    Can't say enough about the staff at Shady Grove Fertility in Wesley Chapel! From the start of my journey, being a first timer and being so nervous the whole team has been extremely helpful and understanding to my family building situation. Jessica Poole is so amazing, she always keeps me up to date with our progress, appointments, bloodwork, ultrasound, you name it. She has such an amazing spirit, her care, her demeanor, it just puts you at ease on an already difficult journey. Dr. Imudia is a great doctor, you can tell from the first meeting he is there to listen to you and make sure your needs are met. We have a long journey to go to have our first baby but I am grateful that our care is in the hands of Dr. Imudia. He is well spoken, intelligent and straight forward with the process. No lies, no guesswork, just factual information and treatment. He is there to gather all the information he can to help you on your journey, and you can see the passion in his eyes when he talks about the ivf process. If I had known they would make me and my husband feel so at ease with the process I would have started sooner lol but I am still thankful to be on our journey now. With so many different offices out there, you want to make sure you are choosing the right location with doctors and nurses giving you the best quality of care. So if you are having any second thoughts about the quality of care at the office, or the treatment you will receive, I am here to tell you they are well worth the visit. Front desk employees are amazing as well!     I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Imudia. From the first time I entered his office, he made me feel truly valued and heard. He is warm, compassionate, and passionate about his work. For the first time in a long while, I left a medical appointment feeling hopeful instead of overwhelmed or close to breaking down. I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and have been trying to conceive for more than 18 years. I feel very confident in the plan Dr. Imudia developed for my husband and me. And Jessie (JP)—wow! She is amazing. She keeps everything organized, handles every detail, relieves patients' stress, follows up consistently, and always has answers. She truly does an outstanding job.     I called the Wesley Chapel office today to ask about IVF and felt like I had countless questions. Fortunately, Stephanie answered, and I am incredibly grateful to her. From the beginning, she was very patient, kind, and thoughtful. I know I repeated myself several times and needed her to explain many things, but she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Instead, she explained each step patiently and thoroughly and made sure I fully understood. You can tell that she genuinely cares about everyone she speaks with. IVF can be emotionally overwhelming and stressful, but Stephanie handled everything with tremendous grace and compassion. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and supported. The Wesley Chapel office is fortunate to have someone like her. Stephanie made a lasting impression on me, and I am very grateful that she answered my call.

    Nothing is guaranteed in medicine. But I have had an excellent experience trying to conceive with Shady Grove. The staff is highly professional, organized, and experienced. My care team keeps me posted about upcoming tasks and appointments. Dr. Imudia is an exceptionally wise and talented surgeon. He has a wealth of experience about reproductive health and he genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Imudia is in high demand, so you should immediately get an appointment. The Nurse Practitioner, Christine, is patient and knowledgeable. She offers thoughtful, practical advice. Her experience really shows. Jessica Poole is a highly competent and capable professional. She immediately returns calls and emails. She understands the process and is excellent at planning and scheduling. Overall, I am happy I chose Shady Grove.

    They told us by phone that they accepted my wife’s insurance, and we submitted all the documents. When we arrived for the appointment, however, we were told they did not accept it. We drove an hour and took a day off work. We had finally begun to feel hopeful about meeting a professional and creating a fertility plan, only to leave disappointed. My wife was devastated. I was also very disappointed that they had not communicated this in advance.

    Keep all your receipts. They may charge you incorrectly, misallocate your payment, and then send a bill for something you already paid. Even with receipts, resolving the issue can take months. You will be passed around without a resolution, adding unnecessary stress while you are undergoing IVF. The financial problems made the process ten times harder than it should have been—not because we had difficulty paying, but because we paid for every service before treatment began after they repeatedly pressured us to pay, and then they acted as though the bill was valid despite having demanded advance payment.

    Shady Grove Fertility truly is the best. Dr. Imudia, Dr. Christine, Jessica Soto, Stephanie, and Michaela form an excellent care team. I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and became pregnant after my first intrauterine insemination (IUI). They were very kind and always available to answer my questions. The wait was short at every visit, and each appointment was informative and reassuring. I would choose them again without hesitation.

    Dr. Imudia and Jessica Pool (JP) were very thorough and patient. Early in treatment, JP closely monitored my progress and frequently followed up by message and phone, so I never felt overlooked or forgotten. JP went above and beyond to schedule important appointments around my work and personal commitments. Dr. Imudia is highly skilled and kind, answered all our questions patiently, and made us feel comfortable and reassured.

    I’ve had a very positive experience with Shady Grove Fertility. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating, and they are flexible with scheduling, which makes a big difference during what can be a stressful process. The team at the Wesley Chapel location is especially wonderful. Stephanie at the front desk greets patients with such a positive attitude, and Olga is by far the best blood draw tech I’ve encountered, she makes the process quick and comfortable. Christine, the APRN, is both efficient and extremely knowledgeable, and Dr. Imudia is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about his patients. I also want to recognize Penny, who was the most thorough nurse I worked with when it came to reviewing lab results and outlining next steps. The only feedback I would share is that it would be helpful if the team took a little more time to explain the why behind each step of the treatment plan. For those new to IVF, understanding the reasoning behind decisions can make the journey feel less overwhelming. Overall, I would highly recommend SGF to anyone considering fertility treatment. For those under 35, their shared risk program is an especially great option

    My husband and I just graduated from this clinic. Overall, our experience was excellent. After our first cycle failed, our doctor, Dr. Imudia, developed a great plan. He immediately created a new and highly effective protocol, which I appreciated. Our second cycle succeeded. Everyone at the Tampa and Wesley Chapel offices was friendly and supportive. My favorites were Olga, who drew my blood at Wesley Chapel, and Kristen, who performed our ultrasounds. I love them! They always greeted us with smiles, made me comfortable, and listened to me. I highly recommend this fertility clinic. This journey is not easy, and having an excellent team is essential. With God, our faith, and this outstanding team, we made it through and are now expecting our miracle baby. Thank you, Shady Grove!

Ms. Olga, who performs all the testing for the doctor, is the sweetest and makes everything easy. Christine is amazing and has an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Imudia is wonderful, patient, and knowledgeable. JP was my first point of contact, and she was very thorough and kind. Michaela was also outstanding, and all her kind calls brought results.     We wholeheartedly recommend Shady Grove. From explaining their processes, procedures, and expectations in advance and connecting us with our assigned patient coordinator to our first appointment with Dr. Imudia, we knew we were in good hands. Seven years ago, we thought we would be able to grow our family, but it never happened. We did not seriously investigate the issue until the past year and a half, when we knew we would regret not trying. My obstetric evaluation was normal, and as a first step, Dr. Imudia recommended a urologist to work closely with my husband. The urologist prescribed the right medications to enable my husband to produce sperm. After 9 months of medication—a combination of HCG, Clomid, and an estrogen blocker—we were fortunate to receive a positive pregnancy test, and we are now expecting our son in November! Jessica Poole was our patient coordinator and contacted us monthly. She helped answer every question along the way and, most importantly, respected our decision to postpone further testing for me until we had more answers about my husband. We are deeply grateful to both of them and especially to Dr. Imudia for putting us on the right path and recommending an excellent urologist for my husband. None of this would have been possible without his help. Our only regret is not going to Shady Grove sooner. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    I highly recommend Dr. Imudia and his team! They have been wonderful from the beginning. Our first intrauterine insemination (IUI) went well, and we had a baby in 2023. Now we are back for our second child! The entire Shady Grove team is excellent and very easy to work with!
