I extend my deepest gratitude to the entire staff of the maternity hospital, especially obstetrician-gynecologist Irina Jahanyan of the high-risk pregnancy department, department head Mariam Gagiki Shahinyan, all junior and mid-level medical staff in the department, and obstetrician-gynecologist Natalia Oleg Ter-Gevorgova and department head David Ruben Ghukasyan of the postpartum department. I would also like to especially thank the entire neonatology staff: department head Anaida Rudolf Asatryan; neonatologists Hranush Telmani Bakhshyan, Marine Albert Zargaryan, Tamara Mardanyan, Astghik Norayri Kocharyan, Ruzanna Sergeyi Poghosyan, Lilit Galstyan, and Anna Tonikyan; and all the nurses and midwives.

You do not deserve a high rating. You charge 20,000 a day for a “luxury” room without a bathroom, and serve sour food to newborns...

We traveled from Dubai to Yerevan, determined to welcome our first baby in Armenia. We were very fortunate to receive care from Dr. David Brubulyan and his father, Dr. Armen Brubulyan. I would like to thank all the medical staff for their attentive care and professional service. Everything went smoothly.

Today I am home with my first child, my miracle... I would like to thank everyone in turn. Sofia Valeriovna guided me throughout my pregnancy and cared for me during those 9 months. Throughout that time, the ultrasound specialist, an excellent doctor and person, Nelly Grigorievna, ensured that the fetus was growing and developing appropriately. Complications arose during the pregnancy, so in the pathology department I met Mariam Gagikovna, a skilled doctor who radiates positivity. Her persistence and precise treatment supported the healthy development of my miracle baby. The therapist also deserves thanks for the attention and regular follow-up. Then the most anticipated moment approached. I went to the hospital in pain and was pleased that the doctor on duty was Levon Hakobych, whom I knew from the pathology department. Karen Smbatovich was supposed to attend the delivery, but before he arrived, Levon Hakobych handled the initial stage. I must mention how professional he was. The delivery was intended to be natural, but because of early physiological complications, the doctors jointly decided on a cesarean section under general anesthesia. There I met another wonderful doctor, the anesthesiologist Armen Khachatryan, whose skill prepared me for surgery. He treated me positively and very gently despite my nervous and anxious state. The lead doctor was my dear Karen Smbatovich, and thanks to him, my son was born. Next came the postpartum ward, where my doctor was Nata Olegovna. I was deeply impressed by her skill, consistency, confidence, fearlessness, and honesty. I thank the entire pediatric team, led by neonatologist Aida Armenovna, for their complete attention, detailed explanations, and guidance. I also thank all the staff, nurses, and cleaners, whose work deserves the highest praise. All the doctors performed every task before them excellently, and I express my gratitude and respect for their invaluable and dedicated work.
