You will get a tour of the whole facility the first arrival. Incinta is not like some other center that you need to go here and there for ultrasound etc. They have all things you need there! I live in West Covina and never regretted I choose Incinta.

I called to schedule a semen analysis to see whether I am fertile, but they said they could not perform any tests without a physician referral. This is a fertility clinic, and that is what they do. Now I do not even want to bring my wife there.

This is my second time receiving care at Incinta, and the experience has been excellent. I am now pregnant with my second child. Laurene, Lily, and Dr. Lin form a wonderful team and work very well together.

I received treatment at this clinic. My first IVF cycle failed, and when I tried to begin a second cycle, they never answered my calls. They contacted me only when I asked about other options. Thank God my second IVF cycle was successful, but I never expected the devastating news that the transferred embryo had a genetic syndrome. The embryo had undergone genetic testing at the clinic, and they assured me it was healthy. Unfortunately, it was not, and I miscarried. I strongly do not recommend this clinic or its genetic testing laboratory. Their services are not fully reliable and caused a devastating loss for my husband and me. They completely shattered our hopes.

I chose this clinic for secondary infertility treatment. I transferred six embryos from my hometown to this clinic. Four underwent PGT-A testing, while the remaining two were untested. PGT-A showed that two embryos were normal, which was a tremendous relief. Because of my age, I wanted to proceed with the transfer as soon as possible, and the clinic did its best to accommodate my schedule. I was initially concerned because my endometrium was not thickening well, but with the doctor's guidance and medication adjustments, it became thick enough for transfer. During the transfer, I could even watch the embryo being placed, which was very reassuring. On test day, I received a positive result. Honestly, I did not expect the first transfer to succeed, so it still feels unreal. I was so surprised that I could not fully express my joy in front of the coordinator, but I am truly very happy! I have not yet passed the early stage of pregnancy, so I am naturally anxious, but I sincerely hope the pregnancy progresses well and the baby is born safely. When it comes to infertility treatment, I believe results matter most. Incinta helped me achieve that goal, and I am extremely grateful.

I have been coming to incinta because I wanted a baby, and I am now pregnant. All the staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service. I joined this clinic's mailing list as a requirement for my son to participate in an activity the clinic offered at the Liberty Station Halloween event on October 26, 2025. While I understand that waiting in line is part of such events, the staff at this clinic's booth wasted my time and did not even give my 3-year-old son a piece of candy. They watched a large group of teenagers run back and forth between their line and another booth's line, slowing everything down. I registered for the mailing list while waiting so I would not inconvenience those behind me, yet the teenagers' father was allowed to sign up only after his children reached the front, even though he had not been in line himself. You were happy to give the teenagers prizes and handfuls of candy, but when it was my son's turn, they just glared at him impatiently. If I see this clinic's booth at a similar event again, I suppose I will simply cut in line and grab a handful of candy, since they clearly accept and encourage others to cut in line at the expense of everyone else trying to enjoy the event. In general, I support the work organizations like this do because I have also struggled with infertility, but given how this organization's representatives treated my son and me at this Halloween event, I cannot in good conscience support it in any way.

If you are having an HSG to confirm that your fallopian tubes are open, be sure to take probiotics or vaginal probiotics. They previously prescribed me a strong antibiotic that destroyed my beneficial uterine and vaginal flora. I then developed a severe yeast infection followed by persistent bacterial vaginosis. They should prescribe or recommend vaginal probiotics before and after the procedure. Otherwise, it may begin a cycle of persistent vaginal infections. Aside from that, the experience was good.

I underwent IVF at Incinta in April. The embryo was transferred on September 11. Today's ultrasound confirmed success. I am very grateful for Dr. Lin's exceptional skill, Dr. Hong's attentive care, and Lily's patient explanations. Thank you all. I hope to return next year and hope to have a daughter. Everyone at Incinta has been so helpful, so kind, and so caring. Their constant availability to answer questions and offer support has been unmatched in my fertility journey. Dr. Lin is confident and his vast experience has given me what we have been trying for for 4 years! We could not be happier and could not recommend this facility MORE! They are honest and inspirational in what we are able to accomplish in this day and age with fertility.

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I made the mistake of walking into this clinic when we began our fertility journey. From the first meeting, their focus was clearly not why I could not conceive, but how quickly they could get us to spend tens of thousands of dollars. Charlie “warmly” welcomed us, but his entire role seemed to be steering patients toward expensive treatment plans with no guarantee of success. I was not the only one who suffered. My husband had to complete a routine semen analysis, and with all respect, it was one of the most distressing experiences he has had. He is calm, easygoing, and not easily shaken, yet he left the clinic disturbed and shocked. That alone shows how poorly this clinic handles sensitive, vulnerable procedures. My breaking point came in February during an HSG scan. The procedure was traumatic. I was in extreme pain, shaking, sweating, vomiting, and experiencing severe abdominal pain. Instead of appropriate medical intervention, the doctor handed me an anti-nausea tablet, held an alcohol pad under my nose, and asked, “Do you know why I am doing this?” as though my knowledge of anti-nausea medication mattered more than my medical distress. The blood pressure cuff did not even fit my arm, although I am petite. While vomiting in pain, I had to tell them to take my blood pressure on my thigh. I had to instruct the medical staff how to care for me, showing how little control and awareness they had. Afterward, my husband and I were left in the room for 30 minutes while I remained in severe pain. I barely calmed down enough to crawl into my clothes and could hardly stand as I left. No one stopped to ask if I was all right, and no one at reception showed concern or even said goodbye as my husband supported me past them. There was no follow-up and no call to check on me. Nothing. I vomited from the pain for 14 hours and ultimately went to the emergency room. When my husband finally reached the doctor, the response was, “She is among the 5% whose vagus nerve is activated during the scan.” That was all. No accountability, care, or concern—just dismissal. This place feels like an assembly line designed to take your money rather than offer compassion or care. The Yelp reviews I just read match my experience exactly, and I wish I had seen them sooner. Fertility is already an emotional and physical struggle. No one should also endure harm and dismissal from people who see them as a dollar sign. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind, stay away.

The doctor, Lin was so knowledgeable and explained the treatment options in detail, which my wife and I appreciated a lot. The clinic is very clean, and the staff is generally professional and helpful. Especially Diane took care of very well. The communication between us and clinic was quick and consistent — they sent us test results fast. Overall, this clinic offers world class medical treatment.

I am honored to be a surrogate, and this is my first surrogacy journey. After matching successfully with intended parents, I went to Incinta (IFC) for medical screening. I initially passed, but Incinta later told me there were additional issues on my side and that we could not proceed for the time being. I later learned that the intended parents had moved their embryos to another IVF clinic. My surrogacy agency told me I needed to undergo medical screening again at the new clinic. I understood this was a normal part of the process and agreed to cooperate. However, two days before my appointment at the new clinic, an Incinta staff member called and asked whether I was interested in becoming a surrogate through their company. They promised a quick match and even offered compensation $10,000 higher than my current surrogacy fee. This made me very uncomfortable. I believe Incinta's conduct was inappropriate. My surrogacy agency has always treated me with respect, and my communication with the intended parents has always been smooth and positive. I had no intention of changing agencies this way—it is simply not how I conduct myself. I informed my surrogacy agency what had happened and left them to handle it.

The clinic was spotless, and after some research, one of the things that most attracted us to Incinta was its on-site laboratory. We learned that not every fertility clinic has one. I was 39 that fall. After consulting Dr. Lin, we planned an egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer (FET). On retrieval day in November 2024, the eggs were immediately passed through a window to the embryologist for cleaning and fertilization. Amazing! Before transferring our only high-quality, genetically tested embryo, we decided to take a break over the holidays and during a busy work period. When we were ready for transfer in May 2025, the Incinta team was there for us. Lily and Laurene were consistently supportive, patient, and caring. We underwent the FET on May 29. Dr. Lin’s confidence and calm during the transfer reassured us on such an important day. He kept us positive and guided us through every step. Another thing I want to highlight is my care team. Lily and Donna were wonderful. Sometimes Lily had to perform my ultrasound because I was usually only available in the morning. She went above and beyond. She answered all my questions promptly and even responded to my emails after hours. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. During my time here, I believe I have received top-quality care in a genuinely state-of-the-art facility. Special recognition goes to all the hardworking nurses, especially Lily and Donna, who patiently answered all my questions, no matter how silly I thought they were. Dr. Lin truly is the best doctor you could seek for fertility treatment. As with any medical clinic, there are some unavoidable issues, such as occasionally having limited time with the doctor or longer waits in the morning. However, the journey has been entirely worthwhile for me: after three years of trying, I am currently 6 weeks pregnant with my first child following my first round of IVF. We had no IVF insurance coverage and had to pay for all treatment ourselves, so choosing the right fertility specialist was very important. We felt good as soon as we arrived. The receptionists were kind and welcoming, and seeing them became one of our favorite parts of our appointments. Our first consultation with Dr. Lin reassured us that we had made the right decision. He was knowledgeable and caring and took great pride in his success rate. His confidence made us feel better about our choice. Although Dr. Lin was wonderful, everyone at Incinta was excellent—friendly, helpful, and seemingly always focused on your best interests. When we transferred to Incinta, much of our prior fertility testing was too old to use, so we had to complete many new tests before beginning IVF. Although Incinta offered these tests, they did not pressure us to use their services and instead encouraged us to complete them through our primary healthcare provider to save money. Incinta also offered IVF and transfer packages and a teacher discount, and the financial team explained the costs well. Charlie in finance is a sweetheart and always took time to check in when she saw us. Our IVF coordinator, Diane, was wonderful. She was responsive and helpful, and it felt as though she was beside us at every step. Our IVF journey had many ups and downs, but Diane was there throughout. From waiting for fertilization results after my wife's egg retrieval, to genetic testing, to the beta test after transfer, Diane seemed as eager for the results as we were. She was proactive and always looked for the best way to help her patients. When our first transfer failed, Diane helped us through the disappointment by sharing Dr. Lin's recommendations for the next transfer cycle. We followed those recommendations, and the transfer succeeded! My wife and I hope the pregnancy continues, but we know that whatever happens next, Incinta will be there for us.

At the beginning of this year (2024), my husband and I decided to find a new fertility clinic for a frozen embryo transfer (FET). We had already completed IVF at another facility in Redondo Beach but paused the process after several failed FETs. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Park at Incinta Fertility Center to learn about her approach and explain my medical history and fertility journey. My husband and I spoke with Dr. Park for about an hour. She answered all our questions and explained her approach, the FET protocol, and the reason for each medication very clearly. Dr. Park made an excellent first impression on us. That day, I also met with a financial counselor and an IVF clinical coordinator. Diane was assigned as our IVF clinical coordinator and was very supportive. She provided important information at every stage and answered all my questions promptly. In November 2024, we completed the FET, and two weeks later I learned that I was pregnant! After a 6-week ultrasound, we confirmed that I was carrying fraternal twins! My husband and I were overjoyed. Overall, despite some communication issues, my experience at Incinta Fertility Center was positive. Dr. Park and Diane were wonderful, the other staff were very friendly, and most importantly, I became pregnant with twins!

The best place ever. I struggled with infertility for more than 13 years. They took time to ensure the best plan was developed. I am currently 8 weeks pregnant with my first child and am incredibly excited. This clinic took excellent care of me throughout the process and worked with me very patiently. I never thought this was possible. My husband and I are overjoyed, and I cannot thank them enough.

Anyone considering IVF should stay away from this place. The doctor is arrogant, and the team is incompetent. My wife and I are healthy and in our twenties and came here to preserve our fertility, yet only one embryo passed screening. After consulting my medical team, I learned that this clinic's treatment protocol was full of flaws and the doctor was extremely unprofessional. It was a waste of time and money. This doctor presents a false persona and has an immature mindset, unlike a mature adult. STAY AWAY.

I am very glad we found Inception Fertility Center. My wife and I had previously visited two clinics without making any progress. We only had consultations, which wasted time and initial consultation fees. At Inception, we were fortunate to be assigned the best team, Dr. Park and Nurse Donna. Nurse Donna was wonderful and guided us through the entire IVF process. She answered every concern and question we had. We encountered many issues, such as taking the trigger shot an hour late and losing our progesterone medication during a trip to Japan, but Donna and Dr. Park helped keep us on track. The billing team stayed on top of everything, and insurance was never a problem, making the process less stressful and smooth. Even after we completed the process and had a successful implantation, Nurse Donna contacted us about the low progesterone result from the blood test performed at our last appointment. Even after completion, they still cared about our well-being and happiness. We are pleased to announce that we are currently 3.5 months pregnant with twins. Thank you, Dr. Park. Thank you, Donna :) I hope to see you again in 2 years.

My husband and I are very satisfied with Insyte. You feel welcome as soon as you enter, and the reception area is beautiful. From the receptionists, patient liaison Charlie, our nurses Lily and Allison, to Dr. Lin, all staff encouraged and helped us tremendously throughout IVF. They were supportive and accommodating with every question and need. Another first-class feature is that everything is done in-house, so you never need to go elsewhere. I am also delighted to report that my husband and I are pregnant! We are thrilled!

I went through egg retrieval, embryo development, transfer, pregnancy, and delivery. There were certainly a few minor issues along the way, but I learned to expect the unexpected with fertility treatment and surgery. Dr. Lin was very attentive and professional. Highly recommended!

My only dealings with this clinic involved supporting a friend who flew in from overseas for several rounds of IVF egg retrieval. Under the guise of poor management, they pushed objectively unnecessary services, collected full payment from third parties for services the clinic required, and then failed to pay those outside providers, who mistakenly tried to charge the client again. My friend was distressed by the earlier rounds. Dr. Lin entered a meeting room, evaded the first question, and proclaimed that he was ‘the best egg retriever in the world...’ ...I hope this conveys how this company operates...

I do not even know where to begin. The staff at Incinita truly are my angels on earth. Every staff member, whether assigned to my case or not, was attentive, kind, sensitive to my needs, and helpful. First, I want to recognize my coordinator, Lily. She has been incredible throughout my journey and has become far more than a member of my medical team. Since we first met, she has been our strongest advocate and cheerleader. She is responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. We feel incredibly fortunate. I also have to thank Alex. Although she did not manage my case, I cried my hardest in her arms, celebrated victories with her, and she always checked on me. I will be forever grateful. I must also recognize Dr. Lin and Mr. Stetson. I always felt genuinely supported and cared for. They worked tirelessly to make the process as easy as possible. The road has not been easy and there is still a long way to go, but Incinita's staff have truly become family, so we are ready. If you are looking for more than just a clinic, come here. You will not regret it!
