Clean environment and warm, attentive staff.

I have visited Cleveland Clinic Solon since the 1990s, but yesterday, February 5, I had my worst experience with a nurse named Sad. She made me feel like someone on public assistance, even though I have excellent insurance and do not need assistance, and her attitude made me very uncomfortable. She entered the waiting room, called my name, and harshly said I had to check in. I told her I had already checked in, knew how to use the computer, and had confirmed downstairs that registration was complete. I asked how her day was because she seemed upset, and she replied that it was going very well. When I asked why she was being aggressive and bullying me, she did not answer. It felt as if she brought personal problems to work, and I was her first patient that day. I have never encountered such behavior, especially in a clinic. In the exam room, she took my blood pressure and gave me the reading. When I asked whether it was good or bad, she said, 'I just told you your numbers were good.' A patient expects a registered nurse to explain more clearly, not respond that way. She appeared to be in a bad mood and directed her negativity at me. I was too intimidated to tell my doctor. She gestured with her hands in a way I am sure the staff understood. The doctor said Sad would return to give me an injection, but thankfully another nurse replaced her. The entire experience was deeply unpleasant. I hope management speaks with her, as she may treat coworkers similarly. Solon Family Health Center must be aware of this nurse, and I doubt this was the first incident.

Kelsey drew my blood without any pain, and the laboratory staff were friendly. This is the best place for blood work in the Solon/Aurora area.

My appointment was at 1:30. I arrived at 1:25 and was out by 1:33—really! My memory is poor, so unfortunately I do not remember her name, but the nurse who drew my blood was wonderful!

Warm, friendly, and efficient staff! The doctor I saw was excellent! Free outdoor parking and a very convenient location!

Everything has gone downhill since 2015. I scheduled months in advance, had to be placed on a waiting list, and then the appointment was canceled that day. I will never give you my time again!

I absolutely love Dr. Cobb! She is very patient, listens well, and genuinely cares about her patients. The laboratory staff also do an excellent job. I used to faint easily during blood tests, but that has never happened here. Erica and the other clinicians have performed several of my lab tests, and they have all been wonderful!

These people care more about whether they can bill your insurance than about actual patients. Holding a prescription you have taken for 15 years hostage because they want you to come in does not show concern for your health or well-being; it shows concern about receiving $120 to sign a renewal. It is unfortunate that healthcare has been monopolized by large corporations like this, which earn billions while most Americans suffer.

Carly Glending, APRN.CNP, was very unprofessional in the express care room. You do not remove someone from the examination room simply because they do not have left-sided chest pain.

I have always received good care—that is the positive. However, insurance denied one annual physical and I was charged $1,200, which is outrageous! I also decided to finally receive the shingles vaccine at an appointment—2 injections at $1,000 each, even with insurance. So my Christmas gift was essentially a $3,200 bill. This healthcare system must change. Instead of Cleveland Clinic helping create a more transparent and reasonable system, it is practically stealing from patients. It is time for me to find a new hospital or clinic!

The woman working in the laboratory had an unnecessary attitude. She kept trying to be dismissive toward everyone instead of doing her job properly. The woman drawing your blood sits there discussing other staff and patients in front of you.
