Dr. Sprague and the entire SGF team changed our lives. Throughout our struggle with infertility, Dr. Sprague never gave up on us. No matter how many setbacks, questions, or difficulties we faced, she remained compassionate and encouraging and was committed to helping us build our family. Her confidence and persistence gave us hope when we felt most discouraged. Thanks to her attentive care, we welcomed our first child through IVF. Even more surprisingly, after our successful IVF treatment, we recently conceived naturally with SGF's support. It feels like everything has come full circle, and we are deeply grateful to Dr. Sprague for helping us throughout the journey. What makes Dr. Sprague remarkable is not only her clinical expertise but also her genuine care for her patients. She always listens patiently, explains everything clearly, and walks alongside her patients throughout the process. We always felt supported, respected, and cared for. Words cannot express how grateful we are. Dr. Sprague helped us through one of the most difficult periods of our lives and ultimately helped us build our family. Dr. Sprague, thank you for never giving up on us and for helping us achieve what once seemed impossible.

Working with Dr. Imudia and Jessica Poole has been a pleasure from the very beginning. They are warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. JP is always available to answer all my questions and has helped us navigate this complicated process smoothly. Dr. Imudia is positive and optimistic, making me feel that we truly can succeed. I am very grateful to this team!

I can't say enough about the staff at Shady Grove Fertility in Wesley Chapel! As a first-time patient, I was very nervous at the start of my journey, but the entire team has been extremely helpful and understanding about my family-building situation. Jessica Poole is amazing. She always keeps me updated on our progress, appointments, bloodwork, ultrasounds, and everything else. She has such a wonderful spirit; her care and demeanor put you at ease during an already difficult journey. Dr. Imudia is a great doctor. From the first meeting, you can tell that he is there to listen and make sure your needs are met. We still have a long way to go before having our first baby, but I am grateful to be in Dr. Imudia's care. He communicates clearly, is intelligent, and is straightforward about the process. No lies or guesswork, just factual information and treatment. He gathers all the information he can to help you on your journey, and you can see the passion in his eyes when he discusses the IVF process. If I had known how comfortable they would make my husband and me feel about the process, I would have started sooner, lol, but I am still grateful to be on our journey now. With so many offices available, you want to make sure you choose the right location, with doctors and nurses who provide the highest quality of care. If you have any doubts about the office, the quality of care, or the treatment you will receive, I can tell you they are well worth a visit. The front desk staff are amazing too! Don't second-guess yourself: if you want quality care and to be treated with empathy and compassion, Shady Grove Fertility Wesley Chapel is the place to go :-)

I scheduled the appointment three weeks in advance. Then, two days before the appointment, they called to say they did not accept my insurance. That was the one question I asked when I booked it! A complete waste of time and energy, and I took a day off work for nothing.

I am incredibly grateful to the entire SGF staff, especially Michaela and Dr. Imudia, who supported us through this difficult journey with tremendous compassion, positivity, care, and hope. They will always be part of our life story. SGF changed our lives! Thank you to the entire SGF team!

Ms. Olga is an outstanding medical assistant—kind, professional, highly skilled, and personable. You can barely feel a thing when she draws blood.

Update: My wife became pregnant with twins after 4 intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles, and we are incredibly grateful to them for helping us fulfill this dream. Because we knew we could trust Shady Grove for fertility treatment, we decided to choose them again as we tried for our third baby. This experience was much better than before. Over the past 2-3 months, I had multiple appointments with them and was very satisfied each time. I visited both this clinic and the Tampa location several times, and everyone was very kind, considerate, and responsive. The entire process went very smoothly. I do not understand why the experiences were so different, but I appreciate their improvement and am grateful to have had such a positive experience. Original review: I have never had such a terrible experience. I would not recommend this fertility clinic to anyone. My wife and I had been regular patients here for about 6 months, and they made many costly mistakes. The first time, we tried repeatedly to contact them to arrange everything for that month as soon as possible—please note that timing was critical—but received no response. On the fifth attempt, we refused to hang up until we could speak with a nurse. Once we reached someone, they told us we had missed our opportunity and would have to wait another month. They took no responsibility and showed no compassion for our situation. This was entirely their fault. It would not have happened if they had contacted us to schedule everything. Fortunately, the doctor made an exception and allowed us to proceed. However, because of a hurricane, we ultimately could not attend our appointment on time. We understand that this was not their fault, but the earlier situation should never have happened. We therefore had to wait again, and when it was time to schedule, we called them once more. It is worth noting that they promised to contact us the following month to prevent the same problem, but they never kept that promise. Time and again, we were misled by empty promises. This time, they told us they had discovered that a required genetic test had never been completed. Keep in mind that we had already completed one IUI cycle and were supposed to begin a second. In other words, without this test, we could potentially have become pregnant twice with no issue. We had now reached the critical point in the month when the test had to be completed, but they refused to schedule any other procedures until it was done. Of course, we scheduled the test immediately, but because of their mistake, we now had to miss another IUI cycle. This was their responsibility, not ours, yet we had to go through the same distress and another delay in the process. It was deeply unfair to us, and being let down again was extremely upsetting. Preparing for pregnancy at a fertility clinic should be an exciting experience for a couple. We feel they completely ruined this part of our journey. We simply wanted to feel confident that they would fulfill their responsibilities to us and hoped they could show that this was not a widespread problem.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I are deeply grateful to everyone at Shady Grove Fertility. After a long wait, we are finally pregnant, thanks to the attentive guidance of the SGF team. Special thanks to Michaela, who always patiently answered our questions, eased our anxiety, and guided us through every step of the process. She was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, and we always felt that she genuinely cared about us. Dr. Imudia was wonderful and gave us tremendous confidence throughout treatment. We are very grateful for his expertise and attentive care. We also want to thank the egg retrieval, transfer, and ultrasound teams, as well as the nurses, medical assistants, and front-desk staff. Everyone we met treated us with kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Even on the most stressful days, we always felt cared for and supported. The IVF process can be emotionally challenging, but SGF made us feel that we were not going through it alone. We are deeply grateful for the care we received and for their help in achieving something we had dreamed of for so long. Thank you to everyone at SGF for being part of our story. We will never forget the incredible care and support you gave us throughout this journey. Thank you ❤️❤️ Archie and Arth

Words cannot express our gratitude for the care from Michaela and Dr. Imudia. Michaela listened patiently, answered all our questions, and did everything possible to reassure us. Dr. Imudia was equally outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They explained everything clearly, never rushed us, and showed genuine care throughout. Such a skilled and thoughtful team is rare. We are very grateful for their exceptional care and highly recommend them to anyone seeking truly patient-centered treatment.

I am very grateful to the SGF team for taking excellent care of me. Dr. Imudia explained the diagnosis clearly in easy-to-understand language. Jessica Soto, Olga, and every team member make an excellent care team. Thank you for your attentive care during the first stage.

I am very grateful to Jessica Soto and Dr. Imudia for their service and care. They are kind and thoughtful and always take time to get to know me and my family warmly, making me feel comfortable and valued. Highly recommended!

Professionalism with intimate In sight of what caring for their patients is all about..Thank you Dr Imudia and Jessica Soto

I sincerely thank the entire SGF team for their excellent work and compassionate care, especially Dr. Inmudia for his professionalism, dedication, and for making me feel safe throughout. I also thank Jessica, who attends to every detail and supported me at all times, and everyone who cared for me during surgery. Thank you for your patience and the special care you showed both me and my mother. I highly recommend this clinic. Their dedication and love for their work are clear. Thank you for making me feel I was in excellent hands.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Imudia. From the first time I entered his office, he made me feel truly valued and heard. He is warm, compassionate, and passionate about his work. For the first time in a long while, I left a medical appointment feeling hopeful instead of overwhelmed or close to breaking down. I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and have been trying to conceive for more than 18 years. I feel very confident in the plan Dr. Imudia developed for my husband and me. And Jessie (JP)—wow! She is amazing. She keeps everything organized, handles every detail, relieves patients' stress, follows up consistently, and always has answers. She truly does an outstanding job. If you are looking for a fertility clinic and feel nervous or afraid, please do not worry. You will receive a warm welcome at Shady Grove Wesley Chapel. Even the front desk staff are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cheerful. This clinic makes a difficult medical journey a little easier, and I am incredibly grateful.

We are deeply grateful for the attentive care at Shady Grove Fertility. Dr. Imudia is outstanding—candid, direct, and fully committed to helping his patients throughout the process. He explains everything patiently and gives you confidence in your fertility journey. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, but it is difficult to express how much Jessica Soto did for us. From the beginning, she provided tremendous help to my wife and me. Her compassion, patience, and genuine care were essential during this emotional process. She always went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported, fully informed, comfortable, and reassured. If you are looking for a medical team that genuinely cares, I highly recommend Shady Grove Fertility. We are extremely satisfied with our experience here.

I called the Wesley Chapel office today to ask about IVF and felt like I had countless questions. Fortunately, Stephanie answered, and I am incredibly grateful to her. From the beginning, she was very patient, kind, and thoughtful. I know I repeated myself several times and needed her to explain many things, but she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Instead, she explained each step patiently and thoroughly and made sure I fully understood. You can tell that she genuinely cares about everyone she speaks with. IVF can be emotionally overwhelming and stressful, but Stephanie handled everything with tremendous grace and compassion. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and supported. The Wesley Chapel office is fortunate to have someone like her. Stephanie made a lasting impression on me, and I am very grateful that she answered my call.

Excellent doctors, staff, and clinical and financial counselors. They are always at their best. They connect with you quickly and are very easy to communicate with. They promptly provide all the answers you need! Definitely the best choice for beginning your fertility journey.

Stephanie was very helpful and proactive if she could not answer my question, she'd offer to follow up with other team members on my behalf and always called me back to ensure I got the answer I needed.

Nothing is guaranteed in medicine. But I have had an excellent experience trying to conceive with Shady Grove. The staff is highly professional, organized, and experienced. My care team keeps me posted about upcoming tasks and appointments. Dr. Imudia is an exceptionally wise and talented surgeon. He has a wealth of experience about reproductive health and he genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Imudia is in high demand, so you should immediately get an appointment. The Nurse Practitioner, Christine, is patient and knowledgeable. She offers thoughtful, practical advice. Her experience really shows. Jessica Poole is a highly competent and capable professional. She immediately returns calls and emails. She understands the process and is excellent at planning and scheduling. Overall, I am happy I chose Shady Grove.

Graduating from Shady Grove this month is bittersweet. Dr. Imudia and his nurse Pennye exceeded my expectations. Pennye was always caring and communicated promptly. Dr. Imudia also went above and beyond for me many times, and I highly recommend him! Thank you so much, Shady Grove!

Our experience at Shady Grove has been excellent so far. Dr. Imudia and Jessica Poole, PCC, have both been outstanding, and my husband and I look forward to continuing our treatment journey at Shady Grove.

My experience has been excellent so far. Everyone has been very supportive and helpful during this difficult time. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility care.

JP was extremely helpful in contacting me and simplifying the process. She was very thoughtful and kept me informed promptly despite my busy work schedule. I truly appreciate her! Every other staff member I have met so far has also been wonderful.

Jessica Poole was the second staff member we met at Shady Grove after our doctor. I was impressed by her efficiency, organization, and thoughtfulness. She always responded promptly to our scheduling needs and made us feel reassured during an uncertain time. My husband and I are very grateful for her help throughout the process. Thank you, Jessica!

This was an excellent experience for me. In my opinion, Shady Grove Fertility in Wesley Chapel, Florida, is the best fertility clinic. I have great respect for everyone there, especially nurse Jessica Soto and Dr. Imudia.

They told us by phone that they accepted my wife’s insurance, and we submitted all the documents. When we arrived for the appointment, however, we were told they did not accept it. We drove an hour and took a day off work. We had finally begun to feel hopeful about meeting a professional and creating a fertility plan, only to leave disappointed. My wife was devastated. I was also very disappointed that they had not communicated this in advance.

I am a newer patient at Shady Grove Fertility, and throughout my journey so far, I have been incredibly impressed with the level of care I have received from both Dr. Imudia and Jessica Soto. Navigating a fertility journey can be stressful and overwhelming, and their support has made such a meaningful difference. Jessica has truly gone above and beyond, even calling me after hours to ensure I had everything I needed and fully understood each step in the process. Her compassion, responsiveness, and dedication have helped ease so much of the anxiety that can come with this experience. Although I am still in the middle of my journey, I feel confident that my husband and I are in the right hands as we work toward beginning our family. I am deeply grateful for the care, professionalism, and genuine kindness we have experienced.

Jessica Poole and Dr. Imudia were wonderful throughout the process. Jessica made the beginning easy and pleasant. She communicated clearly and was easy to reach for questions, scheduling, and more. I look forward to proceeding with intrauterine insemination under the guidance of Dr. Imudia and the Wesley Chapel clinic!

Stephanie made our visit very pleasant.

They are very professional.

Keep all your receipts. They may charge you incorrectly, misallocate your payment, and then send a bill for something you already paid. Even with receipts, resolving the issue can take months. You will be passed around without a resolution, adding unnecessary stress while you are undergoing IVF. The financial problems made the process ten times harder than it should have been—not because we had difficulty paying, but because we paid for every service before treatment began after they repeatedly pressured us to pay, and then they acted as though the bill was valid despite having demanded advance payment.

Shady Grove Fertility truly is the best. Dr. Imudia, Dr. Christine, Jessica Soto, Stephanie, and Michaela form an excellent care team. I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and became pregnant after my first intrauterine insemination (IUI). They were very kind and always available to answer my questions. The wait was short at every visit, and each appointment was informative and reassuring. I would choose them again without hesitation.

I am incredibly grateful to SGF, especially Dr. Antony Imudia and nurse Jessica, as well as their medical and nursing teams. My baby has been born healthy and strong. Thank you so much for everything. I am incredibly happy ❤️

My experience working with Christine was wonderful! She was very gentle and caring. She was also extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions—and I asked many, lol! I greatly appreciate her patience and professionalism, which made this otherwise stressful process much easier.

Dr. Imudia and Jessica Pool (JP) were very thorough and patient. Early in treatment, JP closely monitored my progress and frequently followed up by message and phone, so I never felt overlooked or forgotten. JP went above and beyond to schedule important appointments around my work and personal commitments. Dr. Imudia is highly skilled and kind, answered all our questions patiently, and made us feel comfortable and reassured.

I greatly appreciate the clinic's quality of care and the respect and compassion shown at every visit. The facilities are well equipped, and every process is carried out in an organized and meticulous way. I hope to achieve a good treatment outcome at this clinic.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Imudia genuinely cares about knowing his patients and created the perfect treatment plan for me. We just celebrated our baby’s first birthday and are now expecting our second child! Thank you, Dr. Imudia and team.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Shady Grove Fertility. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating, and they are flexible with scheduling, which makes a big difference during what can be a stressful process. The team at the Wesley Chapel location is especially wonderful. Stephanie at the front desk greets patients with such a positive attitude, and Olga is by far the best blood draw tech I’ve encountered, she makes the process quick and comfortable. Christine, the APRN, is both efficient and extremely knowledgeable, and Dr. Imudia is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about his patients. I also want to recognize Penny, who was the most thorough nurse I worked with when it came to reviewing lab results and outlining next steps. The only feedback I would share is that it would be helpful if the team took a little more time to explain the why behind each step of the treatment plan. For those new to IVF, understanding the reasoning behind decisions can make the journey feel less overwhelming. Overall, I would highly recommend SGF to anyone considering fertility treatment. For those under 35, their shared risk program is an especially great option

My husband and I just graduated from this clinic. Overall, our experience was excellent. After our first cycle failed, our doctor, Dr. Imudia, developed a great plan. He immediately created a new and highly effective protocol, which I appreciated. Our second cycle succeeded. Everyone at the Tampa and Wesley Chapel offices was friendly and supportive. My favorites were Olga, who drew my blood at Wesley Chapel, and Kristen, who performed our ultrasounds. I love them! They always greeted us with smiles, made me comfortable, and listened to me. I highly recommend this fertility clinic. This journey is not easy, and having an excellent team is essential. With God, our faith, and this outstanding team, we made it through and are now expecting our miracle baby. Thank you, Shady Grove!

Every visit has been pleasant. Stephanie at the front desk is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She makes you feel at home as soon as you enter. The doctors and staff are wonderful. So far, our experience at Shady Grove has been excellent.

They were a wonderful team from the first visit through graduation. I am truly happy I found Dr. Imudia, who will always hold a special place in our hearts! He is a doctor who genuinely loves his work and helping patients.

The staff are very helpful!! Whatever issue you have, they do their best to assist. Communication is smooth.

I had the pleasure of meeting Auri at Shady Grove, and she is truly amazing! Auri is professional, warm, and kind. She is attentive and hardworking and makes every visit feel smooth and comfortable. Her genuine care and dedication shine through everything she does. Auri truly represents the excellent care at Shady Grove, and I am very grateful for her support throughout my IVF journey.

Michaela and Pennye at Wesley Chapel are wonderful! They always answer all our questions and are very friendly. Dr. Imudia listens carefully and is excellent!

The staff were excellent and very welcoming! The process was simple. Jessica Poole (JP) always patiently answered our questions and guided us through the next treatment steps. Dr. Imudia recommended the best medical plan and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well cared for!

Amazing! I had an excellent experience at Shady Grove Wesley Chapel. Everyone, from the medical assistants to the financial team, was wonderful. Dr. Imudia's guidance and confidence kept me going. I would recommend this team to anyone struggling with fertility.

Words cannot express this joy... Thank you, Shady Grove ❤️❤️❤️

Everyone was kind and welcoming, especially Stephanie.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the care I received at this fertility clinic. From the beginning of my IVF journey, the entire team was exceptionally supportive, professional, and caring. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors, every staff member treated me with kindness and respect. They patiently answered my questions, explained every step of IVF in detail, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout. Their empathy and personalized care made a tremendous difference during such an emotional and sensitive treatment process. I never felt like just another patient—they genuinely cared about my well-being and outcome. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone considering IVF or fertility treatment. They combine excellent medical expertise with genuine compassion and create a supportive environment where you feel safe and hopeful.

I would absolutely recommend Shady Grove. Dr. Imudia and his team are amazing. From our first interaction, they were kind, patient, and encouraging. They made sure we understood every step and took excellent care of us so we felt comfortable. JP is also wonderful. She checks in with me regularly, and I know she truly cares about our journey. I love this team and am glad we chose them!

I love this clinic ♥️ Ms. Stephanie at the front desk is always so sweet and happy to see you when you arrive. Ms. Olga, who performs all the testing for the doctor, is the sweetest and makes everything easy. Christine is amazing and has an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Imudia is wonderful, patient, and knowledgeable. JP was my first point of contact, and she was very thorough and kind. Michaela was also outstanding, and all her kind calls brought results. Overall, I loved my experience at this office and would not choose anywhere else for my fertility journey ♥️♥️

We wholeheartedly recommend Shady Grove. From explaining their processes, procedures, and expectations in advance and connecting us with our assigned patient coordinator to our first appointment with Dr. Imudia, we knew we were in good hands. Seven years ago, we thought we would be able to grow our family, but it never happened. We did not seriously investigate the issue until the past year and a half, when we knew we would regret not trying. My obstetric evaluation was normal, and as a first step, Dr. Imudia recommended a urologist to work closely with my husband. The urologist prescribed the right medications to enable my husband to produce sperm. After 9 months of medication—a combination of HCG, Clomid, and an estrogen blocker—we were fortunate to receive a positive pregnancy test, and we are now expecting our son in November! Jessica Poole was our patient coordinator and contacted us monthly. She helped answer every question along the way and, most importantly, respected our decision to postpone further testing for me until we had more answers about my husband. We are deeply grateful to both of them and especially to Dr. Imudia for putting us on the right path and recommending an excellent urologist for my husband. None of this would have been possible without his help. Our only regret is not going to Shady Grove sooner. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

JP and Evia were amazing throughout the entire process! They were both very friendly, went above and beyond to answer all our questions, and consistently followed up, which made us feel reassured! They are both wonderful! 1000% recommended!!!

Throughout my fertility journey, I had the privilege of working with the outstanding team at Shady Grove Fertility at both Wesley Chapel and Tampa, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional. From the moment I first walked through their doors, I felt warmly welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Imudia consistently gave me confidence through his professionalism. His extensive knowledge, compassionate manner, and thoughtful explanations made every step feel manageable and hopeful. I always felt confident in the care I received, and that reassurance gave me tremendous peace of mind. Dr. Sprague performed my transfer, and I will never forget the compassion and empathy she showed me, especially when I became emotional before the procedure. Her calm manner and genuine kindness made me feel safe and supported during such a vulnerable moment. Her care left a lasting impression on me. Nurse practitioner Christine showed extraordinary warmth and gentleness in every interaction. Whether she was performing an ultrasound or another examination, her calm, kind manner helped ease my anxiety. I deeply appreciate her commitment to making every visit as comfortable as possible. Stephanie at the front desk has a radiant smile and a friendly, kind manner; I looked forward to seeing her at every appointment. Her warm greeting and helpful nature made scheduling and administrative matters easy and stress-free. She truly set the tone for Shady Grove's welcoming atmosphere. Olga, who drew my blood, was always very gentle and considerate. Her compassionate manner and professionalism made a potentially uncomfortable process much easier. Tanisha is amazing! My veins are very difficult to find for lab work, but she found one effortlessly and without any discomfort! And Natasha—thank you for guiding me so thoughtfully and carefully through my transition from Shady Grove to my OB-GYN. Your support made the next step feel smooth and exciting rather than overwhelming. To every staff member at Shady Grove Fertility: thank you for being an essential part of my journey. Your kindness, professionalism, and unwavering support have had a profound impact on my life, and I am sincerely grateful to each of you.

I highly recommend Dr. Imudia and his team! They have been wonderful from the beginning. Our first intrauterine insemination (IUI) went well, and we had a baby in 2023. Now we are back for our second child! The entire Shady Grove team is excellent and very easy to work with!
