides the treatment process, and helps them make informed decisions. The nursing staff are equally compassionate and knowledgeable, helping me feel more at ease throughout IVF. Thanks to Dr. Berlin, I now have a two-week-old baby!

Five stars!! Our first and only IVF cycle was successful, and I am now 5 weeks pregnant! The process from consultation to embryo transfer took about 5 months. It was long but absolutely worth it. I followed every instruction, including egg retrieval, saline ultrasound, polyp removal to create the best environment for the embryo, and embryo transfer. The clinic staff were wonderful and very helpful. I am glad I chose this highly rated clinic. We never thought we would have a second baby, and this clinic made our dream come true. I especially appreciated the monitoring hours from 6:00 to 8:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, which made visits before work convenient. Appointments were also quick, with little waiting. I highly recommend this fertility clinic. Thank you!

Terrible experience. At my first consultation, I saw a physician assistant, not the doctor. The doctor greeted me only once while my husband had blood drawn. He lacked compassion and was the rudest doctor I have met. During retrieval, the anesthesiologist was three hours late, and all my eggs were lost. There was no apology or refund. The doctor blamed my poor fertility and refused embryo transfer, perhaps to protect his statistics. He made me freeze the embryos and pay storage fees but still refused transfer, so I ultimately had to destroy them. Staff were equally rude and treated patients as burdens. Months later I went to a much better-reviewed clinic. A better doctor said my egg count was excellent, and we conceived on our first attempt. I am now looking at my baby, but I wasted enormous time and money on something unnecessary. Also note that this clinic is closed on weekends, even for monitoring, which is critical for retrieval. Choose carefully.

If you are considering intrauterine insemination (IUI), do not come to this clinic. I had four unsuccessful IUIs. They performed genetic testing without my consent and tried to charge me for it. After many complications, they finally resolved the issue, and I had planned an IUI that week. Since then, Rebeca has consistently been rude and disrespectful to me. The nurses were pleasant, but they were instructed to rush me out after the procedure even though I knew I should wait another 10 minutes. I tried contacting Dr. Lesorgen to change my treatment plan, but they said he was too busy to speak with me. I missed several cycles because they kept using the same plan without updating it and took the same approach to every IUI. They seemed to consider my IUIs less important than IVF. Their main business is IVF; if you want IUI, go to another clinic. I also saw many patients undergo IVF at this clinic for years without success. I am very disappointed because they mishandled the timing of two of my IUIs, and I have requested a refund without receiving an effective resolution. Dr. Lesorgen is kind, but I had to plead to see him, and he never made a follow-up call. Even the nurse did not call to follow up after my first IUI. This clinic does not value every patient; it selects whom to prioritize. The front desk was repeatedly rude, and although I had told them I was self-paying, they still insisted on seeing insurance information. Please be cautious about this clinic. My first IUI cycle also had to be canceled because the doctor prescribed too low a dose and still pressured me to proceed, but I was uncomfortable because I did not have enough mature eggs. I spent about $8,000 without receiving effective treatment or any change in the treatment plan. It wasted my time and money and added to the pain of infertility. The only positive thing I can say is that some of the nurses were genuinely kind.

We had a scheduled call with “Sara” to discuss finances. We waited half an hour and then a full hour. My wife finally gave up and called, but Sara said she was in a meeting and would send us an information packet that we could call about with any questions. Sara was abrupt and rude to my wife. If they treat patients/clients this poorly over small matters, I cannot imagine how they handle important ones. After hearing about my wife's experience, I was very angry and immediately called the clinic. I spoke with “Gina,” asked for our file, and told her to inform her supervisor that we were very disappointed with their service and would not return. She only said, “Okay, thank you.” There was no apology or offer to have a manager call us back—nothing. That is why we will not return. I agree with earlier reviews that the doctors themselves are kind, but the front desk is a nightmare. They are rude, charged me twice for a test, though it was eventually refunded, and do not care. I understand how difficult this time can be for prospective clients, especially after losing a child and trying to move through grief and rebuild a family. Treatment like this is completely unacceptable. If you want a provider that genuinely cares about your experience rather than treating you only as a paying client, I recommend considering other options.

I am so glad I found this clinic to grow my family. I initially tried URA but found the care impersonal and felt like just a number. From the first day of consultation, Dr. Berin put me at ease. She explained the process in plain language and gave me realistic expectations. I had no insurance coverage for my first child, but found their out-of-pocket costs comparable to URA, with the added benefit that they treated us like real people instead of numbers. After two IVF cycles and two transfers, I finally had my first child. Throughout treatment, every staff member gave me hope and positive energy. I especially connected with a nurse named Rina because she supported me through a failed transfer, shared her own experience with infertility, and stayed with me through a positive outcome. In the end, we were truly pregnant at the same time! From receptionists and phlebotomists to nurses and physician assistants, my experience was wonderful.

The staff were friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The office is beautiful, and the service is attentive. So far, it has been an excellent experience!

I just want to say that I had a wonderful experience at this fertility clinic under Dr. Berin's care. Dr. Berin is knowledgeable, caring, and patient. The staff were also excellent—everyone was very friendly, and I appreciated that people recognized me and called me by name. I had a great experience with everyone there and have recommended this place many times. With one euploid embryo from my first IVF cycle, I am now four months pregnant with twin girls, and my husband and I are extremely grateful.

The center is very clean and organized. After a long journey trying to conceive, I came here for IVF treatment and gave birth to my beautiful son at age 40.
